I am visiting family. The trip was unexpected and I needed a manicure, so I decided to try this place since it was in the vicinity of where I am staying.At around 3:30 on Saturday 5/29, I walked into the salon and signed in on their sheet displayed at the front. At that time, no one greeted me so I started to walk over to an empty seat to wait my turn. It wasn’t until I passed a technician, that I got some type of interaction, if we even want to call it that. She said,”what do you need?” I replied that I just needed a manicure and she inspected my nails as I sat down. Her reply was, “don’t sit there. Sit on other end of salon.” Obediently, I listened. As I walked to the back, another customer walked in and she was asked what she was there for too but she got a reply of, “we are too busy!”Moral of the story, this Salon’s staff was rude, definitely not welcoming and very unprofessional! I walked out along with the customer after me and rightfully so.Shame on them for not being able to communicate effectively and in a way that doesn’t make people feel like a bother.Never again will I step foot(no pun intended) in this salon!

Got turned away because they were too busy Ive never heard of such a thing and they dont take appointments. I found a much better place up the road La More.. much better place

I luv it here. Yes they take a while(not always) to service you but once finished, Im happy. Yes, there is a culture/language barrier but thats El Paso--- we are a unique community with all acceptance. Asked for a fill in for ombré nails, but since they only fill in the base of your nail, but don’t put any acrylic on the tips, they just broke within 2 hrs of me leaving. A complete nightmare. You have to ask them to actually go easy on the nail filing if they’re not going to cater to the ombré tips.The pedicure massage feels nice, but the results are just not as good as other places.Quiet place. Calm atmosphere.

Sam did my nails and a young lady (still in high school) did my pedicure. Pedicure was first, she was kind and did every step in pedicure procedure, I didnt feel rushed. Waited a few minutes to get my nails done, sat down with Sam and told him I had a picture to show of how I wanted my nails, he said okay and got to work. My phone died right after I showed him the picture and when I said it out loud, he gave me a charging cable to charge my phone. It was so sweet. Anyway, he did my nails exactly like the picture. He kept asking if I liked them. He made sure every nail was straight. He said if I had any problems, I could come back and he would fix it. Truly a great experience. I will be coming back for sure.

I was just there and got a fill! He helped me pick out the color because I needed it to be natural for work. The shape is amazing and he spent quality time making sure they were all even! I will definitely be back!

They do beautiful work! Amy is the best! I always ask for her but only when Im not in rush, the others are good too but I dont like that they dont have there prices down they go based off when youre there. I called asking for prices she told me 40 full set gel and my younger daughter got just paint no nail and she told me 10. I got there and they charged me 45 for mine I just got paint and 15 for hers and she barely has nail shes 8. Other than that they do make my nails nice each time I go.

I went to get my nails done again after a few months of being out of town, and I felt completely safe from the virus. They took my temperature upon arrival and had me wash my hands before attending me. Every employee was wearing gloves and masks and they did my nails exactly as I asked. Absolutely love this place, I definitely recommend!

They always do a great job with my nails. But my favorite is the lady who does the eyebrows. I dont let anybody else near my eyebrows but her

This place was excellent! After years of not being able to find a salon to meet my expectations, this place is my saving grace!I called to get my nails soaked off and the owner, Nancy was so welcoming! She explained the prices and told me she’d take care of me.I have never walked into a salon that didn’t have a negative vibe. EVERY employee was awesome! She took care of me and my nails turned out perfect. I said natural and Nancy chose an excellent color. They were very thin and worn down from acrylics but she was so gentle and cautious doing them. I told her about my past experiences especially the negative ones I’ve had with my 4 year old and how people get so flustered dealing with a small child. She told me to bring her in and myself to be treated the way we should.I love love love this place! Whoever you go to, you’re going to be treated awesome! I can’t wait to go back. It’s a great feeling to know that I’ll be spending my money somewhere that deserves it!

This was going to have about a 4 star rating because Cathy did my nails horribly, but when I went back to have them fixed I had to wait an hour before they even thought to soak off my bad set. When my daughter called needing me to pick her up, I asked if they could just refund my money and I was flat out told no, that I could just come back. Then, I did make the mistake of thinking that Amy was Cathy (in my defense her face was covered with the mask) in saying that she was the one who messed up my set, and instead of simply stating that it wasnt her, she was so unprofessional that she pulled security footage to show me that it wasnt her and verbatim said I dont want to hear that from you! Horrid service, completely unprofessional, and extremely rude to top it off. Never going back.

Horrible experience. I walk in at 6:50pm and they ask me what I need so I tell them, a pedicure and full set. I work in customer service so I make it a point to be polite and clear when I am a customer. Anyway they tell me that there is a wait and to have a seat. I wait for OVER AN HOUR, patiently. All so they can rudely tell me that it is now 8pm and they are closed. I am very disappointed and honestly hurt by their disregard for my time and patience. I NEVER find time or make it a point to get my nails done and the time I do find a sitter for my kids, take the time and have the money, I am completely disrespected. I do not recommend this place. Not to mention they were making fun of customers because a woman who was getting her nails done spoke the same language and told them that she could understand them and they started laughing.

After a bad experience in San Diego, Ive been too nervous to have my nails done for years. Today I took a chance and had Nancy do a full set for me. It was wonderful. She was so gentle, and spent a lot of time making them exactly the natural shape that I wanted.The atmosphere is so relaxing, with calm music and great decorations. It doesnt even have the typical nail salon smell. Very fresh. You seem to notice something new each time you turn your head. I cant wait to have a pedicure in one of their cushy looking recliners. Im bringing all of my friends here on our next girls day out.

Okay so I’ve been coming here for a while now And at first the old owner was HORRIBLE. Let me explain, so I came in an hour before they closed and the owner told me “you came late I’ll charge you more next time” I laughed because I thought she was joking, clearly she was not. The place was was okay on cleaning but could been better. BUT THEN NEW OWNERS CAME IN AND IT THE BEST PLACE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE BEFORE. So clean !!!! And beautiful. Not to mention that the man who works there named Kevin is the best. Sweetest, kindest person. Always offers me water, makes sure my nails are just how I wanted. He is the best of the best. Definitely recomend him to every girl pit there.♥️

*Update:Still the best!Kevin is absolutely amazing! I had a pesky ingrown toe nail that had me in so much pain and he removed it and I had instant relief! Ive been looking for a good place here in El Paso,to get my pedicures and it seems I have found it! Highly recommend!

I have been coming for over a year to get my nails done here and 3 min ago I walked in and was told to go someone else because they had a wait ( it’s 3:07pm on a Monday). All I had to do was fix one nail that has broken after getting them done here. I’m so saddened they treat customers like this, I’ve always recommended it but now I guess it’s time to look for a new nail salon.

This is honestly the best nail salon i’ve been to in El Paso. They care about their customers and are so polite. They don’t force conversation but they do check up and ask if everything feels good or if something looks right or not. Kevin and an older woman took care of me and my boyfriend and they are the best. Thank you so much for taking your time and making sure we were comfortable!

This is the only place I trust with my pedicures in El Paso. They are pretty slammed sometimes so be weary of the wait times and busy hours. But if you ever get the chance definitely come here, I like my toes cut down square so they take a while to grow long again and when they do it they come out looking great! Good prices and wonderful service, they even remember my face after months of not getting my toes done. Definitely recommend!!!

Helen is great, very friendly and a perfectionist. She took her time to ensure I was satisfied before I left. The staff is very welcoming. The owner allowed my friend and I to receive a full solar set 5 minutes before closing without being rushed. Im from Fort Worth and have tried many salons here in El Paso. Me and my wife are visiting from out of town and wanted to find somewhere to get a good pedicure, this place was great! My wife said this was one of the best pedicures she’s had. The pedicure chair reclines all the way back and props your feet up, which was really nice. The staff Is very attentive and polite. If we ever come back to El Paso, we will be coming back here. This place is wonderful! They take their time with you unlike other places rushing you out to do the next customer. Its about 15 minutes from my house but Im willing to pass all other shops just to come here. Nancy you and your workers are bomb!

So I just recently went there on Friday and I was so disappointed... I went there one time a couple of months ago and they did an amazing job! I loved my nails and the vibe was very peaceful. This recent time I went I waited for two and half hours before someone did my nails, once Nancy started them, she passed me over to someone else to finish my nails. So instead of taking care of me she decided she would help someone who has been there for 20 minutes over someone who was there for two and a half hours ! She was rushing and I understand that they were closed by the time my nails were even beginning to be started but that’s not my fault when I was there way earlier. So I didn’t really mind I just wanted to get my nails done and leave. So the lady who painted my nails was really friendly. Two days later my gel started to peel and my nails looked like I didn’t even get them done two days prior. I probably will never come here again.

My sister and I just got our pedicures and loved it there. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I’m not sure of the two gentleman who did our pedicures but I’d go there all over again!

Let me tell you all about this place. It is amazing. I always have problems with nail salons getting my nail shape right. My favorite shape is the claw shape. My nails are perfect. I love them. Ask for Nancy or John. Come visit heaven nails and get your nails perfected.

The only things that would have made my experience better..... to have gone somewhere else!! This place was filthy. The staff was not friendly. I honestly think they don’t have proper training or certifications... my toes look like they have gone through a meat grinder. Went to pick my color like I usually do at ALL other nail salons and was told not to touch the polish, to look at the book. I said i was going to give you the polish i wanted he said no you dont touch. So i walked out. If there was a sign i would understand but this is the usual practice. Rude will NEVER return and will make sure no one I know goes either.

Very disappointed. I used to love to come here as it had a diverse staff. Sure, owner is not best manager by the way she treats her employees but most seemed to make the best of it & one could tell they enjoyed what they did.I recently went and got the typical “assembly line” service. The gentleman who assisted me was neither friendly nor did it seem like he enjoyed working with people nor did he seem to take pride in his work. 4 people came in after me and they all had to wait over an hour soaking! I was the lucky second person walking into the salon and even then I had to wait bcz the other two technicians were taking a break, which is ok but sad that none of their most requested technicians were longer working. The place is no longer diverse, friendly, nor time efficient (soaking people for over an hour so they wouldn’t leave, RIDICULOUS!).The service was rushed and sloppy. I am a runner and had asked the tech to buff a little spot on my heel that I had been having issues with the roughness of the skin and it seemed like he became angry and started to buff my heel harshly and super fast as if he was purposely trying to burn my skin. I paid but left no tip & I really needed a manicure. Never again will I visit this salon; & it’s a shame!

I was looking forward to going somewhere with 4 stars but I went in there and not a single worker (except one) looked at me. That went on for 5 minutes. Just sitting there not getting talked to or getting an estimate of how long it would take for someone to see me. I was just getting an eyebrow wax, no one asked what I wanted. Someone who did work there just kept talking to another worker and didnt have a customer. She looked at me several times but didnt talk to me at all. Im very disappointed. Believe me I will never go back there. Wheres the customer service??

I don’t know why this place has such great reviews. The wait time is so long! The pedicure chairs don’t even give you a massage, and after 3 long hours my gel manicure is full of bubbles. The atmosphere is more rushed and crowded than relaxing.So disappointed 😏

Just went with 3 of my friends and had a horrible experience. Waited an hour before being seen because the lady was “waiting on her friend.” I asked for a full set with silver/sparkle gel. She didn’t have silver. So I got white. She said she would design my ring finger and ended up slabbing a layer of paint on top of my white one. The shape is horrible the nails flair out so it looks wider at the tip. They are very bulky, thick and wide. The pain is bumpy. And then she cut my finger lol. So I ended up having to go to another salon to take them off and get them redone. Horrible experience never going back. Plus all the equipment is super dirty! Nothing looks sterile or at least clean.

Service is great! My nails came out fantastic. The reclining massage chair is amazing. I would recommend this place. 

One of the few places I feel is clean enough to get a pedicure; also painless removal of my ingrown toenail.

Both my husband and i come in for pedicures and they did a wonderful job !

I had made appt and got there early for 3pm. The male oriental man was argumentative that I had wrong time. He stated 3.30pm and it was 2.50pm. I inform him i would return before my 3.30pm. He again became arguing that he was cancelling..i told him No i would return before then. I returned 3.12pm and sat in vehicle to ear sandwich. I went into salon 3.20pm. He took another lady who had no appt and made me wait until 3.45pm. Amy was very kind and courteous and did a decent job on the gel manicure. Dont think i will retun.

I went in so Nancy can fix my nails I previously was not satisfied with. My understanding was I wasnt going to be charged for fixing them. I was charged 20$. They came out exactly how I wanted them, so I didnt mind. She did a great job.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The boy doing my nails got mad that I said I wanted them a little shorter and just aggressively cut all my acrylics off... all because I wanted them shorter. Terrible worker. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Threw me for loop!! I thought from the ratings it was a high end expensive salon!! While the inside is like an average salon, the service is “High End”! I fell asleep in the chair, which I never do unfamiliar places (Military hazard). If you go there make sure you get the “Aloe Jelly Pedicure”. You’ll thank me later 😉

Nancy Didnt do such a great job for an overlay, left nails super sharp, and didnt clean off cuticles. Was rude to the employee that did my toes, trowing things around, I took my mom with me and her nails looked like they had been painted by a little kid, when I asked Nancy to fix them she was rude to my mom about it and didnt do much in fixing them. Very disappointed. I think ppl do the good reviews because she offers u a discount for reviewing online, but nothing is worth the poor job done.

I used to come here faithfully, but never again after today. I was taken to a pedicure chair where I sat for 53 mins!! No one checked on me. Customers that came in far after me were seated and serviced while I continued to sit. I got up and walked out. Completely unprofessional. Ill only allow two places in El Paso even touch my nails but this place will no longer be one of them!!
