Im currently on a work assignment here in town so as someone who has been going to the same nail salon back home for over 10 years I guess you could say Im a little picky when it comes to whom I let touch my hands... that being said if I could give 10 stars I totally would! From the time I walked in it felt like a home away from home everyone was super nice and super happy and generally look like they enjoy their jobs. This place was totally awesome and did amazing work!Now as for my nail tech this guy was so amazing and I will totally only go to him as long as Im here. The care and detail he puts into your nails is just awesome. I get the coffin shape so he literally sat there and measured to make sure that each nail was the exact same width,angle and length. I barely went yesterday and already I have gotten so many compliments!They have definitely earned a loyal customer and I look forward to going for future services😊

Michael did my nails and I must say that he is amazing! I was in and out within an hour and I loved the work he did on my nails. Time is always an issue on my fast paced schedule, so it is difficult to block 2 or 3 hours to dedicate to my nails. Well, I was impressed on how fast Michael worked on my nails and so efficiently! I must say, I found my new nail guy! Super recommended!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH THIS NAIL SALON? I was recommended by a co-worker here we originally planned to go to THE NAIL BAR at the fountains where I usually go but I said alright doesnt hurt to try something new and since my co-worker made it seem like they were amazing at doing nails I said alright Ill give it a try. I got to the nail salon and it was crammed with people we had called ahead of time to let them know that we would be there at 6:30 in which when we got there the person we had originally spoke to and were supposed to do our nails was busy with another customer...When I finally sat down and started to get my nails done the gentleman that was doing my nails would throw my hands back when he was moving on to the next, I tried telling him I didnt like the shape on it but when I would say something he all around looked annoyed and bothered very negative vibe so when they are done shaping my nails looking all bulky they sit me down to get a pedicure with a person who does not have a single drop of experience on how to do pedicures he cut my cuticle and ended up cutting my skin the pedicure was not at all a pedicure it went by to quick the paint job I originally wanted white and they paint job was the worst ASK TO BE REPAINTED 3 TIMES !!!!! then they had another young lady paint my nails on my hands while I was on a massage chair horrible color also asked to get them repainted 3 times till they decided to do them in gel even then they painted them really ugly. When they charged me I had my math wrong ill admit to that I thought it was $55 but the young lady that charged me says I dont know where your getting that from its 60 in a rude tone. I stood at this salon for 3 hours! trying to get a decent job on my nails, I did not want to make a scene because there was children so I left the salon, Just to TOP it off I called back and told Michael the manager that I didnt like my nails and I didnt think it was worth $60 that I had just spent also one of the girls that went with me did not like her nails also paint was horrible she was on the line with me when I had called back to ask if I could go back the following day? his response was WERE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND ON MONDAY COME IN AND ILL TAKE A LOOK AT THEM I was very skeptical about that because I understand they close early on weekends but what nail salon is closed on a SATURDAY? The following morning I waited for it to be 10am the time they open to call and see if they were really closed? I called through my sisters phone and sure enough they were open! I even decided to swing by to see customer walking in and out of the nail salon I called from my phone no anser called from my sisters phone They answered at this point im furious because the MANAGER! WAS DISHONESET ABOUT EVERYTHING! I called back Monday in the afternoon to let them know I was on my way and whats the next response I get? Hes out running errands her wont come in today NOW IM JUST FULL BLOWN ANGRY. I call and tell them I want a refund the response I get YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR BANK I figured I could but then I told my bank the situation and they told me I had to go directly through the nail salon. So when I called back and let them know that I wanted a refund I get the response we can only give you $25 at this point im taking whatever to go elsewhere and get my nails fixed. I was very angry at how the whole process went I will never in my life step foot there again the whole experience was UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SADLY IM DISGUSTED HOW THEY COULD TREAT AN INDIVIDUAL that just wanted to get her nails done and relax after a long week. I RECCOMEND PEOPLE TO NEVER GO THERE UNLESS THE WANT A ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE!

Micheal was amazing!!! He was so easy to talk to and went out of his way to help me. He fixed the mistakes on my nails and had someone bring him the glitter I wanted to finish my nails from his other location! Great customer service, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and amazing technicians. I would %100 recommend them to anyone who wants quality work!!!!!! I’m definitely coming back😁

Very impressed with the service. My normal salon has been too busy and I am getting ready to head out of town so making an appointment wasnt an option. So I tried this place out. The wait wasnt bad at all less than 10 minutes and the service was definitely worth it. I most likely may be making a change of scenery and coming here more often!

The nails are cute but the shape is soooo off. I had got jell nails (black and holographic) with a square shape but my thumb, shape is so off. Its crooked almost. Also, when the girl was cutting my cuticles, she made me bleed on three different nails. She was rough with my it too. It still hurts but it okay. The people were very nice though and so fun to talk too. Their personalities were the best.

I Went here for the first time this morning and I fell in love with it! The workers are amazing, very sweet, welcoming, and easy to have a conversation with! The pedicure was excellent and the nail tech did an outstanding job and listened to exactly what I wanted and was very precise with his work! I will definitely be going back here in the future :)

This place is remarkable in every conceivable way! Michael (nail artist extraordinaire) his sister Cindy and Vicki truly worked magic on my hands and feet not to mention the stunning eyebrow wax I received!! If youre looking to pamper yourself, spend a spa day with the girls or buy a gift certificate that any wife or mother would love....then head here! You wont be disappointed.

The girl drilled right through my nail into the flesh underneath, it would not stop bleeding and hurt so much. The owners are rude, they treat you like you are on a factory assembly line and as if they are doing you a favor although you are the one thats paying. I give a negative 10, -10. I had to hit at least one star for the comments section to open up

Terrible customer service. They want your money but will not treat you with respect. They make faces when you walk in because they don’t want to work They locked the door on me 1 hour before they closed after knowing I was coming in. They’re sister location is legacy on Lee Trevino. Same owners. Same service. You decide if you go. 👎

I went here for a new set and gel color because my usual place was shorthanded and busy. My nails at #1 Nails came out a little wide towards the tip, appearing thick, but I like the design and the gentleness of taking the old set off was completely painless. I will update in 3 weeks when I get my fill.

Wife convinced me to get a pedicure and I have to say my feet feel so much better. Amazing value for a great new experience. Ill definitely come get another one as soon as I need it.

I went in for nail repair on a set I had done just one week ago- ELSEWHERE. I went on a Saturday- I knew they would be busy and I expected a wait. I was able to get a pedi while I waited for my nail repair.the BEST pedi with Jesus! Thank you sooooo much! Will totally be back.. 😀NailS repair - again, the original nails were done elsewhere (one week ago). One nail had come completely off, all of the other nails were beginning to lift and they looked horrible.Michael did the best job fixing my nails! I left with evenly shaped nails, confidence in better products being used on my nails and will totally come back to have Michael do my nails. I had a great time while I was there... the staff is happy, friendly, smiling, interactive. I saw an amazing polish job that Abby had done on a long time client. While also getting to see the long time client being treated like family. It was so refreshing to be here. Thank you so much for fixing the trash nails I brought in such bad shape. First time here, One of the girls was really nice and friendly. They do a great job with pedicures and give really good food massages.

I found # One Nails about 6 months ago, after having bad experiences elsewhere. I have to say I will not ever trust anyone with my nails except # One Nails. I can also rest assured that if there is something I may not be happy with (has not happen) they will correct the problem all I have to do is ask. Thank you all for your awesome job each and every time!

Please i dont advice anyone from out of town to go here my 💅 are extremely thin i was putting on my shoe and my nail popped off its only been a few days and its not just myself 2 of my friends have the same issue but at least i still have some nails left ..by the way it shelic and mood chge i paid almost 120 for nails.feet.eyebrow ..for that amount i expected this set to last for at least 2week or 6 days .😳😒😒😰 so thin i couldnt notice the break. Definitely find a new location please dont get your nails done here if your not a local ...Nicely styled but with my assistant.

I’ve been coming here for months now! I even want to say for a year!I always go with Cindy and she’s never disappointed me. From day one she’s listened to how I want my nails and every time I return she has something better and better!Got nude/marble nails with gems and I’m in love! I picked a shade at first and I asked if she had any other colors that would be better and of course she did. She tried two different ways for the marble polish which I liked bc she gave me more than one style to choose from.The only place in El Paso that I’ve constantly come back to bc I know she won’t let me leave without loving my nails! :) I will keep y’all updated on new sets from her 💗

I just came in and had the BEST experience! After a loooong week I decided to get my nails and pedi. I was greeted amazingly even after it being a Sunday. Super professional group of people. I literally almost fell asleep while getting my pedi, thats how amazing it was! All I can say is it was the best experience Ive ever had! WORST PLACE TO GET EYEBROWS WAX!!! Once the young girl finish with my eyebrows she said thank you. I asked if I could borrow the mirror to see what she had done. I saw how badly she had left my eyebrows. (Tried to blame me thats how my eyebrows was). She left my left one almost bald. I asked to speak to the manager. He didnt say anything. No sorry no nothing. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. You have lost a customer!!! In my opinion worst place! Giving this place a NEGATIVE ZERO!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow and kind of rude. The place smelled bad when I first came in. Nails were done decent.

Very friendly staff, but the girl hurt me by having the drill too high and making my nails way too thin. Also, my gel polish is peeling off on several of my finger nails in less than 24 hrs. I am now left with pain and peeling polish.
