First and last time at this place, I probably could have done a better job myself and I am certainly not a nail tech . The lady kept trying to even out color and the only thing she did was thicken them out ridiculously. Seemed to me like the tech was in a hurry not sure why though there were no clients waiting . Ended up with thick and uneven color no apologies and of course paid full price .

Do Not come here! I am not one to write reviews. The owner made the experience very uncomfortable. I came with my daughters and as soon as we sat down the owner was persisting my daughter gets the gel not regular polish. When I said no thank you he stated “ we are not going to get rich for $5 more for gel. “My daughters tech cut the sides of two of her fingers causing a lot of pain. My tech took his time with my nails but cut me while filing. He unfortunately continued to file in the same spot. I left with my finger swollen. I came back to show the owner it was bleeding in case it possibly gets infected. He stated “ you’re not going to lose a finger you’ll be fine.”Overall, the owner had no professionalism nor customer service skills. I will never come back here and I’m very disappointed . I paid $125 for a very bad experience .

The first time I came here was for a dip ombré for my engagement! I LOVED THE SERVICE AND OUTCOMES! My nails were beautiful and stayed on for 3 weeks before I needed a fill.The next time I went was for my wedding because the dip isn’t harsh on my nails, it looks better and the nail techs are all amazing. They even “foiled” my ring nail to give it a little pop!!I love this place so much, there’s nowhere else I can go. They made my wedding that much more special ❤️

Always in a rush to get the service done, they get annoyed when you ask them to give the color you specifically want. Get annoyed when you don’t want the color they are forcing to put on you. They talk about you right in front of your face. The owner turned me away because his employees couldn’t do what I asked and AM PAYING FOR. I supported this business but unfortunately I do not recommend anymore. Good attitude and respect goes a long way. Something they all DO NOT have. Don’t waste your money if the experience isn’t going to be relaxing or comfortable.

The owner is super friendly. The personnel took their time with each client and they paid attention to every detail. There wasn’t a wait time but the owner explained that they have a system (leave your name and phone number) so every client is accountable for the service that they wish. Prices are about the same as other establishments. Definitely recommended!

She was in warp speed. Kept looking outside and kept looking at her watch. I timed her. It took her 40 seconds to clip nails and remove cuticles.Only did half of the services I paid for: no callous remover; scrubbed on one side of my foot., etc. I told her I was not pleased with the quality of her work and she slowed down a bit. I will not go back. It was neither a pleasant nor relaxing experience.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. The man who did my nails was in such a rush, throwing my hands around, not fixing the mistake he made on my nails. It was my first time coming here and i will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I had a beautiful pink set done 2 weeks ago. My mother spent $150 for pedicures and fullsets. I like my nails long, so i am use to the length, however the nails didn’t last a week. I’ve had to get two repairs on 3 nails, and then my thumb and ring finger broke shortly after. I did nothing remotely rough with my hands to cause the breakage. I am no longer in the city to speak to the owner directly, but I called and told him that i wasn’t happy with the quality. He proceeded to say things like “I don’t know why you are crying about your nails.....you shouldn’t blame us because you are rough with your hands....go somewhere else.” Terrible customer service when facing criticism and they’re products seem very cheap. Beautiful work is done but it chips or breaks with the slightest movement. I am disappointed. And to think I even left a VERY generous tip when my middle finger was repaired.

Very professional and clean. Only salon where the staff can treat and take care of my ingrown toenails. They leave me looking on point every time. I will never go to another salon for pedicures if it’s not Organic nails. They do amazing manicures as well.

Have been going to get manicures and pedicures since the establishment opened. After taking a long break due to covid, went back and got acrylics. Upon taking the product off, I realized there was a fungus growing through my nails. When contacting the owner for guidance he was not helpful whatsoever and put all blame on me the customer.Unfortunately the cleanliness was missed in a spot or two and now I have to pay the consequences. The owner failed to take fault in a mishap and asked me to go in and “face him” directly if I had a problem.Extremely disappointing customer service

1st time here and I loved it yes is a little pricey but worth it. something that is rare in most nail salons they open sterilized nail tools in front of you a +. You must come here. I talked with another client and she stated she was a loyal costumer for over 3 years.

This is the first time I have gone somewhere to get my nails done. they did a great job. this is a little over a week of growth. I work where I have to wash my hands a lot and normal nail polish chips within minutes of application. I got the dip. The onlot problem I have with this place is it is expensive it was $45 for the dip and manicure. my friend got gel and it was cheaper but still $30.

I tried this place out because everyone kept swearing by them. They were nice and sweet however they didn’t even paint my toes correctly. I got the gel polish and you can see how they just painted the middle of the nail but not the sides. I got a full set and 3 days later my nails are rising and I looks like I’ll need a fill by the End of the week. I paid $120 I wish the could’ve painted my whole nails.

The place is nice on the inside and staff greeted me as I walked in. I went on Tuesday to get a pedicure and I loved the service so I went back Thursday to get acrylics done on my hands. I was not satisfied at all with my nails. It felt as if the guy was rushing to finish my nails but there wasn’t any other customers waiting. He was filing my nails very rough to the point where my nails started to hurt and he left three of my nails crooked. On two of my nails he didn’t put the acrylic all the way to the bottom and just painted over it. I was highly disappointed with their service and I believe it was because he was just in a rush to go sit down and relax because as I said there was no customer after me.

Nail service is very good, they adhere to social distancing and mask rules. Overall, a great place.

Went in to get a manicure and I usually never do, and they told me they were booked. When I was ready to leave in my vehicle a gentlemen walked out and said his mother can do my manicure. This was like my fourth manicure ever and I work in healthcare so my hands are a mess but the tech (mother of the gentleman) who did them, did a lazy and poor job. Plus I paid 20 dollars and had to drive to an ATM to get cash because their system was “down” and that was like an extra $5.50 that I was charged for not using my banks ATM machine. I will never come back here again. Poor quality jobs for such a high price. No gracias.

I’ve been going to this location regularly for about 3 weeks now. The facility is always really clean. Staff is professional and accommodating. Tools are sanitary and pedicures are used with a plastic liner to ensure maximum sanitization. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing ! I got a pedi and he was very attentive to my feet. He trimmed my nails and worked out my calluses. I also got a little leg massage which helps. It was very relaxing. Then I got a full set with the owner and he curved my nails beautifully and we did a new design. I feel beautiful and relaxed. The customer service is amazing and the shop is cozy and clean.

Was 5 stars now 1...the staff was rude and sadly I have had to move to another salon..I really wanted this place to work for me.After 7 nail salons I have finally found the salon for me. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and there work is amazing!!!! My nails lasted 4 weeks before my fill and Tuan did a work of art making my nails look and feel natural. I went in with two of my daughters on a Sunday experience was good, went back on a Wednesday to get dip nails to match my pedicure they could not match I was highly disappointed. So I went with a different color, the next day i seen I had a crack and went in to have it repaired and the owner wanted to try and convince me it wasnt a crack and I shouldnt have examined his work like that and he had good products. What he said he was going to do he did not, which was add another layer of dip instead he filed my nail added a clear coat and said their you go. I will not ever go back to this shop. On Sunday it was 3 spa pedicures done and all this talk about excellent service and products, they did not live up to the expectations and the owner debated and argued with me and my daughter about the crack. Dont patronize this establishment you will be disappointed.

Out of towner, currently deployed to El Paso..... I’m a very picky person so I do my research before entering a business, especially a nail salon. I walked in and was immediately greeted, the owner and employees were all very professional, salon was very clean. I honestly enjoyed my pedi and powder dip. They know their stuff. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before giving this place a 2nd and final chance. The older guy who did my pedicure was rude and in a hurry for no reason. There’s three workers and only two customers yet he felt the need to show annoyance when I asked him to trim my toe nails ( which is part of the package). When he did it wasn’t enough and when I said a little more he rolled his eyes. He didn’t speak to me at all just pushed my feet in and out the cold water. I was going to get my nails done but after reading reviews and seeing how a simple pedicure was too much for them I’ll pass and go else where.

Brought my girls for pampering and left very happy! Everyone was so nice. Great environment! Big thumbs up!

I wanted to give this place a great review bc the people were so nice, but I worry about the cleanliness. I got a pedicure there and got a serious infection. My toe was swollen and there was green pus coming out of it. It hurt so bad and now my toe is tender whenever I try to get another pedicure in the spot I got cut in. If you go here just tell them to not cut the cuticles on the side, and do it yourself with clean instruments.

I have been a customer since June. I love getting my nails and eyebrows done here. The salon is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. I would recommend this salon.

I have patronized this establishment many times before, for pedicures, and the dip powder, and have been never less than satisfied. I came in one afternoon with my mother and sister for pedicures and the service was amazing, my mom wanted her nails done but due to timing we were told to return on Wednesday due to it being a less busy day. So we arrived around 8:30 am on Wednesday assuming the business opens at 9:00 am. The workers arrived at 8:42 and 9:05 am they turned on the OPEN sign. When I call to see what time they open, being that the sign on the door said they open at 9:30am the man very rudely told me 9:30 despite the OPEN sign being on. We left and I called and made an appointment with the owner for him to do the dip powder with tips added on my mother nails. When we came for the appointment, the owner recognized us and said my people will take good care of you, they are really good he immediately brushed us off on the other workers. He sat there complaining about paying bills. Then my mother was passed between two workers before they wanted to play musical chairs as far as what seat for her to sit in. They dipped her nails twice and Ive always had it dipped 3 times for the assurance. Then another customer came in with her daughter for the dip and the Owner did her nails. We were in shock because we was trying to figure out how was he doing her nails, and not my mothers if thats who she made the appointment with. Despite the circumstances we were satisfied with the nails UNTIL Thursday the thumb nail on one hand cracked in the shape of a V went in on Friday to get the repairs and he wanted to argue my mother and I down claiming that we just seeing things, and then get mad and scrutinize me for examining him trying to fix her nail. He claims he has no bad products and its just her being rough on her hands. He also sat there complaining about customers, and saying they that they call in asking too many questions, and when he hung up the phone after speaking with an customer he turned his face up in annoyance. Well here it is Sunday and thumb finger on the opposite hand has chipped completely off. This shop is garbage, the owner is garbage and you would be crazy to come here. Its money wasted and time wasted. All talk and cheap products, but from his mouth he stated it was cheap products.

I had went in on a Thursday afternoon and got a full set, unfortunately the day after my ring finger broke off so I went back in to get it fixed. I was not rough at all, 3 days after getting my nail fixed 2 of my other nails broke, my right middle finger and left index finger. I want back to get it fixed but this time my husband spoke with the owner and he kept insisting that I was rough with my hands and they were not to blame for me being rough and told us to gosinewhere else after we were done fixing my nails.. I was never rough with my hands, in fact I tapped a table and the nail tip broke off. I suggest you don’t waste your money here. The owner can not take criticism and kept saying how they use the best products and they wouldn’t have many customers if they didn’t. But in my opinion their product is so cheap and fragile. I won’t be coming back.Update: yet another nail broken just by washing my face... 4 nails in total in the span of 3 days!!! So upset

Being new to the area, I was really hoping to find a nail salon that could meet my needs and not break the bank while doing so. The owners of Organic Nails are so very informative and truly want their customers to receive the best care and products for their beauty needs. I was thoroughly impressed with how much information I recieved on the new dip polish technique, which I had never tried before. The owner assured me me it was much better for my nails than the usual gel manicure I was used to getting which requires one to stick their hands under UV lights (which are extremely damaging in the long run) Sure enough, a week later, my nails still look fantastic and the manicure is still holding up beautifully. PLUS the ingredients in their dip polishes are ORGANIC! How much better can it get when one is looking to maintain the health and look of their nails?!? Another thing I REALLY loved is how they didnt neglect the cuticles during my manicure AND were sure to get the polish as close to the cuticle as possible without hindering the growth process while still giving me the longest lasting manicure possible. This is the Ultimate worse nail salon I’ve EVER been to! The set up is nice, however the “outer”appearance is very deceiving.... the soul and heart of this salon (the humans) is/are very unclean. Very poor customer service. I Absolutley do not recommend any part of a human to receive treatment.

Was 5 star but now one. The owner was rude, he told me i was bringing him bad luck by asking him to fix one nail at 9am in the morning. As military i have been around the asian continent quit a bit, never heard that its a bad luck for a first customer to need work that cost little.

Had my bridal party go here before my wedding! Some of the nicest staff, amazing work, definitely the best place to go! And they are great with kids too!

Got French Gel on my own/real nails, horrible the white line isn’t nicely done, the clear part split off right after 30 Minutes after I left the store! I’ll be going back but to get a refund and get the Gel removed 40$ completely wasted

Wow! This place has got to be the best place to get your pampering on! Love the service! My daughter is a nail bitter, its due to anxiety. I didn’t want to give her any medicine, shes little. So I thought what girl doesn’t like her nails done? So we tried it. We get there, they treat her like a true princess! she was so excited and loved the experience, now she has stopped! No more nail bitting! The great experience was not just for her but for myself as well! Love my nails and my pedi!

Literally I have been searching for a new nail salon that is clean, professional, and skilled. This is definitely the place I will be going to from now on it is close to my work so not a big inconvenience.

I did a walk in for a gel French pedicure and they said that they were charging $50. I had called around to other salons and they all told me $45 so I was curious to see why they charged a little more. Apparently they use really good lotions and they’re very sanitary but there was nothing really there that wowed me. I guess I was expecting too much from a place that barely opened?? Looks or service wise it was whatever. I also searched up the lotion he was talking so highly about and it’s just $10 a bottle..It also looked like they put the nail utensils back in the box instead of sanitizing them after every use. The pedicurist also seemed like he was in a rush towards the end and did my left foot toes bad but my right side good. At the end they charged me $45 instead of $50 since it was my first time there.

I got a full set here a few days ago, it was quick and my nails came out great! Everyone was really nice and I will definitely be going back again!!

Please do not come to this place they charge for everything I came to do a gel refill I originally had my nails coffin shape and at the end of service I paid $50 dollars I asked why ? if originally he told me 35.00 he told me because I cut my nails shorter and the coffin shape which he ended up doing it square, I told him that nowhere they charge to cut nails shorter and do a same shape, he did not said anything and kept saying I owed him 50 dlls. I did not want to argue in front of people and I ended up paying 50 dlls for a gel refill wow!!! where everywhere else is between 28 to 35. Definately not coming back. Plus my nails only lasted 1 week and a half.

I went in and they were very nice but when it came down to what I wanted, the man doing my nails acted like he didnt want to do an ombre with the acrylic. I told him I was okay with how long its going to take them to do it but he kept repeating on how it takes 2 hours to do that so I decided not to get the ombre with the acrylics. So then I decided that I wanted my nails done with the chrome tip and the man tells me its going to be $15 extra and I told him that was fine. He kept on repeating himself again on how its going to be $15 extra and I kept telling him that it was okay. So then I was thinking that this man didnt want to do the service that I was wanting. Then I told the man never mind I dont want it then and then the owner tells me you have to be willing to pay for the chrome if you want it. I was so mad and I left there with nails that I didnt want. It was just a very bad experience overall.

I went thinking they would do well and I had a horrible experience. The other employees were very friendly. The one who did my nails was an older lady and she was just rushing to do my nails. The finished product looks like I had them for weeks. They are crooked and mispainted. I am very dissatisfied and will not be going back.

I went in and the owner was friendly that’s where the good experience stops. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they came out squared and I was like fine whatever because I was there with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and I didn’t want them waiting on me. So we waited for my sister-in-law to finish and I went to pay and she was charging me extra for coffin shape and I said they are squared and she said she did a “wide coffin” even though when she asked for the shape I showed her exactly what I wanted. So they charged me for a service they didn’t even provide and they know it. Then my sister-in-law got inthe car crying, this was a few days before her wedding day, because the man who did her nails did them how he wanted and ignored her. She wanted square shaped but the corners were sharp so she asked if he could keep the square shape but file the edges a little because it was too much so he decided to just round them out completely and she wanted pink and white powder and he just went ahead and out the French tip on. This was my worst experience ever. I won’t go back and I would advise people not to waste their money here

Very disappointed. To start, I was super nervous about walking in cause I haven’t gotten a real mani in forever and I am new to the gel and acrylics (I’ve had them natural for a long time). I did my research and brought in a picture for a dip with gel design (which they advertised they could do) and I was told they wouldn’t. After scrambling to figure out something else to do, I ended up settling for something basic and unsatisfying out of pressure by the owner (he gave me the lecture about how I had to be willing to pay for it; news flash I was, I just didn’t want to extend the nail). The tech cut into my cuticles, like painfully, to the point where one of the alcohol polished burned multiple fingers. Not to mention that all I got was a mediocre lotion rub for a “mani”. I walked out and you can see the white part of my nails through the dip that was recommended by them, one of the nails has rough splotches on it, and my cuticles are ragged. Didn’t even bother getting a reciept.
