Lucy did my hair the few times I’ve been there and she has been so professional with telling me the colors I can achieve with my hair color. I’ve been to high end hair salons and they always mess up my hair. Lucy took the time in correcting my hair color and trying her best to give me the beautiful hair color I want. Nothing but good thing to say about the place and her, definitely will come back.

DO NOT GO TO LUCY. Went to get a pixie cut for the first time. I didnt realize how messed up my hair was until I got home, due to shock of having my hair cut that short and lack of experience with it. I had two separate hair stylists and my husband, who has been getting a similar hair cut for the last twenty years of his life, tell me exactly how awful it was. My husband called it a hack job. I called on Tuesday and spoke to the owner to ask for a refund. He told me I had to speak to Lucy and he would have her call me by the end of the day. She never did, which is unprofessional. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by going to a trusted barber for that type of cut.Update: Ill give it two stars, because she eventually did call me later in the week on Friday, and refunded me the $45 for the cut, but not the $5 tip. But it was still an awful cut, so I still would not recommend.

I was here on 02/13, had a hair service by Lucy. She did a beautiful job on the highlights and hair cut. Not only will I be returning for hair services in the future, but also the company and conversation. This shop makes you feel welcome as soon as you step through the doors.

Lucy always does a fantastic job with my hair, highlights, cuts, color! Terry is fabulous with my nails! And Vicky is awesome and very detailed with my pedicures! Love this place.

I have been going to Lucy for years and she is great! My hair color and cut have always come out perfect, and she shapes my eyebrows perfectly with a wax. Will not regret coming here! Have gone there for pedicure and manicure too with Toni and Vicky and they do a great job with unique designs!

Went to get a shampoo and flat iron here a while back, and I must say the owner did the best flatiron I have ever had. So smooth and flowed effortlessly. I enjoyed my visit.

5 stars for great service and product. William was able to take me in and did a fantastic job. The service was great and went above and beyond then what was expected. This is not your usual salon this is your come and feel great here, we will take good care of you atmosphere. Kudos to William and his family business.

William and his staff are excellent, and professional! Its always challenging to find a salon that knows how to properly handle my hair because Im mixed race; but the team here has never let me down. They do the best job with my Keratin treatments and go above and beyond to help accommodate my crazy military schedule, on more than one occasion staying late just for me. Big skills and big hearts!

Kaylee is great for nails. I love them! Ive been to many other nail salons and this is the first time I feel genuinely happy with the results. Everyone is so friendly and I was constantly being smiled at. They are an amazing business. Ask for Kaylee!

Ive debated on writing this for a few days.... I hate saying negative things about people. I really wish I could give a good review for this place.Lucy cut my hair way too short without asking first. Kept walking away mid-cut to answer/look at cell phone. The hairstyle I received was nothing what I asked for. I even had a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. It wasnt difficult, just some long layers with a side bang. I was shocked when I saw what Lucy had done. The only good thing was the conversations going back and forth between Lucy and her parents that she works for. Heres the kicker- She charged me $45 for the haircut when she knew good and damn well that she had messed up.

Friendly staff, and excellent service. Lucy does a phenomenal job with hair color, cut, and waxing. Vicky and Toni are awesome as well. Would highly recommend this place.

I had such an amazing day at this salon. I love everything I did today from my hair done by William and my nails done by Kaylee :) such a family atmosphere. I felt comfortable even though it was my first time there. My hair looks great and so does my nails. Thank you guys at Segovia and I will see you soon :D

I did not have an appointment, but they were able to take me as a walk in, for a cut and style. The entire staff, along with the other clients that were there, were very friendly and inviting. Lucy did my hair, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be going back again, and I will recommend Segovia’s Hair Salon!

I usually don’t review places but I almost didn’t let Lucy cut my daughters hair because of a review. I called to make an appointment yesterday and the lady on the phone said it would be $45. So I took my four year old daughter for her first haircut today, I was nervous because she has very curly but I didn’t want to wait any longer. I got there a few minutes late but Lucy saw us right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and she was great with my daughter. She washed and cut her hair and i couldn’t be happier with the result and she only changed me $20. I’ll be making an appointment soon for myself and i will bring my daughter back to see Lucy.

Professional and friendly family owned place. Price was very reasonable and fair, and the service was excellent. Will be back!

3 weeks ago my hair was 3/4 down my back. My hair was long for more than 7 years, 2 weeks ago I decided to cut it short (at another salon). I got it cut and couldnt do a thing with it for 2 weeks. No body, no style, nothing...it was pretty much a bob cut, which wasnt asked for. I walked into Segovias (1st visit ever) and unfortunately they were booked. Within the hour they called back to say they had an opening. I went back; everyone was friendly as can be, great atmosphere and William who did my hair, took his time, didnt make it feel rushed and gave me plenty of pointers. I am definitely going back and not be afraid of having short hair again. Thank you Segovias and thank you William!!

I live in Colorado and was working in El Paso. Found this salon on Google. I got right in and Kaylee did a great job on my nails. I have long, real nails and she was gentle and shaped them perfectly. Ill be back for sure!

My daughter needed to cut her hair and even though shes 13 she knows what she wants. After her cut she came to me and asked me for $10 to tip to her Stylist because she said she loved it soooo much. Well I only gave her 5 cuz thats all I had but she still did a great job. Thank you girls!

When we lived in El Paso this was my moms salon, when I had mentioned that I wanted to dye my hair blonde she suggested segovias. Mind you I had NEVER dyed my hair and it was almost jet black. Elva took care of me and I was more than happy with the results. I dont trust ANYBODY else with my hair but Elva and every time I visit El Paso I make sure I dont leave without a visit to the salon. Thank you Elva, youre worth the 8 hour drive.

Very disappointing, I made an appointment at 9:00am, I arrive and was told that my appointment was at 10:00am. I patently waited and as soon as i was directed to take a sit, their real 10:00am appointment showed up and opted to give them priority, telling me to make another appointment...Terrible service and obvious lack of organization.
