Best ate of nails I have had in the last 2 1/2 years here. Jenni excellent at shaping. Jenni and her salon are so friendly and kind. I have finally found my place here in El Paso.

Jenni & staff are the absolute best nail techs in the city! They are courteous, professional and always so sweet & attentive. Salon is super clean, they open sanitized instruments right in front of you. My nails have lasted a long time without chipping or peeling. The deluxe pedicure is very relaxing and leaves your feet feeling great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I have always jumped around from nail salon to nail salon.Until I came here.I was greeted with smiles, never rushed, and felt very welcome.They always take their time to do great quality work. They listen to what you want. Ive had my nails done here about eight times already and I will keep coming here only. My pedicure was great as well. I accidentally to my own fault broke my nail once and they immediately had me come in and fix it. They were very gentle and made sure I wasnt in pain.They always go above and beyond with customer service.Hands down best place to get your nails done on the west side!

I love Jenni nails and spa. First of all, its super welcoming, comfortable and clean. I appreciate the safety measures theyve taken following the pandemic. The staff is great. I got a manicure and a pedicure on my latest visit and I was able to relax, had fun talking to the nail specialist Janette while I got my nails and pedicure. I was happy with my nails and felt more relaxed and less stressed afterwards. Jenni is also the best, shes professional, welcoming, kind and cares a lot about her customers.

My experience with terrible. All of the workers were in a hurry to go home and go to party’s. My set came out ugly, I am sorry to say but my set is ugly, the shape is not even coffin, the lines that I had asked for are all over the place, the glitter is not even on right. Honestly my nails look like rounded rectangles. When the lady was filling my nails down to the shape she continuously kept on hurting me and I told her but nope kept on filling how she wanted to. Also my nail is stuck to my skin, I woke up this morning with pain, which shouldn’t be happening. There was so much nail glue around my fingers she took it off herself. The shape of my nails are like eggs, I had asked for coffin shape. The most disappointing part is I had told them I have an important event and i wanted to go all pretty with my nails did, that went in and out the other ear. Don’t come here, don’t waist your time or money!

I have been giving this location my business for 2 decades and continued to as I enjoyed the new owner (Jenni) until my last experience when they cut my foot and finger. I attempted to keep my loyalty by addressing the matter. Instead they let me walk away with a bad taste in my mouth, because I will NEVER step foot in that unprofessional place where you will be butchered and still have to pay for it.

I am extremely appalled to give a low star review because Jennni us absolutely amazing. The nail tech that attended me however, was very unprofessional and hurt my nails pretty badly. She seemed to be in a hurry despite there being no other costumers but me and my friend since it was early in the mornig. I understand she was taking care of her baby but she was very rushed and most of the nails were too thick on the acrylic and ahe shaped them very harshly, I had to take my nails off that same day because they hurt a lot. As for the other Nail techs, they seem really nice, I will probaby give this place another shot.

What a great experience I had! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Just as I sat down I was offered something to drink and the options were numerous. I settled with water and without even being asked what service I was getting I had a water in my hand. The overall shop was extremely clean, fresh and new. The smell was aromatic, instead of overbearing with acrylic. The staff was courteous and conversations were taking placed throughout the shop. Engagement in my opinion is key. I felt welcomed and at ease. I sat with whom I assume was the owner of the shop. Her name like the business was Jenni. She made me feel relaxed and at ease. I asked for a specific design and showed her something I found on Pinterest. She executed it and I couldn’t be anymore happier! This is place awesome! And I plan on coming back! Thank

Our nail tech, Jeanette, did an absolutely wonderful job on my acrylics doing exactly as I requested, and also did great making me comfortable during my pedicure. I HIGHLY recommend this salon for its great staff, skills, and its welcoming environment.

I absolutely LOVE the services my boyfriend and I went in for today! I got an acrylic set and my boyfriend got a manicure. Djenie (I could totally be spelling it wrong sorry :( ) took her time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them and I appreciated that so much!!!! Will definitely be going back!!

Nails already chipping and it had only been 2 days . Went there because I thought it was Mulans still but apparently they sold . When I asked owner how long she had been there she said a long time, which was a lie. I also didn’t like the way she talked down to her staff that obviously was new to doing pedicures. Won’t be going back. Pedicure was done with cool water and was just ok .

All the employees were very nice. Alex did my pedicure. She was very nice, caring and professional. I’ll definitely come back to see her. I’m glad I found a great place to get my pedicures now.

Jennis Nail and Spa is amazing! The customer service is excellent, the store is clean, and contact precautions in place. My favorite service is the spa pedicure and the dip nails. My mom, my daughter and I always enjoy coming to Jennis.

I am so proud that her hard work and dedication to doing a great job for all of her customers has paid off, and she now has her own nail salon.Her shop is clean with brand new pedicure chairs, manicure tables, and a great selection of polish, gel and dips. Love going here for my manicures and pedicures! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love the dip nail service, it lasts so much longer than acrylic and much healthier for your nails. They offer complementary drinks as well.

Man O man what and experience!!! Exalent isnt the word. I am from North Carolina And Im out here 2 weeks for work Im picky on who does my nails. I zbroke one and couldnt stand it. This has been by far the BEST nail salon I have been to. 5 star rating on staff, sanitary conditions, attitude, hospitality, and art work. Mulan is the nicest woman I have met. Everyone there is friendly and doesn’t give you the uncomfortable vibe that you’re a bother. I didn’t have an appointment and she took me in. She even stayed 2 HOURS past closing to perfect and finish my nails. She offered me refreshments(I got raspberry iced tea). And didn’t rush her work, she calls it art, which IT IS. My go to nail salon, it’s perfect overall. My nails were the pink ones with the dried flowers.

Mulan is one of the sweetest nail techs out there! Always super welcoming and friendly, takes her time when doing your nails, and will quickly redo something if it is not to your liking. Has a great selection of different polishes/styles (Holo, glow in the dark, cats eye, sugar texture etc) I love going here. Very reasonable prices, overall a great place to unwind and feel pampered!

Mulan and Nancy are the best! Got there an hour before they closed for a new set and Nancy took off my old set before she left. Had a bad experience up the street just a week before and my nails looked horrific. Mulan took her time with my new set even though the salon was already closed. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy. I love, love, love my nails!! At the end Mulan even stayed at the door and made sure I got in my car safely since it was already dark. I’ve definitely found my forever nail salon!

After experiencing really bad customer service at another salon I decided to do some research and try to find a new nail salon. I spent a good amount time and found Mulan Nails. They had nothing but 5 star reviews plus a couple of friends had already recommended them. What I expierienced was far greater than I expected. Mulan was an absolute pleasure and made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. In edition, my nails look amazing! I definitely plan on returning very soon!!! Thank you Mulan!!

This place is officially on my black list 40$ for small round nails with gel . oh and an acrylic over lay. 3 hours of my time for a simple job and i was ripped off. they charge you an extra 5$ for wanting a natural round shape and they don’t disclose that until you pay. will not be returningin response to the owner: exactly!!!. you returned the 5$ because it’s bogus for you to charge for me to keep my natural shape.

Ive been getting my nails done with Mulan since 2015 and I can honestly say that I have yet to find anyone that does my nails as good as her, I live out of town now but come back everytime Im in town(Ill come into town just to do my nails)! Her nail salon is clean and everyone is so nice. They treat you like family! I love love love her and would give them 1000 stars if I could!

Not super thrilled with the experience here. Made an appointment for noon and am still sitting here in cold water 40 minutes later waiting to have a pedicure done. If they are not able to fulfill appointment times they should ask you to come at a different time instead of making you sit and wait. They seem to be very loyal to their regulars though.

I was excited to get a mani/pedi here while I was visiting from out of town because of the great reviews, but my visit quickly went from a 5 star to a 3 star when after 4 days my GEL mani had already started to peel. I will say the atmosphere and staff were very nice and personable and we even had a complimentary glass of wine which was great, but after years of getting gel manicures that lasted well over 2 weeks I was so disappointed that I had to come home and get a fresh set done after less than a week. I would only recommend going here if the owner personally attends to your appointment.

I had the best experience at mulans. She’s the funniest person ever lol and she put the most effort in my nails. She made my ugly lop sided coffin shaped nails into equal pretty nails. She gave me everything I asked for, for a great price!!! I will definitely be going back. She gets very busy so I would recommend an appointment. And if she can’t take you she’ll tell you and not make you wait forever!!!
