Horrible service re did my nails twice next day gel polish was peeling nail broke that afternoon $70 for this mess at least if your going to charge these prices make sure you know what your doing. I will never refer anyone to this place or go back

Lynn has always done the best job for me!! I always need special attention to my toenails and she always treats me with respect and excellent service. Love ❤️ the way she does my fingernails too!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! These nails were $55 with no tip. I tried to negotiate to $40 because she literally filed my skin off and she got an attitude with me and said “I already gave you a $5 discount”. They’re cute from far but when you feel them they’re uneven with more product on one side than the other. And she didn’t even give me any lotion or let me wash my hands. The name of the girl is Lynn. So unprofessional!!!

**Do not take any precautions even at this time that Covid is still around.** Uses the same brush that was already sitting there for who knows how long. Dips the brush into original container and works from there. The tech is very fast but left my nails lumpy and deformed. Spend $50 for a very bad job.

First, It’s not clean. After I waited 15 minutes I couldn’t get the service I wanted and the only reason for that was “this one is better for you.” And after deciding on shellac, she wouldn’t let me chose the color I wanted, well because “this one better for you.” No nail prep and no attempt to clean my hands before all these issues made me walk out. This is how I left.

Not professional at all & very expensive for low quality service. My sister went for a gel manicure with Linn, who was very rude and aggressive with her. My sister told her it was hurting but Linn continued with no care. She asked for a different person but Linn denied her request. The next day I went back to ask for a refund due to sloppy work and horrible treatment of pain she caused. Linn asked, “ well is she bleeding?”. I explained to Linn you don’t need to be bleeding in order to feel pain. Linn cut me off, turned her back, and pointed to the back of the room to speak to the manager. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a refund. I do not recommend this place. Not a welcoming environment, very unorganized, and highly expensive for poor quality & service. No compassion for their customers whatsoever.

I had the best time with Lin she was so nice and professional. My nails came out as I expected. Great conversation as well. Will definitely be returning

By far THE WORST EL PASO HAS TO OFFER! Unfortunately i wanted to try a new place for my fills... BIG MISTAKE!😡 the owner was so rude to her customers it was unreal! I literally saw her roll her eyes at a customer because she was telling the tech to change the polish! Unbelievable! Then my nails were so thick I tried to take them off day after and no luck! The polish peeled off on its own after 45 minutes! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Don’t even bother! If that’s the kind of work u wanna pay for come to my house my neighbor has a 6yr old who could probably do a better job! Horrible! Someone should report them!

Went in for a pedicure. By the next day the nail polish was chipping off. The nail polish to begin with was polished horribly... bumps and waves in the nail polish. Went back to have them fix it and redo the polish. But lady just wanted to do the toes that chipped with a completely different color.Once I told her I wanted them all repainted she didnt like that and I sat and waited in the chair for 45 mins. She got a customer that got there after me before me. I got up and left without the lady asking me anything. I guess their re paint to satisfy customers is not true. Dont waste your money here!! Not going back!

Only 1 nail tech. My nails are uneven and badly shaped. Didnt have what I originally asked for. Gave 2 other option and still looked ugly. Lady rushed and did poor job . Worse place to get nails done. Will not return. Dont waste money here.

Enjoyed a relaxing and much needed pedicure. They are very accommodating and professional. I was given time to sit, relax and soak before my pedicure. The location was very clean and everyone took precautions with proper sanitation and face coverings.

Extremely rude staff. My nails looked like they were done by someone who was training in school or something. The nails were twice as thick, uneven, and bumpy, so when I asked if they could be fixed by another tech I was treated very unprofessionally. Not to mention every color I asked for that was on their display they said they no longer have. The nail tech then seemed irritated like Im supposed to know which colors they do and dont have. I then asked if this is the kind of customer service they give everyone and she walked away from me and began to speak in a rude tone to her co workers in a different language. Never again will I come here.

Walked in for 4 pedicures, and were immediately greeted and seated. Friendly service, great quality pedicures. Atmosphere is welcoming and comfy. We even got to meet Winston, a furry friend! Definitely recommend!

So disappointed the last time I came here I loved it so came back!!! Never again! So they told me it was a 20 minute wait I waited an hour with my feet soaking in cold water. The guy who did my pedicure was super nice and good but some lady I think the own did the polish and OMG my 5 year old could do a better job!!!! She got gel polish all over my skin and not even on my toe nail I have so many missing spots! And it looks so messy! I’m pregnant so I couldn’t really tell at the time until I got home! But no wonder once she was done she rushed and put my shoes on for me not even giving me a chance to see! I was there for two hours so I was exhausted. $65 for that wow! I also have pictures of the horrible job!

No hate, I am just being 100% honest. The person who did my nails did a bad job! I was so sad. The shape was bad, the design I asked for (something so simple) was bad!! I had to pay $65 for it. My nails looked so bad that I had to go to target to buy a nail filing kit and nail stickers to try and make them look a little better.

I DO NOT recommend this business, they use very poor quality material, I did my fullset nails on my hands and pedicure. Paid $ 170 and I went home at 10 at night, the next morning two nails fell off and the acrylic that was placed on my toe also fell off. I went back at 8pm and they close 8:30pm. I was told that today they cannot repair it as the person that originally did the work is off (2 days) and only he can repair the damage. I then proceeded to request my money back and that was also denied. I was shown a store policy which does specify no refund, we will only repair if necessary no where does it specify it can only be that person. Regardless why would I trust the same person if his job was no good? I dont live close by and they want me to come back for the 3rd time. I walked out highly upset and frustrated with the lack of professionalism.

This place is extremely under staffed for the amount of chairs/ work areas they have. I came in on a Sunday and waited about fifteen minutes for someone to greet/ ask what I wanted. Then, they left me soaking for 1 hour! The water was cold and I had to take my feet out because they were all wrinkly. The music they had was very annoying and very loud. Nobody wants to hear EDM music so loud. Its so loud they cant even hear what youre saying. I ended up leaving after an hour and fifteen minutes because I was so annoyed. It was the first and last time Ill come here! Terrible place!

I went in yesterday for a pedicure, waited for a good hour for them to get to me. Water was cold, horrible job on painting and they already peeled and came off. Didn’t even last a full 24 hours! Waste of $60. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Spend your money else where.

They deserve 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. They have you sign in but dont take customers in order of how theyve signed in. There were 2 customers taken before me that came after i did.. I waited almost 3 hours for a pedicure that was subpar. The gel polish wasnt neat. Ive never been to a place that had me and several other customers soaking in water for hours. If theyre behind they should probably stop taking customers.

Went in to get my nails done and pedicure we had our dog and they even let him in to enjoy the nice air conditioner. Nice place, very clean! Will be a returning customer for sure!

Went for a pedicure and a full set. Water in pedicure cold! Not relaxing at all. And I should have learned my lesson. The lady by the cash register, I believe is the owner needs to stop doing nails. Horrible chance. Have given her 3 opportunities to do better and she is just horrible. Poor management for allowing her to continue to do nails. My 7 year old can do a better job. $110 spent and only lasted 3 days. Never again lesson learned!!! STAY AWAY!!

I went in Saturday and requested Lynn.(not sure about her name) Waited about 25 minutes. They finally tell me to come back in an hour so I left. When I came back I still waited a bit then she starts by leaving me soaking. She goes to eat, another 2 ladies come in and request her so this man comes and takes me to another station with another Male tech. Very unprofessional!!! And off course I was upset! Another thing please wash your hands after smoking and in between clients! Touching clients feet, handling money so yea I notice all these things. Never again

I’ve been there 3 or 4 times and they never get the color I want correct. I show them a picture and always FAIL and put some other color. Also the lady who did my nails coughed in her hands and proceeded to grab my hands.

I went for a fill on Sunday ( not my usual salon). Very friendly & treated nicely but got opposite of what I requested and ridiculously over charged $50 for just a fill. I asked for simple gel fill no design. He forced designs after I kept saying no. He was rushing to the point where I have gel polish on parts of my fingers. Designs or not for the service I requested for the price I paid it was not worth it.

I went to do my nails and it all came out to 80 I asked for gel, ballerina and a size 5 and got acrylic color uneven ballerina and she never measured one hand was longer than the other hand. she rushed I had to keep getting the lady (I’m sure was the owner) to fix my nails, she never measured my nails, etc I was very unimpressed with how they came out I am so unhappy with them. I will not be returning there ever again! They ruined my nails.

Waited 1 hour on pedicure chair with feet in water. Took so long that water was cold by the time they started. EXYREMELY OVERCHARGED. Paid $129 for gel pedicure and gel full set. Took picture of what I wanted and work done did not even come close. I kept trying to tell manicurist what I wanted but she didnt seem to understand. Not even with a picture. Will not be back again.

I got a gel polish set and she didn’t shave down my nail or even file my nails down to make a shape, she was not really paying attention and just trying to get it over with and she used the gel coat twice on one hand because she wasn’t paying attention. When she finished my set they looked very overlayered and every nail seemed as if the gel polish had ruined the texture. did not like them at all.

I got a fill-in and told the lady I dont want them thick and she said she will make them perfect and if I had them thin that they would break and peel... So after she buffered them down she glued the previous ones. She painted my nails and what a poor job she done you can see and feel the crease and one nail was peeling after 3 days. She painted my nails 3 times and nails looked horrible. I was not pleased- save your money and get it done somewhere!

They cut my cuticle during a manicure service. Tried to stop the bleeding with glue. Didnt use clean, sealed utensils. Did not wash her hands between clients. The day after the pedicure I got an allergy on my feet cuticle, doctor suggested from contaminated tools. I do not recommend this location and will not return.

This place was by far the worst ive been to theperson doing my nails was so aggressive with it i started bleeding from my index finger i asked for a certain design on all my nails and they only put it on my ring finger.

Horrible horrible horrible. Got full set yesterday. Hate them so much. I asked the lady to file because they are super thick and all different shape. She said oh no perfect shape and I can file down because if too thin they will break. She charged $60 and that is the worst money ever spent. Such a shame.

Me and my friend went to get new sets, the man who did mine did a good job with some uneven edges and some minor bumps in the nails, overall he did well. However, the woman who had done my friends nails left them severely uneven with both thumbs have an obvious fourth of an inch difference in length, bumpy as hell, and all thick she charged 60

PLEASE don’t even consider going to this place, we walked in there to get two pedicures, we were told the price is 90 for both, somehow we ended up paying 153, and when we asked them to refund us the difference because the numbers didn’t make sense, they said they would only refund It if they scrubbed off the extra Gel they added which they said caused the price increase ( of course we were never told about it until after they charged us ) GUESS what folks and I’m not KIDDING you, they literally brought a little device and SCRUBBED OFF the Gel of our feet in order to refund us the difference, let that sink in for a minute!!!! I have never seen or heard of a business where customers are treated like that, and finally some of them don’t bother or even pretend to wear a mask.

I didn’t get the service I expected. I requested the deluxe spa pedicure however the guy working there did not provide the hot stone and towel service or the lotion massage as it states in the deluxe spa package description. I was highly disappointed and was looking forward to a nice pedicure and I will not be going back. The best he did was gave me $5 dollars off for forgetting which in my opinion does not replace what was missed. I understand mistakes happen so for anyone going there hopefully the same won’t happen to you.

We arrived late to our appointment- and at the last minute I brought two extra family members to get a pedicure- Vincent, Diane and Tony- along with the other staff gave us the full experience!Such a treat for my family visiting - we loved the new shop, the Volcano pedicures and green tea!Must try - my friend who opted for a basic pedicure - still received amazing service. Mentioned that because prices vary- but honestly I’ve been to many over pricey salons and did not receive the customer service or overall satisfaction with the quality I received .There are many options to choose from. I opted for the $60 pedicure because I treated myself but my two friends received the best pedicures for the Basic and honestly afterwards we both agreed - it’s nice to treat yourself when you can - nice atmosphere and service.

I had multiple cuts on my toe cuticle areas. Instead of cleaning excess gel off with a brush before putting it under the lamp he tried removing it after?? That was painful! The prices are crazy..$39 for a pedicure and an EXTRA $15 for gel polish? So in total $54. I’m from New England where cost of living is much higher than El Paso. In Massachusetts I can get a spa pedicure for $45 INCLUDING gel polish. My finished result was mediocre. They’re nice, but unfortunately I won’t go back there. Hopefully the owner reads reviews!!

I went here today on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Richard greeted me when I entered, he was nice. Crystal did my pedicure and she was nice also! I enjoyed that she was super calm and let me relax - which is nice since that’s why I like getting pedicures. The good color options and accept CC which is nice for this area (most don’t). Overall, it’s a solid place and I recommend it.

I went in for the grand opening and I must say for a new business I was pleasantly surprised. From the second I walked in everyone was super inviting! Kim, my nail tech, did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be going back. And I would suggest everyone to check Grand Nails out!

I never leave a bad review, but for the money I paid, I am very disappointed. When I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment the man said no and also gave me a price for a full set and a pedicure. However, whenever I got ready to pay the price was $40 more than the price he had given me. When I asked what made the price go up so much the lady who did my nails started saying I got gel polish but I did not! $109 for a basic full set and a standard pedicure. I will not be back.

My mother and I first walked in and were greeted very nice by Mr. Richard and felt very welcoming. Jessie and crystal did an amazing job on my mother and I. She was also very happy with the results as much as I was. Even though I was super picky Jessie made sure I left happy. Although the prices are alittle high it was all well worth it. I had to tell the lady to stop scrapping my heel with that cheese grader and then she started bugging with a used buffer. She burned me with the hot towel on my anckle. For a $80 volcano spa pedicure I expected new buffers and pouched sterile tools as well

Wasn’t the best experience. I won’t come back here ever. I went in expecting a nice French pedicure and was immediately up sold on things I didn’t ask for. The French band on my toes are too thick and I paid extra for gel when I didn’t want it.

As a diabetic my feet are really important to my health and I have not found a good place. Sally was amazing, this girl got it, I will come to her from now on. My mom was here too and we were all treated super well, this one employee kept joking and making all of us laugh, great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

The old lady that was available to do my nails was rude and made many cuts on my fingers with the nail filer. This place is so disgusting. When I asked her to fix them she said she couldn’t do it and still asked for a tip. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Don’t come here! There was a lady getting a manicure with her significant other and they were not wearing masks. They do not disinfect the menus or the nail color samples everyone else touches.Just like other reviews have mentioned my big toe cuticle was badly cut and I bled really bad, it was painful for days. Had a good visit here. My daughter and I came in for a pedi and really enjoyed the service. The owner was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I got a dip manicure as well but am sad that it is already chipping off. I would definitely come back for a pedi.

I went to get my nails done there two days later the polish on three nails chipped because Lynn the lady who did my fill did a HORRIBLE job at painting them the first time. I went back to get them fixed and she was so rude she painted my nails again but they came out uglier than before. Don’t waste your money going to this location to get your nails done.

Fast good quality. I came here for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Very professional staff and clean store. I came here because my normal nail salon wasnt open. Glad i vame because the results were better and in a more timely matter. Only complaint would be that i was pushed fo do more than intened, such as a manicure and upper lip wax. I under stand why they did this but they were kind about the suggestions.other than that, good service. I was greeted as soon as i entered and quickly seated. Tye price is more than what i would normally pay but good for the service.

Personally, I am very unhappy with the results of my gel polish. The nail tech did them really fast, not being precise. My nails are bumpy and uneven. Also the 20% off is only if the bill is higher than $50 which made me upset because that is the reason I went there.

Woke up to take my girl here, they were empty and still rushed her. They had to take charges off at the cash register because they didn’t do everything they promised.
