Man I can not say enough it’s gonna be hard enough to put in a few words so might be long. First off so clean, so nice, so supportive of my journey and getting to my physical goal which actually helped me reach an incredible mental goal. When I started I didn’t know what to expect and honestly was scared but the instructors/couches made me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for there insight and lessons to help me reach my goals every week. I honestly don’t know what I could have done without them. Now I’m healthier and have more energy I can’t wait to get back there and back to work.
I was visiting the area, I was on a small get away from the Dallas area. As a pro fighter I needed to find a gym that could satisfy my need and my daily calorie out take.This place was it!It was fast paced, extremely positive, and encouraging queues where said and done!A great workout led by a great instructor!I highly recommend this as a go to gym.Definitely will return to them once I visit the area again!!

The trainers are beyond motivating. They will push you to your limits and then some. High energy very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve done similar training when I lived away from El Paso but hands down this has been my best experience yet!! Definitely recommend you to join and get a great, safe, and very effective workout. Regardless of your physical fitness level they will get you in shape and definitely make your body transform in what you always wanted to look like.
If you are looking for a intense but sustainable workout this is the place. Love the energy of the trainers and the atmosphere. Working out during these times can be difficult but at TKFIT there is a lot of space so you can be spaced out from others and I felt super comfortable. I felt like they listened to me and pushed me to go for more. 🔥 I love it!! Always excited for my next workout.

When I gained weight because of my divorce I decided to hit the gym. When that boring I needed to go somewhere to get that extra push and it won’t become routine as just lifting weights. Also as my life is super busy the AM morning classes are perfect great workout and great employees would highly recommend it!

Tkfit is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their sessions are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than other classes I’ve tried which I love. It’s great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in.

I am a doctor and I will say thats TKfit fitness program is a good first step on your path to physical fitness. Awesome energy that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there! During my pregnancy I gained a significant amount of weight and was not very active. After I had my son I became depressed over all the weight I gained, which made me lose my confidence, my self-esteem was very low, and I felt like all the excessive weight I was carrying was slowing me down physically and mentally. It was hard for me to get out of my apt and be in the public eye because I was embarrassed of who I had become. I went into TKFit for a body analysis and was shocked by the results. I knew at that moment I needed to get back into shape in order to be healthy and to be around long enough to see my son grow up. I decided to give the 6 week challenge a try. From the first time I spoke to trainer Kai he was determined to help me become the best me possible. I finished the 6week challenge and my overall experience was great and life changing. Trainer Kai and all the trainers at tkfit westside location are very motivating, they come up with creative and fun workouts that target every part of your body, inspire you to stay focused and give it their all to help you reach your challenge goal of losing 20 lbs. The trainers at TKFit always have a positive attitude, are very welcoming and understand the struggles of getting back into shape. They also do not just stand around and watch you do the workouts, they jump right into the workout with you and push you when you feel like giving up as well as guide you on how to do each exercise correctly. TKFit has a family-oriented environment and the trainers take extreme pride in training each member. The gym was always clean and organized and equipment was well taken care of. Even the members loved working together to finish the 30-minute workout as a team. The best part of the challenge is seeing results every week. My energy level is also up, I gained more confidence in myself, I believe in myself, I’ve learned some great tools on how to eat healthy and stay fit, all thanks to TKfit and the trainers. Even though my journey is done at TKfit, they inspired me to keep believing in myself and to continue working on my transformation one day at a time. I definitely recommend the 6week challenge because if I could lose the 20lbs in 6weeks, then you can lose the 20lbs or even more in 6weeks. First impression was great, a welcoming place with a diverse group of people. This gym trainer are great will do the work with you.. Its a fast paced with several different stations to go through. Very clean place. They make you feel like part of there family.Great for any level.
Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Tried to do an appointment first time they NEVER answered then on another page they respond to me giving me an appointment. The location they have on FB page is not that one, called and messaged for information no one answer. The trainer did not answer either. I had to wait more than 36 minutes in the car for someone to answer but they never did. Poor communication and horrible customer service. I messaged 2 of the pages and trainer, no one answer to give me information about the updated location.
I had high hopes for my training with TKfit but i really just feel scammed by kai. He pushed and pushed for me to pay for a month, i accepted but i got nothing out of it. I went every day and the trainers that are hired are not good at all. No one cares. Not kai, not the trainers. They just want your money. Now learned he’s also a thief and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon last month i really hate myself for falling for it. Such a scam.
The family had TKFit is one that you won’t get anywhere else. They keep you motivated and wanting more for yourself. You are never alone. If you want change this is the place to be. First of all, I would like to thank TK Fitness for supporting my culture change initiative. The trainers and other members were really supportive and created a motivated environment for me. I truly enjoyed the 6 week beach body challenge as I was pushed to my limits and make each drop of sweat from my body worth it. I have been changing my eating habits and continue to go strong with my fitness levels. I would strongly suggest this place for working out as you will feel great and see amazing results!

Tkfit was a new and fun experience for me, at the beginning I was nervous because I was not used to exercise or that people saw me at my worst moment but day by day I began to feel much more confident than I did before. The place is big and clean, the trainers are great, the atmosphere is too comfortable. You feel good about being there, my self-esteem grew too much when I started to see changes in my body and that my physical endurance was greater. I recommend this place if you are looking to lose weight without so many hours of exercise since the classes are half an hour.
Honestly the best thing that I have done for myself!! I havent felt so good physically in over 5 years. Everyone at the gym just makes you feel like family. Just makes you not want to miss a session. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel better about themselves!! I feel so much more energy physically and mentally I now know that my goal is achievable!

Truly a great place to get a good workout. Every sessions has different exercises and I have yet to repeat a single exercise. The trainers are excellent and always push you to do your best during each session. If you can not perform a certain exercise due to an injury or any other reason they will gladly modify it for you so that you still get a good sweat going. Meal plans are also offered; they are delicious, very healthy, and energize you throughout the day. Overall I recommend the gym to anyone who wants to get a start on healthy living.
I’m on week four of the six week challenge & it’s been a good experience so far. The trainers are all nice & they push you to do your best. The recipes provided for the meals you eat every week have been really yummy! This has jump started my fitness journey & I’m glad I’m doing this challenge regardless if I succeed in this challenge or not. I recommend everyone to try this gym, you will love how you feel.
I honestly came into this program a little scared for the promised attention that we were going to receive but I soon realized that it is this personal attention that makes it so good. it feels like a very encouraging family. Everyone provides support and acceptance while till pushing you to do the best possible. Its a wonderful place.

I absolutely love this gym and for being a diabetic type 1 I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels classes are pretty intense but I go at my pace my trainer erica is amazing always supportive and I absolutely feel better and most confident! I actually enjoy the gym the 30 min workout fits my busy lifestyle and I’m able to get in get out and get on with my day! As I get home to cook dinner for teens and husband! I don’t have to spend hours and hours at the gym! As for my physical stand point I feel stronger and have this energy I didn’t know existed! I am in my 4 th week of the 6 week challenge and have absolutely 100% recommend this to everyone !

The six week challenge has been a real challenge. Only 3 weeks down and my body is changing for the better. I am slo eating healthier. I make better food choices and the workouts are never the same. I really like this place. Their protein shakes are pretty awesome too.

Of all the gyms that I have attended, TKFit is the most challenging but motivating place I have experienced. The trainers I have worked with are all helpful and willing to answer any question you may have. With the 6 week challenge, meal plans are included and access to a success manual to help keep you on track! Several different times are available for sessions so it really fits any and all schedules! I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get healthy! I lost 25 pounds, but gained a fit family that cheers me on everyday!
Joining TKFit has been one of the best decisions Ive made. Trainer Kai makes it a point to meet and get to know every person that walks through his doors. Being part of the TKFit family has been a great journey for me. It actually showed me that I am capable of so much more than what I give myself credit for. I have never been a huge fan of going to gyms, but the environment at TKFit is so fun and accommodating, that I actually look forward to my next work outs. Some of the exercises were challenging and tiring, yes, but the only way to see some changes in yourself is to actually push limits and boundaries. I love the fact that the work outs are only for 30 minutes. All the trainers I’ve had the honor of working out with were all fantastic. I also loved the meal plans and food recipes as well. Ive been going to their new location on Helen of Troy for four weeks now. In the beginning I wasnt sure I was going to be able to be dedicated enough to keep up with the program, but I have surprisingly been able to stay dedicated. I love going first thing in the morning at 5:15 because I am energized the rest of the day! All the trainers have been fantastic and you really get a great vigorous 30 minute workout. If you dont think you have the time, youre wrong. Its just 30 minutes a day to a better healthier you! If youre looking to lose some weight, or get in better shape this is most definitely for you!
I was a bit skeptical when I first joined the challenge. I go to an other gym about 2-3 times a week but I mostly weight train. Well I’m 4 weeks in to the TK fit challenge and i have to say my life has changed, not only have I seen results on the scale and my clothes but I feel better than ever. The combination of the workouts, meal plans and supplement recommendations have been awesome. I love the trainers, they push you but also help make sure oh don’t get injured. Kinda like the best of both worlds, you met people with like minded goals in a class setting but also get personalized attention. I feel very comfortable here. Obviously you get results but for me this has been so much more. I’ve made friendships and have started to change my lifestyle to a healthier one. Everyone knows me by name and to be honest that is what gets me going on the days I’m not motivated.Plus as someone who has had an injury it’s awesome to know the trainers are always right beside me to fix my form or just give me that extra push.

So I kept seeing this free boot camp and all these promises about losing weight healthy and them not setting you up for failure... I was really skeptical about it and kept browsing through the ads. But just one day I was like screw it. What do I have to lose exactly? Well called in and met Trainer Kai. Made everything super clear and motivated me to join. 4 weeks in and Ive lost some weight. My body isnt as flabby and I have enough energy and strength to be able to keep up with some of the youngins!! This place has great energy and great vibes. You feel more like a family than a gym. Im so glad I got out of my comfort zone and pushed through. Go ahead and try it. What do you have to lose?
One Sunday morning I saw the challenge invite and decided to show up and see what it TKFit had to offer. Got to meet trainer Kai and a couple of other people that were interested on the 6 week challenge too.At this point in my life I weighed the heaviest and felt the most unfit I’ve been in my life. At some point I just let go on taking care of myself.Trainer Kai brought in positivism in a way that made me believe in myself and jumped into the challenge.Within the week i felt so much better, with energy.It is more than just a gym with workouts. It is a way to change bad habits and replace them with good ones.The diet that goes along the program is personally a greater challenge but i see it as way to become more conscious about what I eat and what we bring to our home as a grocery list.I look forward to continue with this life choice to live better taking care of myself to be an even better husband, son, brother, and nurse.Thank you so much for this gift trainer Kai!
I am loving the experience at this gym! The trainers are great and really supportive. They are really flexible as well, since they are always willing to make modifications on the workouts or the meal plan if you need. The sessions are 30 minutes long of high intensity which makes it challenging but so rewarding. The trainers are great and help you with your form and are always there to support and encourage you. The classes are very entertaining and are never the same. You always feel like you are working even if you have been going here for a while. Overall it has a great atmosphere and it’s always fun to go.
Perfect place for those who have busy schedules. The 30 minute HIIT workouts are varied and effective. Great FitFam and trainers.
Amazing place to start a healthier and fit life!! Trainer Kai and staff have been the most professional and caring team I have ever seen when looking for a gym. It is more than going to a gym and losing weight....its like your family cheering you on, giving advice and supporting you every step of the way. No matter what other people might say, I truly believe in my fit family and am happy and blessed to be part of it as well!!
Tk Fit is a great place where you can exercise without feeling judged. The trainers are awesome and they actually care about each and everyone of the people who attend the gym. They make sure that you are doing the exercises the right way so you dont hurt yourself and also help you with modifications to the workout in case you have an injury of some sort that prevents you from doing a certain exercise. Its very fun to workout because its always a different routine, its never repetitive, you are always doing something new and every day is a different challenge, a challenge that youll look forward to. The gym is very well equipped, and properly ventilated. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to loose weight, get back in shape, or simply looking to maintain weight and stay in shape.
I love this place! The trainers are so helpful! Kai is always pushing us to go the extra mile. I joined the 6 week challenge and it has been a tough challenge but definitely worth it! Definitely do not crave the same things I used to. 👏🏻🙌🏻
It’s a great experience, the trainers have amazing workout routines that burn and feel great they motivate you to follow through. Having them and trainer Kai explain every step of the way makes it simpler for us to achieve our goals. It’s also a different atmosphere from a normal gym, in here we’re like a family there’s no need for worrying about judgement or insecurities, we all help each other to become better.

I have found my new gym!! I love everything about it from the trainers to the exercises to the meal plans. The meal plans are delicious and realistic, you are not starving yourself and you can make the meals for the whole family. I completed my challenge and I lost a total of 20.6 lbs!!! I recommend this gym to anyone who is motivated to make a change in their life!!

Training is hard but worth every minute. Location is accesible, trainers are knowledgeable and everyone makes you feel as Family. Highly recommend TKFit if you want to get in shape!
My trainer is the best. He has changed my life. He makes me want to push myself to the limit. I feel so good. Never have I wanted to better myself. I thank him so much for giving me the strength to change myself. Work hard, it pays off!
Started with the 6 week challenge and now I am a member, just 5 weeks in. I love it, the classes are continent and fast but effective. The trainers are great, and very nice. Barely a month and I already notice a difference, I can’t wait to continue on!
When I came in for information about the 6 week challenge I had a lot of doubts. And is already week 4 and it has been a life changing experience. I have been learning how to eat, how to exercise. Trainer Kai gave as the recipes, the grocery list and everything we need to loose weight. Great gym. Great trainers. Love it.

I’ve been going to TKFIT for about 4 weeks and it had been the hardest but greatest 4 weeks. All the trainers know what they are doing and push you to do your best. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle!
I joined a 6 week challenge and have consistently surprised myself. I am not a gym person but I absolutely love the workouts here. I was always afraid of HIIT. Now, its a favorite. The trainers are very motivating. I cant wait to see the final results.
Tk fit has been my back bone since I started the place is like stepping out of a time machine and coming back as a much better healthier person. The people are wonderful and our trainers make it that much better to make sure we want to keep on accomplishing our goal to keep fit.
