Most likely a great barber, but we will never know! Hours state 9:30 AM. We waited until 9:44 AM and he finally showed up to speak to his buddys outside. His buddies let him know we were waiting and he grabbed a glimpse of us, then proceeded to enter his establishment. He locked the door behind him. We waited another 5 minutes and proceeded to enter, door still locked. I guess this owner does not need new business. Extremely bad customer service!

We came on Friday it said it was open door was locked lights were out that was at 3 o’clock the hours say Monday to Saturday 930 to 7 nobody here came back on Saturday same thing at 2:39 store still locked while we were here somebody else try to get into he’s already lost three peoples business because he decided not to open even though his app says he is open he’s not he’s obviously closed not very professional. The door now states by appointment only which I told him to put up because he open the door and I told him he should put that because he’s already lost business lol!!

Got a haircut today 11-07-2020 and he was able to fix me up real good he takes his time and makes sure your on point and gets every detail highly recommended this place he’ll fix you up I believe he’s the owner worth every penny

Hadn’t had a beard trim in months due to covid and they took great care of me and i was really impressed with the result. Did exactly what i asked and very friendly! I’d definitely go back

Amazing haircut, and thankfully open on memorial day

All of the stylist where professional and the shop was clean .I was not just impressed with the young man that cut my Sons hair but everyone there where very skilled. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone whoLook to get a great haircut.

I love having this Barbershop in my neighborhood. Its very clean the staff is very friendly and safety minded and they do a great job for a great price.

The barber who did do one of my sons hair, he did a pretty good job! He’s the reason for the two stars, otherwise it would’ve been one. Overall, because of our other experience, don’t waste your time or money. One, they take to long, and second, the barber who wasn’t busy didn’t want to cut my other sons hair. Keep in mind, his coworker did tell him he was waiting and he just simply walked out. Didn’t help that the other barbers once available and did not have appointments still didn’t take him.

Showed up late on Friday, but they werent taking anymore walk-ins, however they let me make an appointment on the spot for the next day. Id recommend an appointment, but they are friendly, and will take walk-ins. I went in for a beard trim and they did a great job. Id highly recommend this place. Its the best place Ive been to in the Northeast.

Clean and friendly service. Its recommended to make an appointment if you are looking for a particular barber. My recommendation is for Mr. Marcus. His hair cuts are definitely clean and on point. One of the very few good barbers I came across in el paso.

At a minimum, you are always guaranteed a really good line out here. Two qualms: One is that I always do a walk-in because I cant anticipate free time and I usually end up waiting a long time. The other is that the price seems to change depending on who is cutting my hair. Either way, its the best place in the NE to go to get your hair done right.

I am not always in the Northeast of El Paso but when I am and a haircut is needed there is honestly one place I trust and it is Str8 Edge on Sun Valley by 54. If you don’t have an appointment you may wait over an hour but other then that all the dudes and gals are respectful, it is family friendly and they provide good customer service.

Its and okay place to go to in the north east some of the barbers are good DO NOT GO with Tahir he will mess up your hairline otherwise a good place to get a decent haircut for a somewhat reasonable price

Just left after waiting forever when they were not even busy they had barbers just sitting instead of taking care of a person who has been sitting for an hr. Sucks because I was also pulled by the good reviews customer service should be better. Dont bother replying best of luck to you guys and your future clientele.

Very good barbershop, clean, barbers are polite. They sell snacks and drinks just in case you get hungry. Make sure to get jerry he is hands down the most talented barber, he treats you with respect and listens to what you want. jerry always keeps me looking clean

Amazing barber shop. Just got a cut there by fresh and one of the best Ive ever had. Hands down, this will be my spot while Im here back in El Paso I hope to never have to go anywhere else and please str8ght edge add some pictures of your guys work. A lot of good talented barbers there show the NE what theyre missing out on. Great service and welcome from everyone there.

This place is horrible waited more than an hour and a half just waiting to get my hair cut, they are extremely slow more and more people kept coming in and being took care of before me when finally its my turn the owner simply tells me sorry I gotta run what kind of place is this!!! Stay far away I told him I will go were they have Time for customers
