I dont typically expect much from a smartstyle salon, but needed a cut bad and they had availability. The shop itself was very clean and the atmosphere was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and I had no wait time. Lily did an amazing job. She was professional and wanted me to walk out with exactly what I wanted. Ruby and Mikayla assisted with giving tips and came across as very knowledgeable. I honestly loved that they came across as ladies that enjoy their jobs and want you to feel good about yourself. I will definitely be back after such a great experience. Thanks again, Lily!

I had a shoulder injury and I could not straighten my hair so I called in so they could do it for me. The person who attended me was named Victor, he did such an excellent job on me. He was also able to fix a bad hair cut that a previous stylist had left me with. He also put this treatment that left my hair very soft. Extremely friendly and very good customer service I will definitely be going again.

Mikayla and Ruby are the best! I was a little nervous about getting a haircut at Walmart but they are great and talented!

On the website they say theyre open but theres literally no one there. shops closed. At first i thought they were on lunch break but i came back an hour later and still no one was there. I came back the next day and still no one. Very unprofessional. At least update that youre closed before wasting everyone time coming down here.

Great cut no waiting when I was there.

I wanted a relaxer on my hair for weeks and every time I tried to book an appointment it got somehow canceled. The first time I had to re book it, the second the guy was throwing up and the last (and worse) time I booked an appointment for 11 4 days before and I got there the woman made me wait 40 minutes (even though I booked an appointment) and when it was my turn she asked what I wanted and when I told her I wanted a relaxer she said that Cristina was the only one who could do it and said I would have to reschedule again. If she told me that from the beginning it would have been okay but she made me wait 40 minutes just to tell me she couldn’t do it?! Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this salon anytime soon

Took my grandson for a haircut today and Chris did an awesome job!! He was very patient and professional. I strongly recommend Chris and we’ll definitely be going back. 😊💯

So I went like less then a week ago got my hair colored thought it was all okay I get home the back is all patchy called back complain and chris fixed it all for free honestly I wouldnt go back Id recommend chris hes at xtreme hair salon now

Binna is a wonderful color artist.. shes very sweet, and very knowledgable..she always does a terrific job..shes very professional. Binna knows what shes doing. I would highly recommend her, and the other stylists there. Ive always had great service.

I had a haircut with style on July 17 with Krystal. She burnt my hair when she tried to style it with the straightening iron and when she realized that the iron didnt curl my hair (which was obvious) she then proceeded with the curling iron. As a result my hair was burnt. Also, I was charged with a conditioner that instead of making my hair shiny as it was supposed to has made it so opaque and ugly. The style was very ugly not what was shown in the picture. Finally, I paid $45 just to wash my hair when I got home. Definitely, look for a different place to style your hair.After Connie (a hairstylist at Smart style ) learned what happened to me, she called me up and made me an appointment to fix my hair. Today I had my hair conditioned several times with a variety of methods. Then Connie styled my hair. She was very professional all the time and put a lot of effort to leave my hair nice soft and shiny. I really appreciate the work she did. Also, she didnt charge me for all she did. I fully recommend her and this place

I was told it would be a 25 min wait which I thought was reasonable. They asked for my name and number and would they would call when they were ready. I waited for over an hour and no call or anything! That was the first and last time I will ever go to this place!
