Another one of those book in advance or we will not receive you places. Did the line on pelicano for 30 min to find out they don’t have staff readily available. You basically have to know a barber and ask him to come cut your hair. I really miss the old days when you could just walk in and get a hair cut. :(

Great place to get a hair cut my barber Juan is one if the best barber in El Paso hands down, he does exactly what you asked of him. No improvising like i have had previous babers do, you have to cut the customer hair exactly like they requested and there isnt any other option if you want that customer to come back. My 1st time here. After having bad luck with other barbershop that were not able to keep my appt with them due to lack of communication with them. I did some research & found this place. Read reviews & thought Id try. I had an appt with Daisha. I walked in & took a seat. Was greeted by a gentleman. Told him I had an appt. Right away Daisha greeted me & said shed be right with me. Told her no rush since I was early. Once it was my turn she asked how I wanted my beard. I explained what I wanted & left it up to her. She was aware of me being new client, but never treated me that way. Very professional & made me feel welcomed & if I was her regular. Once she was done, she asked my thoughts. It was way better than what I was wanting. Very satisfied & will definitely be returning. Daisha knows Great Customer Service. And how to have customers return. I hardly place reviews but it has been such a long time since i have been wowed by the customer service and hair cut provided. Truly what a barnershop supposed to be. All the staff had a great attitude but Junior aka El Guapo is one of the best for straight blade head shaving and beards with the lightest hands i have experienced. Must go! Set your appt to limit the wait time!

Professional barbers, wait there for my turn for 30 minutes but I can live with that, descent prices the only thing I would recommend to this group of young guys is to consider changing the music they play. Lirics can be quite of bet offensive for little kids especially because is a public place, took my 7 year old boy with me while I was getting a hair cut and the music was so loud it was impossible for my kid trying not to listening to the improper lirics playing there. Other than that my experience was satisfactory.
