I had just gotten out if the hospital. Still had my wristband on. All I needed was a battery exchange. I had to wait a couple of hours for it. Apparently there are no exceptions for them to hurry on a job. Would have only taken 15 mins. Also as soon. As the battery was installed, I couldnt control my passe nger window with my main control on the drivers side. I immediately notified them and as expected they told me it had nothing to do with what they did without looking at it. Said it would take several hrs. to diagnose. Im a 100% disabled vet fresh out of the hospital. I was very uncomfortable and needed to get home. They said to bring back when I had a whole day to leave it. I usually have many appointments through out the week. I need my vehicle. Its a handicapped equipt Sienna.

I was really surprised by the great deal I got at Fox Toyota!! They changed the six spark plugs on My 2012 Toyota Avalon for $119.67!! They let me take my own parts-- which I bought on Ebay. When I saw a Youtube video on what the job entailed I was expecting a bill of $500!! And the facility is first class!! Looks great, with plenty of seating, all kinds of TVs, and even a Snack Bar! And I really liked my Service expert, Claudia. She was very professional and explained all the options! :-)
I had to have an air conditioner cooling hose replaced & the system recharged with coolant. The total cost was $572.50. I thought $334.00 for labor was extremely high to change one hose.

Super quick service loved it. Very detail n I know right now people are worried with the pandemic but this r clean n following precautions. We have to recognize those that r still working so if possible give a tip.
Came in to get a service, tire rotation, and state inspection and was offered a car wash which I gladly accepted. Got called to inform me my car was ready. The inspection and car wash were not done. What is the point of writing down the work that needs to be completed if it wound get done. Makes me lose confidence that the cross tire rotation was also done properly. Sure enough when I went to ask it wasn’t not done because the service writer forgot to write it. Attention to detail at this service department is the poorest I have witnessed.
They cut a custom aftermarket key for me super quick. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Came out perfect!

02/01/2020 Review:Worst customer service I’ve had. They don’t take you seriously. Management also treats you like you were their employee (garbage). All we need is a good service and to have our vehicles in good conditions for our family. Also, you can kiss your factory insurance good bye since they’ll find a way to charge you.UPDATE:12/31/2020 new review after another service.The vehicle was brought in for regular maintenance but specifically asked to check the battery since it apparently wasn’t charging per a message showing in dashboard. They said it was checked and that everything was fine, three days later the battery died. Called the dealership and said that again it was fine when that they checked it and that it was unpredictable to know when the battery will fail. We jump started the vehicle and went to a local auto parts store, they checked the battery and were able to tell it was a bad battery. Now that makes me think that the battery wasn’t really checked. We trusted the safety of our vehicle to the dealership but after this and other issues that we had before where even the manager treated us in a rude manner, we are not going back. Overall, the waiting time and the service is awful.
I was on my way to California from Louisiana, but had trouble with my 2019 Tacoma, the dealership found it was a fuel pump issue. The service advisor Miss Gracia helped me found spare part, replaced in 2 hrs. Thank you so much for FOX Toyota!
I went to service my Rave 4 2020 because it would not start i used my battery charger and got it working, so i took it to the dealer and i thought they fixed the problem. Yesterday i got off 12hrs of work and my suv didnt start again. I once again used my battery charger and got home and rested. I will be going this morning to see if they can fix this problem so i wont lose no more sleep.

I brought my truck in for a small issue related to the wireless phone charger. I was asked by the person receiving my vehicle if I wanted to drop it off or that I could wait for a service advisor to look at it and provide a resolution/update. I waited over 3 hours for a service advisor to provide me with an update and none was given. I then inquired about the status of my vehicle and was referred to Tanya Lozano who was the assigned service advisor for my vehicle. She said the following oh thats going to take a while, I thought you were just dropping it off. Even though I was frustrated at all the time wasted, I still decided to ask her if she could set up an appointment for me to which she said that I should just call and make an appointment. Ive serviced my vehicles here multiple times before and have never had a communication issue nor a bad costumer service experience as I did today.

Worst service ever there’s an extremely unprofessional girl who is just on her phone texting and texting and yelled and me Infront of my children. I was in there for 3 hours with my four and five year old, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I love Toyota but I would never buy again because of the service I received here. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing but text all day.
