This is hands down the best body shop in El Paso they did a Phenomenal job! My car was recently in a accident and you can’t even tell I was ever in an accident after they did work on my car. This is the second car we get repaired at ACE with great results on both ocassions. This last time, Aubrey and the ACE team went all out to make sure our recent-model BMW was repaired to original specification. They assisted us in talking to the insurance company, all original parts were ordered on time, and the original color was matched to perfection! Both customer service and workmanship were just outstanding. They even offered to deliver our car at home!! I will not use anybody else in El Paso. Thank you guys!

Did not leave my Audi professionally done :( bumper is not put on correctly and screws are very visible.Edit: Sir/Ma’am, it is not a nice look to slander and blame customers for a job that was done. We did not ask to pay $163.99 for a half done job. When we said to put screws on, we did not mean to pick the biggest ones possible and put them outside and create holes instead of INSIDE. Bumper is not even on the the headlight. Hail damage and possible future damage is irrelevant, it is not an excuse for a half done job if you’re a professional body shop. The quote you gave me was also irrelevant to the bumper. We did NOT need paint, that is why we opted for the cheaper option.

Got in an accident and my front bumper and my fenders we completely destroyed. They fixed everything and made it look brand new. The service was quick and effortless and they had me back in my car in 2 weeks. The boss was nice and the statefarm consultant was very helpful and got everything done without me having to do anything. I definitely recommend them for anything you need done for your car.

My Legacy struck some road debris on a road trip to Louisiana. I took it to Ace expecting that only the fog light and housing needed repair. After their thorough inspection there was additional damage. I trust Ace as a State Farm approved facility. I retrieved my car knowing that it is truly roadworthy. Sylvia did a marvelous job. Linda, Ralph and staff run a respectable facility.

They were able to let me drop off my vehicle the day of the accident and they were on top of the progress of my vehicle repairs. They took the time to call, and text me with any updates. Upon delivery of my vehicle, aside from the damages that they repaired I was also very pleased to see that they had cleaned my car from the inside. It felt like I was walking away with a brand new car.

Great Experience!Two cars damaged really bad by hail. We received updates on the status, they arranged the rental car for us and coordinated with them on the return date. They coordinated with Statefarm for payment of the repairs. We only had to pay the deductible, drop the car off and we were met with the rental car.Most impressed by being greeted by name after only meeting the team one time.Highly recommended!

Had someone back into my bumper about a month ago and took it to Ace to get the repairs done. The people there were all very friendly and professional. Their quote was fairly priced and their scheduling was very quick. These people do great work, quality OEM repairs. Took my car in early February 2019 for insurance repairs after hitting an animal, got it back a week later and it was like it came off the showroom floor. Car was perfectly cleaned outside and in, couldnt even tell there was any damage. I would definitely recommend Ace to anyone.

I needed a rear end bumper replacement on a Toyota Camry this week. I brought the car in on Monday; on Tuesday I received the estimate; on Wednesday the car was ready for pickup; the car looked like new; the process was a dream. Personnel are more than gracious... Couldnt have asked for better service.

I’ve had the opportunity take multiple cars to deferent places for Paint and Body Work. By Far!!! ACE BODY SHOP IS THE BEST!!! They aren’t the cheapest! But that’s not what you want when your cars smashed. In my opinion, they are the BEST out there. They are also very good at having your vehicle done when they say it will be done. Had a wonderful experience getting my car door fixed at Ace.Theyre super personable, and timely.They took the time to keep my informed during the 9 day stay of my car.The job they did was wonderful, it was very well done.Ace was not one of the pre-approved shops with my Farmers insurance, but they worked quickly with mine to get approved the very same day.I think it would be beneficial for Farmers insurance to get them on the approved list, they were great and are a local business!

This review is way overdue, but my experience here was great.Some had hit my car in a parking lot while I was away for a month, leaving scratched up paint and misaligned my front bumper. I took it here to get it done and they did it in 3 days! They even found out that they dented the area above my wheel next to where my bumper was damaged. My car looked like it never got hit in the first place. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Right off the bat they made me feel more at ease. This was the largest accident Ive had in this vehicle and the insurance company was only adding insult to injury with the way they were handling the claim. If it wasnt for the level of communication that Ace had with me, I think I wouldve lost my mind. They really went the extra mile for me and made me feel like they were just as concerned with the repair of my vehicle as I was. Other shops, like dealerships have a tendency to make customers feel like just a number, this is not the case with Ace at all. I received their full attention and they fully advised me along the way for a perfect repair. Im a Honda owner and have the Honda love, so I am very particular with my vehicle. Thanks to Ace my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. My regular mechanic looked over the repairs and was amazed by the precise placement of the components under the hood. Ive been here a couple times to have my truck repaired and to have dings removed of my car. Each time, the staff was very friendly and professional. They would give me updates on my vehicle... they would tell me if they saw something that wasnt on the original quote, or they would tell me that things are going smoothly and as planned. It did take a little longer than originally planned this last time, but thats no problem to me. I rather it be done right and take a little longer than done fast and not as thorough. I will always recommend them for body work.

This place didnt want my business after they saw me stating the price for paint jobs start at $5000! Then they gave false information to the insurance adjuster. And when I picked my car up someone had been eating in my car and left the plate and napkin on my passenger seat! The service was horrible!

I took my Volkswagen Eos to Ace to get some haok damage removed. The did a great job. There was also some small scratches that were not from the hail thst insurance wouldnt cover, normal wear and tear on a nine year old car.They offered to fix that damage at a very reasonable price. Inspect your entire vehicle around the area you had repaired not just the repair. The final inspection for my vehicle missed damage done during the reconstruction. This led to series of inconvenient follow up visits.
