Hello my name is Rebecca. I leased a Honda Pilot last month and today I took my car to a car wash. When out of the car wash, the pilot’s splash guard trim was sticking out. I took it to El Paso Honda service department and spoke with Oscar. They were very busy but he took the time to see my vehicle and asked Jose to attach it to its original position. Jose initially tried to fix it where it was parked but he took it into the service area to fix it in a lifted position. Ten minutes later, Oscar returned my vehicle and back as new. Both Oscar and Jose were very professional and friendly, which totally appreciate! Now that is service!

2021 Honda Accord is awesome,sales team is good, Miguel was polite and helpful. The service department is mediocre at best. I don’t recommend taking the vehicle before detailing because it’ll never get done. After the fourth attempt we were able to get the wheel alignment but they didn’t have time for detailing as they were servicing cars that hadn’t been signed for yet.
We highly recommend El Paso Honda. We worked with Jacob Salado and he was able to accommodate all of our needs on short notice. I was travelling through El Paso and my fender/bumper became loose and was making contact with my tire. Sally Zubia and Bobby Dominguez went out of their way to take care of me and my car quickly and professionally, knowing that I had very little time because I was travelling. Because it was a small fix (for them, but a BIG fix for me) they didnt even charge me for the help. I will always be thankful to them and this dealership for the help. :-)

On 5 August 2021 I took my 2004 Accord 3.0L in for services. I made the appointment online and went in the next morning at 0900. They were busy and was told it would be all day so I went over my request for what I needed to get done and was told a service tech would call me to let me know when the diag was completed. Mind you, I signed nothing at this time except for the sheet that had what I wanted them to look. Nothing authorizing work! I finally had to call them at 1530 because no one had called me to give me any estimate on pricing on the work I requested or to call me to authorize the work to be done. No one answered so I got a call back at 1730 (30 minutes before closing) telling me what was wrong so far, and the service tech tells me that work was already being performed on the car. I told them I never authorized them to start working on repairs without knowing how much it world cost. The tech told me that my request was authorization enough and they didn’t need my signature for work. I was livid and told him that I only will authorize the wheel alignment because that’s what I really needed the most. I was then told that since the other work was already performed and that I’m responsible for that too. I don’t understand how work at such a high cost can be started with me authorizing it. I came in this morning and spoke with a service manager who told me the same thing. I incurred a cost that I couldn’t afford to pay for work I did not authorize to be done and now my family must suffer because you wanted my money for a vehicle that’s not even worth the cost. I’ve lost ALL trust in the Honda service department to look out for my best interest and to take care of me like the Honda owner I’ve been since 2004. NEVER AGAIN! Customer service is terrible. I made an appointment online to get my car checked out on some service, all the time slots were available so I took my car during my lunch. I left my car with Juan because my advisor Anthony was at lunch. By 3:00pm I had no update, when I was finally able to reach Anthony about half an hour later, since they never pick up the phone, he told me they had not gotten to it yet and he’d let me know when he knew something. 5:00pm came around when I got off from work so I went to the dealer myself to find out they still hadn’t gotten a chance to look at it. I decided to take the car, Anthony told me I brought the car too late and I shouldn’t have expected them to get a chance to look at it which they should have let me know since the beginning and accurately fix their appointment system. Anthony wanted me to sign the work order which they hadn’t even looked at the car yet, he said to take it the following week on Wednesday or Thursday and he would put me on top of the list since I had already taken the car. I asked to speak to the service manager, the lady at the front desk called for her twice and she never came so after 10 minutes I left. Wednesday I took the car at 7:30, Anthony received it. 3:30pm comes around and I still haven’t gotten an update, when I talked to Anthony he said they were not able to find out what was wrong with it and that they were working on it. At 5pm when I got off from work I went again and very rudely he told me he’d call me when had an update. I told him how was I supposed to get home and he said they did not have a lender program. I talked to the service manager Sally and she got a mechanic to plug in the computer since they had not even touched the car yet. It turned out they had to do more tests on it to find out where exactly the leak was. I left the car and she assured me she would call me personally the next day by 10am with an update. At 10:40 I got a call from Anthony which at this point I had no interest on talking to. Anthony said they needed to replace three parts and that it was not under warranty since one of them was broken. Labor and parts was going to come out to $1000. After I talked to Sally, she told me there was nothing they could do since the part was broken. I decided to take the car to Rudolph Honda and it was a completely different experience. Outstanding customer service with Willie, they were upfront about the wait time to check the car and they went a long way to replace one of the parts that was under warranty, which they recommended to chance only two parts instead of three. They also emailed me a description of the issue along with a quote and we’re very helpful.
Ralph was an excellent salesman, it was a pleasure to do business with him. The process went by quickly and he is friendly, willing to help and answer all my questions. The car-buying experience went by smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a car from El Paso Honda.

I accompanied my Mother to the service center due to a leaking faulty battery. The service center employees treated us with complete disrespect and lied by saying my mother had not taken the vehicle in for maintenance when in fact she had. Their behavior was absolutely despicable. They tried to say there was no record of visitation and informed her that the warranty was invalid due to her own negligence. Personally I would think twice before visiting this crooked and foul organization. Do yourself a favor and locate another Honda dealer

I highly recommend Patrick the sales rep. Hes not one of those pushy car salesman. He is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. One month after purchasing a car, I realized my paper plates were expiring. I texted him after hours just to inquire about my plates and he quickly responded!
Waited over 2 hours and they didnt have the courtesy to come notify me. I had to go and find out for myself. Not to mention the person who took my info was very dismissive towards me.

I think he may be the Service Manager, not too sure, but his name was Angel Sierra and he went above and beyond to assist me. Edit: Called Rudolph Honda and got all my questions answered within 3 minutes and set a date of when to bring my car to the dealership. El Paso Honda is just plain terrible.I needed to schedule service for a recall. I called at first and was told I could do it online. Their dealer website incorrectly stated there was no fix for the recall (verified with other dealerships that do have a fix). Called back to get someone on the phone multiple times. Got place on hold every time and then transferred to people who dont answer the phone. Not only is their website incorrect but their customer service skills are dismal.

Visited this service center while going across the states with limited time for stops available to me. Letting them know my situation ahead of time. I had issues with me A/C blowing hot.They took my low pressure cap and I have to replace it now.They said I needed to replace the compressor because the system they use was detecting a leak, and no coolant or freon or whatever could be added even to help us finish driving across the states in this 100+ degree weather.... They wanted me to pay between ~680$ - ~1200$ and wait anywhere from 7 hours to 3 days to get it fixedWell. I found out there was a ton of air pressure in there and once it was released, new freon was added without issues. Now we have cool air.I payed them over 150$ to look at it for nothing
