Annessa the shop assistant was prompt in offering me options to fix a scratch on my Tesla. I went with the option on buffing the scratch and was in and out in 40 minutes. Everyone at the front desk is nice even though it was clearly busy when I was there. The buffing was done professionally and I would recommend anyone to stop by here at Pronto Body Shop for any body shop needs! Shout out to Sprinkles the cat.

Quick and easy! They have a very attentive team, and it seems the owner got along very well with her staff which is an excellent indication of what you can expect as a customer. The job was done without issues, and they tried to find lower-cost parts. They are excellent!

We woke up to find a huge ding in our car door and it def. put a dent in our Sunday morning. Luckily the driver who hit the car left a note with their information. I sent Ms. Tiffany a text message explaining the situation along with the photos, provided her with all the information and she made everything so easy - She took the stress out of the whole situation and Pronto Body Shop made the necessary repairs to the vehicle beautifully - I cant thank every member of the team enough. Weve had to take different vehicles here on multiple occasions and the staff here is always professional and the work is done well. Even in cases where they have to deliver bad news they do their best to explain what is going on so that we understand the situation. That is a very welcome approach and it has made us repeat customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Pronto and I will gladly continue taking out vehicles here when we need their help. Most recently they fixed the sunroof in my F-150 and despite some pricing hiccups that were out of Prontos control they explained what was going on and were willing to work with me about how we got the truck fixed. I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. The work was done perfectly and my sunroof is working like new.

Once again, Pronto comes through. My passenger side rearview mirror was mysteriously loose. I thought it was broken. The bottom part of the assembly was loose. I had gone to Fox Toyota for service and asked them to look at it while they did the service. They came back with sorry, its broken and unfortunately we have to replace the whole unit. At a cost of $625!!!! I said nah, Im good. On my way home I remembered that Pronto had fixed a dent on my 4Runner last year for less thanhalf the quote of a local unmanned Collision repair shop. I stopped at Pronto for quote and their repair guy came out to take a look. In 5 seconds, SNAP! he reset it and it was fine. NO CHARGE!!! Tiffany, you have a great business there. Thanks! My son-in-law needs a repair on his Beemer and I told him to come see you guys.

Amazing service! From first call to picking up my car. They fixed it as promised on the scheduled day and delivered my car to my hospital, which was pretty amazing! Added touch was realizing my tire light and windshield wiper light were both no longer alarming because they took care of both! The leather key holder was a sweet added touch. Wow what can I say! I was indecisive on which shop to bring my BMW to for an accident repair and installation of a new aftermarket M sport body kit until I did research all over and came across Pronto. I’m blessed to have found a shop that treats their customer’s car as if it was their own. First off, the repair within itself (rear left quarter panel pull and trunk realignment) was an A+ job considering the severity of it, getting everything to line up how it’s supposed to be. 2nd of all, the installation was spot on, even lines all through out! The paint was a damn good match too, you can’t even tell it was repainted! And 3rd of all, which I would have least expected.. Pronto went out of their way to fix a hard dent I had right on the crease design portion of the door (which I personally know are hard to fix due to the pressure created). I never mentioned this dent to Tiffany, the lovely lady who helped me out through the process, when I went for my quote. I am beyond grateful for a team like hers to have done such a courteous gesture when something like that doesn’t come for free often. Thank you so much Tiffany, and Pronto as a whole! Professional work and I would greatly recommend!

The best body shop in El Paso if you ask me. We drove down from Canada with our truck to go on a bike trip and half way down a guy drove into my door and bent it so bad that it would hardly close. We looked at a few shops in El Paso and ended up in front of there door everyone was very friendly and helpful they said they would be able to adjust it just so that we can make it back home. We ended up leave the truck with them while we went on our trip. Not only did they line the door up for us so we can get back home they didn’t even charge us anything to fix it. I wish we had more places like this back home.

There’s a lot of body shops here in El Paso and I was nervous about having my vehicle worked on. Owning a Ferrari California makes it difficult to find a body shop that is willing to do the work let alone one I could trust. I was recommend by a friend to try Pronto Body Shop and at first I was nervous as anyone would be but Tiffany made me feel comfortable. She educated me on the paint work that would be required to restore my hood and fenders back to normal. Car went in on second of March and came out on the ninth. Was very pleased with the outcome and the pricing was very fair and almost 1/3 off compared to another body shop I went to. I highly recommend getting your car worked on here! Good customer service but bad paint job. I don’t recommend this to anyone especially to those that have a stellar black metallic color on a car. I went in three times to tell them about the paint and exactly told them what was wrong within those times but didn’t fix it right. I had family and friends that noticed the paint during the day and night. The color of the car is fading quickly in the sun and looks bad and as time goes by its getting worse. Just recently took it to bravo Cadillac and was told what was exactly wrong with the color and what needed to be fixed, of-course it comes with a price and be paying out of pocket. I wish I could of just gone to bravo in the first place.

Surprisingly exceptional experience.  I was involved in a vehicle accident last week and my 2017 Toyota 86 was rear ended by a teenager on his phone.  This happened on a Friday.  There were no injuries and it happened during rush hour traffic.  PD was called, but was told that since there were no injuries to go ahead and exchange information and make a claim.  I proceeded to call body shops to find out if any were open on Saturday.  Not only were there few open on Saturday, but they opened late like at 10 A.M. or 11 A.M.  I finally came upon Pronto Body Shop, and not only were they open on Saturday…but they opened at 9 A.M., and at 8 A.M. during the week.  Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to go on Saturday…but did manage to go first thing, Monday morning.Once I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and helped immediately.  I explained the situation to Tiffany (the owner) and she was super helpful.  Not only did she assist with the claim, but she spoke with the adjustor and got me a rental.  Fortunately for me, Tiffany has over 22 years of insurance experience under her belt and really took care of business.  I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday.  The only reason I didn’t pick it up that day was because I was at work and had to wait until the following day.  She also took care of making sure I had the rental for the extended time that I needed.  All the damage that was done to my car was fixed and it looks like new again.I am not only giving this shop a great review because of all the time and effort that was put into my claim, but because it is a woman owned business and she proved that only is she up to par with other body shops…but dare I say the BEST.  I know this may sound odd but she made what otherwise would have been an awful experience into what I would actually call a pleasant one.  Not only is her shop getting this great review, but I will also be recommending her on my personal social media.

It was Independence Day - July 4th 2020. I was headed out of town with the whole family packed up in the mini van starting out on a 10 hour road trip. Something is wrong. The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto!Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I dont think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice.Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didnt charge me a cent!These are great people El Paso! The best.Make sure you support them.

I sustained damage on the driver side door and front quarter panel of my 2016 Subaru. Pronto came highly recommended by multiple people. I was worried about keeping the body lines and particularly about matching the factory pearl paint. I got my car back in less than a week and it looked exactly like it did before the damage. Javier knows what he is doing! Tiffany handled all of the insurance and I didn’t really have to interact with them. I even lost the check they sent me (my fault) and she organized the replacement check.I appreciated the experience so much I took my wife’s Mazda 3 to get all new suspension. I was recently in an auto accident. I had never been in an accident and aside from immediately calling 9-11 & my insurance, I had no clue what so ever. My insurance arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. The insurance was referring me to an auto shop that I had no information about. The tow truck driver recommended Pronto and called Tiffany. I spoke with her briefly and she explained the process for my car. We dropped off the vehicle at Pronto. They took care of the rest! Tiffany contacted the adjuster to check out my vehicle and had an estimate and check in hand within hours of leaving the car. Some of the parts were delayed however that was completely out of the hands of the body shop. Unfortunately, I didnt have the best experience with them. I trusted Pronto because the owner (Tiffany)told me she owned a BMW 750 and, as BMW owner I assumed she will know my expectations. They failed blatantly and will advise future customers to make sure job is completed properly. I had to dropped the car for a second time for repairs can be done accordingly but instead was returned with all my white interior full of grease and black mark all over my seats and arms rest. This is the best shop I have been to in El Paso. My friend got her brand new SUV fixed here and it was the cheapest price in town. I personally went after a hit and run and they helped me take care of it, again at the cheapest price. I had another hit and run and brought back my car to be fixed. Tiffany took care of everything about my rental, my insurance and making sure I was set to go. I got an estimate elsewhere and it would have taken longer to fix than here and it would have been more expensive. They really try to help you out, more if youre military. Both times I received my military discount (10%). I would love to make this my body shop for life. It makes moving bitter sweet since shops arent the best with Volkswagen but Pronto is.Last thing, Tiffany is the sweetest. She takes her time to write a personal note to you. I was very surprised to find these in the mail. Best service ever. 🙌🏽

I saved up for my dream road trip for 3 years. Then, a couple weeks into the 4 month journey an elk jumped out in front of my 2002 GMC Savanna and did a number on it. Concerned my trip was over, I reached out to Pronto Body Shop for help and they delivered! They took me to and from my hotel, got me the best deal on parts, kept me updated on the process, did an excellent job on repairs and most importantly (in my eyes) were a joy to communicate and do business with. A large, established, and locally owned professional operation that is centrally located. I had the occasion to take my car in after an accident on 1-10 recently. At first had difficulty dealing with other drivers insurance so shop owner Ms. Tiffany took over and in no time my car was getting worked on, I was driving a rental(Pronto drove me to pick up and drop off) but most of all, the work was OUTSTANDING. My cars paint is beautiful and special(Mazda Soul Red) and hard to match... Pronto pulled it off! 100 percent satisfied here from beginning to end. My tire blew out while on busy Interstate 10 during rush hour. Within just a short time, Javier (from Pronto Body Shop) came to my rescue. He quickly changed my tire on my vehicle. Within 24 hours, they had repaired the wheel that was damaged during the tire blowout. I couldnt have asked for a better, quicker, more efficient experience all thanks to Javier and Tiffany. It was not hard to choose this body shop after such great review. I took my vehicle after a minor accident. The moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed, and being female this is not something we experience all the time. Javier took his time checking my vehicle and providing an estimate. I took my car here to get fixed and they did a pretty good job for what I paid for. The Manager and the guy that attended me are really nice, helpful, and very informative. I really felt that I can trust them, and to find a place you can trust and do a good is hard to find. I really recommend it.

Honest and efficient. It is a pleasure to deal with Pronto Body Shop. I had a dangling front bumper after tangling with a concrete barrier. I was almost sure I had damaged it to the point it could not be reattached and I would be paying for a new bumper. But Tiffany is a pro. She had one of her crew take the car immediately to check. It was actually a matter of securely reattaching the bumper. When I asked for a bill, she said, Nothing.What a blessing to find this quality of person and work at a body repair shop. I know where Ill be going next time my car needs body work.

Prono Body Shop is amazing. The Owner, Tiffany, is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. I thought we had to pay a $750 deductible when someone side swapped my husband and disappeared. Tiffany explained the difference with uninsured motorist deductibles and the regular deductible. I was very impressed when she brought it down to $250 by filing the claim correctly. The car looked better than new by time her shop was finished. I highly recommend her and her husband, Javier! They make a great team.
