They wanted 10K above sticker for a TRX even on a new build order. They waited until I drove all the way there to disclose this. Took my business to New Mexico dodge dealerships that were much more reasonable and honest. I recommend you do the same.
No communication! No one calls you back.Ive had my vehicle at their service department since August 30th. They said it would take about 7 days for them to get the part needed to repair the vehicle and about one day to fix it. Ive called to get updates and no one answers me. Ive called and left multiple messages and nothing. Ive had issues with their service department before where they messed up when fixing a recall issue and I had to pay for that repair. Unfortunately, when my vehicle broke down, it could only be towed to the nearest dodge dealership and it was this one. I even called the number they post here on their replies to reviews and still no call back.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone from the sales professional, Sales manager and the finance manager were extremely professional. They showed me that the entire organizations cares way more about people than business. I would recommend this organization to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I was not happy with your service. I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change. I will not be returning with so many places that will change your oil in 15 to 30 minutes. I was never notified about the status of my Jeep. I asked the girl the wait and she said she had no idea. I asked her, is it about 2 hours she said, Yeah I think so! Never returning to service or Viva to buy my next vehicle.
I was there a couple of weeks for servicing my Jeep Gladiator. Excellent service and real customer attention from J Ochoa. He kept me informed all the time about the process.

Great experience while purchasing my new Jeep Gladiator. Dillan, my salesman was attentive, and did his best at making the deal, a very nice young man.. Jaime, the sales manager was awesome, friendly and just an overall cool guy. The retro house music that Jaime provides made the atmosphere that much better. As a retired DJ, I really enjoyed his music mixes... My overall experience couldnt have been better, not only did I buy a new Jeep, but I feel I made some new friends too !!
Changed my Rating from 5 to 2 stars because they’ve kept on lying. My sales person was Chacon. Good sales guy but can’t keep his word on free services that came with vehicle purchase. Every time I went to the dealership to redeem the service he had an excuse. He even said the GM was aware and still couldn’t do anything about it.
Customer service on site was not terrible. Two issues to note were the lack of loaner vehicles at the time my vehicle was being serviced. And secondly the poor customer service over the phone. Sucks to wait for someone take your call, then they simply hang up on you.

Never answer the phone took 3 days before I can get ahold of anyone to get an update on my vehicle that is still currently there and now this week I’m on day 2 trying to have someone even answer the phone. Would literally even give a no star if I could.
Horrible service, worst I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a Dodge Durango, I have warranty! And my car has been in the shop since 6/21/29/2021. Today is 8/01/2021. I have called, I have messaged . I have left voice messages. I don’t even get calls to see the status. I’ve gone in person 4 times! They diagnosed wrong the first time, then they left my car sitting there for 2 weeks because the so called mechanic assigned to my car was on “vacation “. very unprofessional service. Now something else is supposedly wrong . They are saying they have no idea when the car will be ready. This is my only vehicle, KIA never gave me these problems. I will make sure I tell people how horrible I have been treated here . DO NOT RECOMMEND !

So I purchased a car about a month ago from this dealership and overall I am disappointed on the customer service I’ve received. I was told that I would receive keys to my car and a remote numerous times and have not gotten any. The salesman there lead me atsray for weeks his customer service has been poor. When we communicate he tells me that he has the keys but then changes the story later. He also told me that I would be getting them weeks ago but I still have not gotten anything. What upsets me is that I am being lied to and I take time out of my day to check the mail in hopes of getting the key sent. but when I call to confirm I am ignored and have not gotten a response. If he was honest from the start I would understand but I cannot keep doing this. This is my story but buy from here at your own risk if you ask me, your better off else where.
Dillan was awesome through the whole processes. I can only text because of my job and they were the only dealership in town that kept me informed. Wranglers are hard to hold but Dillan made sure I got one. Went out of his way to let me know what they had in stock and what was in transit. Would definitely recommend contacting them for your next vehicle. Super happy with my purchase.

Dropped off my vehicle for some recalls and a check up. I am usually not big on complaints but I had a few issues. 1) I never got a courtesy phone call from the dealership to tell me how the progress was going so I would take it upon myself to call them. 2) every time I called, I would be referred to the message center and not to the actual service department. When I would ask to speak to my service consultant, they would tell me that all service members were occupied and if I would like to leave a message. Let’s just say I left a message approximately 3-4 times and no one ever got back to me. So I decided to go in person to check. Just to be advised that I needed to pay more to run other diagnostics. 3) I spent about 350 for them to tell me what I already knew. But they could not tell me exactly what was wrong. So when I would inquire about solutions, all they would say is it needs to be another hour of service for us to try and run other diagnostics. Never got a solution and I ended up spending too much money. Sadly enough this caused me to never want to purchase a Dodge again
Denny Garcia was great in explaining to me what was going to be done. He was very personable and professional. My only complain was that there werent any loaner vehicles as I had to pay for a service to pick me up after dropping my car off. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I thought Casa Ford service dept. was bad, Viva Dodge is the worst. Had an issue with my headliner on a 2020 Dodge Challenger. I showed up in the morning one day to drop it off. Only for them to take all day to tell me that they needed to special order a new headliner. They said it would take 10-15 days for the headliner to show up. I called on a status update after 2 weeks only to be told that the headliner was ordered without an ETA on arrival (whatever this means.) I took it upon myself to pay out of pocket since it seems that taking care of their customers is not a priority. I went to one of their vendors (Auto Trim Master) to take care of the job. Which they did a masterful hassle free job in which I would recommend. Since my vehicle is under warranty I think it’s only right Viva Dodge would reimburse me for the headache and time. After texting with the service rep because you can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone. He advised that it was at my discretion that I went outside for repairs and no reimbursement will be issued. After requesting a manager to call me for a complaint I was given a 1 800 to call. Either the manager gets an earful everyday for the poorly run service dept. That he cant bear to hear my complaint or he doesn’t care. I feel bad for the folks that have to put up with this lousy service daily.
The service was good I like that the people are so friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a car I might not want. The sales associate Liz Flores really listened to what I wanted and made sure to answer all my questions. When it’s time for another car I will definitely come back. Jennifer Martinez was also helpful.

No very good or happy with the job, besides that it was very expensive they didnt fix the problem and want me to pay more money to fix the problem that supposed to be the one since the beginning.i had to pay 480.00 dolls but the jeep still not running right.. picked up the jeep started driving and the seat belt light was on and is beeping and the beep doesnt stop, turned around and told them about it,put in to check it,the jeep was there for 4 days and I went to picked up the jeep and they wanted me to pay for something that the jeep didnt have since the beginning,( the Beep) I told them that I was not going to pay for something they missed up from the beginning. My jeep didnt have that problem and now you want more money to fix something that my car didnt have and now Im dealing with the noise because of your mechanic did. So my review is not good and you guys should be responsible to fix this problem.👎
Both front fender trims on my Durango fell off after one was inspected and the other replacement. We left messages with the service manager and the service rep but nobody returns our calls. We just want this fixed correctly.

My husband and I originally went there to browse for cars since I said I would like to get one in the future. I was not expecting to get a car that day or in the next days that followed, however, I was very pleased with the car that I did buy. At first, there was some miscommunications, but overall they were quickly resolved. I was very pleased with the staff. Alyssa, along with a few others, were very helpful and made my car buying process very easy. Now I have a car for my small trio of three and hopefully more in the future.
Wow this dealer has the worst service. After reviewing several reviews for this place it is easy for me to decide where not to buy my next truck. This dealer is really good at **“we truly appreciate your honest feedback”**. It was 2+ years ago before Covid, I decided to take one of my Jeeps JK for a recall fix, a steering wheel issue, took about 5 hrs of them doing something to the jeep only to then be told “we fixed this but need to replace a piece that we don’t have in our inventory so we would have to order it and once we get it we will call you”, I never got that call. I have a busy schedule and don’t have time for this kind of service, so I decided to call later but never really got to it until 4 months ago. I waited 2+ years expecting for customer service to have improved. Well, guess what, same story all over again haha. I never got a call back but got a free carwash haha, I call back for update and guess what, everyone transfers my call but no one takes ownership. Called several times, got transferred several times, and got hung up on a couple of times. I usually do not do this but I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their time, money, and to stress out with this dealer. This dealer is a perfect example of extreme poor service. This is all over a simple recall. Of course not going back, and watch how good they are at responding back with, “we regret …” and “ we truly appreciate….”, haha this business is a joke.
Service you can NOT depend on! We have used this dealership 2 or 3 times now ONLY because we have been unable to find another place to get the vehicle fixed in El Paso. The service department is NEVER available on the phone, we have left dozens of messages and nobody ever calls back. Theyve had my husbands vehicle for over 3 weeks at this point and have not called us to let us know whats going on. We have called multiple times, left messages, we have even gone there in person, but nobody has contacted us or kept us in the loop. Considering trading in for a Ford - at least we know their service is fantastic!! I have left so many messages at this point Ive lost count and never received a call back. Very disappointed. Its not hard to keep us as customers, just return a phonecall! Frustrated and disappointed. Second chances are a wonderful thing, but it seems theyre no better once given a second chance. :(

My experience with buying a vehicle during a pandemic was excellent at Viva Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Gabbie contacted me to discuss what I was looking for and approximately what I was looking at for a downpayment. Within a day she was sending me links and pictures for what she felt best fit my requests, I have to say she did an amazing job of finding everything I was looking for. I submitted all my paperwork electronically, which made everything go smoothly. We scheduled an appointment to finish everything up with the finance department where Omar explained this in terms that I completely understood. I want to thank Gabbie and Omar both for the attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Buyer beware.Purchased a nice 2016 ram r/t back in April and now find out they registered it with odometer discrepancy which now affected our value of our vehicle. Requested they buy back and all they want to do is correct the mileage but the carfax will always show the discrepancy and the value will still be agains us. It’s a shame owners don’t even want to talk to you once they have your money.
BEWARE!Took car in on 06/11/21, for service. No calls. No updates. I had to go in person to get update so I went in on 06/21/21. Car needed PCM update, they did it. $280 bucks and 3 days later car get check engine again. Same code flashing at Autozone than before I took it to dealer. They still don’t answer. They have an answering service but it’s a third party. They never return calls. I even called service manager and never got an answer or call back. Feels like they ripped me off. Dodge is a great brand. Dealers like this give Dodge a bad name. This dealership had issues even before Covid. I tried to give them a second chance. Never again. Their sales department answers calls and so does parts department. They know they have issues but don’t correct them. Ridiculous business model. You’ve been warned.

Took my truck for an oil change that took 2 hours long to later realize they messed up and dented the rear bumper. They probably took that long to buff out the scratch. Poor work ethics, and customer service.
Bought a vehicle without air conditioner, 2020 jeep wrangler, was not aware of it till after contract was signed. Crazy to even wonder why a 2020 comes without A/C and was not made aware of it by salesman till we were driving off. Besides A/C jeep is awesome

When the vehicle arrived, Mr. Beltran contacted me and let me know when I could pick it up. When I arrived, he talked to me and turned me over to his sales consultant, Mr. Raul Torres. Mr. Torres walked me through the vehicle capabilities, financial process, and the test drive. The second easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Viva Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I would definitely recommend Mr Torres as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst dodge dealership in El Paso, weren’t communicative, didn’t care to reach and help Just kept saying the same thing bought a car on Friday that they didn’t even have to sell traded my vehicle in took it from me left the downpayment took the money signed all paperwork and they told that the vehicle would be available Friday, called back told me that it was going to take another week. Didn’t even care to fix the problem. Need a vehicle or something done to your car save your self some headaches and go somewhere else

Firstly I would like to say I always come to get my truck checked out here I have never trusted any other place to check my truck. I was even skeptical of bringing my truck here to begin with. The first time I let my husband take care of it He left my truck in the shop couple days top because I understood they had a lot of vehicles and so they fixed the issue and I had warranty that paid it but aside from that their customer service was great. They didn’t give us the run around. I was happy my truck was fixed!!! Foreal! This time I had a new thing happen I think it has something to do with the dust in the area...I have no idea and the engine light came on and so I dropped off my truck yesterday. I will post another review on the outcome of this situation.
I went to Viva dodge looking for a truck and left with a jeep. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and worked with me to get the payment i wanted.
So to start off with. The service drive associate was amazing and heard my frustration. But other then that. It’s like pulling teeth just to get anything done at the dealer ship. The coupon process is frustrating and worthless. I get spammed tons and tons of email. Discount this discount that, with dealer information on it. But when it comes to redeem it, it’s a frustrating as heck “ that coupon isn’t valid, that coupon can’t be redeemed with this service, that coupon needs to be printed.” No where in the fine print does it describe that it needs to be printed or can only be covered with certain services. I take my truck to a dealer ship cause I feel that I’ll get a better service and trained techs. But sometimes it’s easier to go to a quick lube place to avoid the BS. Plus the prices are posted it’s not a surprise when you cash out. If I could rate the service rep he would get the 5 stars. But everything else, nah

While the sales associate was respectful the process was not a great experience.1. The sales associate was unfamiliar with the website functions. I had uploaded several documents prior to arrival but was still asked to text them.2. I spent 2 hours sitting waiting for processing. I was already pre-approved through Dodge for the loan and was still asked to fill out the profile and it was only because I said to not run myself and my wife again that they did not. As stated I was pre-approved I had every intent on buying the vehicle I had in mind.3. I brought a vehicle to trade in with a positive equity. I used the Kelly Blue Book on their website and was met with contradicting information. The associate seemed unfamiliar or was trying to make it seem like I was unfamiliar with how the system worked. I was offered almost 6k less than the value of KBB (I understand the point of making a deal). However, the counter offer increased by 500). I showed the associate on my phone the exact KBB pricing and was told that it was only worth that much because of the low mileage. (I dont care what increased the value).End-state, I gave this review 2 stars because the service was prompt and they reached out fairly quickly. If you are buying a car do your research, understand all of the optional stuff they are charging you for and how they are looking to manipulate the price of the cars value versus your trade in value to benefit them the most.
I brought my vehicle for service. My check engine light was on and transmission was making a noise, obviously related to check engine light. They charged for what they call 2 customer concerns. 125$ each. I drove my vehicle to get service and could not drive out. I had to have it towed out. Be very careful with the service department here or better yet go somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Went by twice in a span of an hour on Saturday. First time, nobody was around to help. Second time, Eric took pictures of my truck, (for trade value) and said after managers got out of meeting he would call. After waiting till close to 5pm, I sent a text and even called, only to be met with no response. Not good, especially driving all the way from the northeast.

Service could not locate my keys, had my jeep for 3 days still couldnt find the issue stated they could hear the noise and when i picked it up the noise was clear as soon as vehicle was turned on. Dealers manager was kind enough to offer to pay for my next oil change...thats a thumbs up.
Made the appointment for an oil change two weeks in advance and when I got there I was told there it would take three hours to complete. When I asked why? since I made an appointment, I was told that the appointment only get you in line with other customers. When I told the representative that thats not how appointments should work, and that I will go somewhere else if they did not fix that, he told me it was just fine with him. They just lost my business. No more cars or services from Viva Dodge.
I did purchase a vehicle from here but ONLY because the vehicle was not available anywhere else. I was treated poorly by the sales manager who was very rude and impatient when discussing interest rates and price on the vehicle. I was told one thing by the sales guy and another by the manager. The salesman was nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable with the way things work and I heard “I’m sorry ma’am” more than I’d like to. After signing the finance papers I was told that I would get a car wash and a tank of gas. Before leaving the dealership, I asked the salesman about the free tank and he said “I filled it up yesterday”. Astonishing! The stereotype of “the car salesman” really spoke to me after experience I had with the sales department. However, the finance department was more customer friendly and the process was fast. They were probably in a hurry to get me out of there but honestly I didn’t really want to hang around.

I have never been to dealership with this poor type of service! its almost a borderline scam! every time I bring my vehicle to be worked on the mechanics fix it. and once I pick my vehicle up theres always something else going wrong and they want me to pay a$ 255 diagnostics fee! maybe the jokes on me but if you can help it I would really really really really rather go anywhere else but here! I will not be returning for any further service this is ridiculous!

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience overall. We came to find out that there are some hidden figures that were not disclosed at the time of agreement of purchasing and signing the contract. Since we were referred by a strong business partner, we trusted in them. However, when we confronted the finance management, they proclaimed that it was the salesman who should have disclosed these amounts and did not want to take the responsibility. Please be aware of what you are signing because at the end of the day they reacted as if it was too late.( two days later) Being that I am a young first time auto purchaser, I feel that they take advantage of every $ they can make. Overall, they just tell you what you want to hear and on paper it shows the reality of their unethical business.
Everything was good when I purchased my truck. They help you out the best they can. But after brought me my vehicle it wasn’t washed or detailed. I let them know they said they would get me in still haven’t had a call back. Also I was suppose to have cup holders in my passenger side door they were not there. I talked to guy I bought the truck from he said they would order them and let me know. I have tried to contact him no answer at all. So as I said to just buy a car not a bad place but anything after you buy it seems they don’t care. I also had my buddy go buy a truck from them after I got mine. But now I will not send anyone there.

Terrible Service! My Radio needed an update because it kept freezing and took it there several times and they would state the system was down. The car had starting issues. Took the vehicle several times and they stated they couldn’t figure it out. No resolution! Took my vehicle for tire rotation and they lied stating the tire rotation was done and it wasn’t. I proved they lied and they finally did rotation. I knew they lied because one of my wheels had a scratch so I know they never rotated the tires since the scratched wheel was in the exact location when I picked it up. Additionally on one of my services they stole my custom valve stem covers. I would avoid this place at all costs. Terrible!

I barely purchased a brand new gladiator rubicon diesel. Marxer was my sales car person and I got to say that he is just the best. He was quick to answer my questions as well as to keep me informed of the process. He made everything go smooth. I recommend him 💯%. Dropped my truck off Thursday for my appointment on Friday. Still havent received an updated. I called Friday, Saturday and today Monday to get an update and every time the lady answer she sends us to a voice recorder or no one answers. No communication what so ever.The Truck took 6 weeks to get fixed. Zero parts were in for the issue my truck had we had to wait for the parts to come from ChiNA.
Ive had issues in the past with this dealership. But I have to give credit were credits due to the new service manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went right with the service of my vehicle.
I had excellent customer service.
First time service was great. Second time I took my vehicle service was incomplete. I had to take my vehicle back the next day to get my service done rightThird time bad.... again. Showed up on Friday, was asked to come back Monday. Went back Monday service repair lasted 2 days, then vehicle went back to having the same problem.
Jennifer Martinez was fantastic. She got my truck ready in about 1 hour. She also informed me about the maintenance that my truck was going to need for the next oil change.

Don’t even waste your time with the service department. The sales department is pretty good and polite ( they are trying to sale). But once they sale you the car forget about it. Multiple times that I’ve called to schedule maintenance and no answer or even a a call back. When I show up as a walk in the tell me I need to make an appointment. Better off going to dock Poe Doge for service. They’ll answer the phone and will actually be happy to help you.
