Two years after I bought a car here, I have the social responsibility to alert others. Worst place ever. Trust me, here you are at tremendous risk.Runaway, you will suffer there.
Worst car service I have experienced, as my vehicle was in service for 5 months and the problem still exists. On top of that items that I left to be installed were not installed or given back to me and items that are factory installed were not put back. They are now not responding to my phone calls or emails. I do not recommend this dealership
Thank you to Lorenzo Jaquez for his wonderful service during our car shopping experience. If it were not for his attention, patience, and WONDERFUL attitude, we would have left without making the purchase. He truly made this experience the best at any dealer in town. He seemed to genuinely care and listened to all our concerns. For anyone looking for the best experience with a salesman that is different than most of the ones we all try to avoid, please see Lorenzo.
Team Infinity El Paso did a great job. Marco our sales rep was awesome. Thank you
I’m writing about my experience with your service department. I scheduled an appointment online for 11-28-2020 at 11:00am. I received an email confirming my appointment and I when I shows up at my scheduled time, the service advisor informed me no technicians were available. I asked why I wasn’t notified and I was simply told “we didn’t see an appointment online”. I have the email to show otherwise. The young lady rescheduled for me a week later on Saturday, December 5th 2020 at 11:00am. This time a live person scheduled me and I received a confirmation via email.Low and behold, I show up today for my service appointment and nobody was in service. Someone in parts helped me and called Henry to assist. Turns out the service department closed and no technicians were available. The fact that I couldn’t even receive a courtesy call is beyond me. Two weeks in a row I have wasted my time driving 30 minutes each just for service to be closed. I don’t understand the lack of courtesy by your service department. Truly unbelievable! Makes me question purchasing an Infiniti in the first place given the lack of professionalism with your service department.
The best service ever at a car dealership. Called on Wednesday. Scheduled me for an appointment on Friday. They were accurate and precise with their time and service...and it was no pressure to complete any other services. Aaron and the Manager were amazing. These guys get 2 thumbs up for their world class customer service.
Had my appointment reschedule 3 times after showing up. Never called me ahead of time to give notice until I showed up each time.
Excellent Service and great selection of both new and used vehicles.
I contacted this so called Infinity car dealer via email to make an offer on a new leftover 2019 suv. I get a call the next day from a sales lady trying to make me come in to see the vehicle without giving me the discounted price. I just wanted to know the discounted price, as this vehicle was a year old. I do business at or close to a wholesale price only.Car dealers work at what they call wholesale prices. They devalue all the vehicles once off the lot. For example, car dealers go to used vehicle auctions and make low ball offers on vehicles. Once they purchase these vehicles, then they mark them up as high as they can. They do the same thing with a vehicle trade in.I am not against a car dealer making a profit but I am not stupid neither. On the other hand, new cars are marked up 200% or more by the manufacturer. The MSRP or the invoice price does not reflect the real price of any given vehicle. The real price is a secret.Going back to what happened to me at El Paso Infinity. After a short conversation with the sales lady without me getting the discounted price of a year old vehicle. The sales lady put her manager on her speaker phone to ask me if I was going to buy multiple vehicles. The sales manager was hearing in on the call. He asked me, If I would buy from him a lot of cars then he would give me a wholesale price.I told this so called sales manager that he was being sarcastic and disrespectful to me. We were only talking about one vehicle purchase and I also told him that he lost me as a potential customer and I hanged up the phone. Wholesale prices are not based on multiple purchases. There is a good reason why the rating reviews for El Paso Infinity is at 3.6 and going down even lower (Professionalism and honesty).
Wow! What a tremendous experience from sales manager Hector Crosby and his crew. From the moment I got there until I picked up my 2017 Infiniti G50, everyone was so professional and friendly. And what a deal! What I went in wanting turned into a grand blessing based on Hectors expertise and wanting to make sure I left the lot with a car that looked good, Certified Pre-owned (which means there is still alot of warranty left on this car) and the commitment of the dealership to take care of all my service needs. Oh...you cannot beat their interest rates!! Amazing! If you are looking for a used high end vehicle PLEASE go see Hector. He will make sure you are satisfied!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I took my car in for service and their car wash damaged my car. After several weeks of attempting to get it fixed appropriately, I had to involve their GM. He said it would be taken care of, yet I cannot tell a difference. Service reps didn’t communicate updates and the service manager raised her voice at me when attempting to let me know they wouldn’t be fixing my car. As I just texted Mr. Patterson, I may be just one customer, but they don’t have to worry about me ever going back to any of their agencies.
Nice employees and waiting area bas Tvs and is nice and clean.
Buyers Beware of this dealershipIn early May we contacted the dealership inquiring about the Texas sales tax for a CPO 2018 QX80. We were interested in one out of state but got the run around regarding the final costs. Kathy, a sales rep for Infinity El Paso, answered all of our questions and offered her assistance helping us locate a similar one in their inventory. We did in fact find a match but was of course way out of our price range. We discussed the vehicles wed already found vs. the one she had in her inventory in NM. She warned us of online purchases to which we gladly accepted her advice and investigated the vehicles we were interested in and ultimately decided not to purchase at that time. She called to offer us a lower price that apparently was approved by one of the 3 owners of infinity. Once again way out of our price range. We kindly declined the offer and also decided we were over this particular vehicle purchase.A week or so later Kathy called us and let us know they had just received a trade in that matched most of our options and was within our price range that she wanted to show us. We agreed to see the vehicle and decided the QX80 she showed us was a match. We said we would go by the following day to purchase it.We went the to the dealership but Kathy was unavailable allegedly taking days off while sick at home. The manager, Hector, and another salesman, Carlos assisted us in the transaction. We got another chance to see the vehicle and started filling out all the paperwork. We waited around for several hours thinking we were going to close on the vehicle and be able to take it home. We were getting excuses that their system was down and internet wasnt working. Finally after another hour or so of waiting Hector came over and told us what was really going on. Apparently the customers that were trading in the QX80 were having trouble getting approval on their new purchase. So basically they were trying to sell us a vehicle that they didnt have in their possession!! I was a bit upset since this is something that should have been cleared up before we went and wasted our time waiting around for hours being told excuse after excuse. Hector assured me he could get the deal done and would keep me in the loop as soon as they closed on the other vehicle. We made several attempts to get ahold of Hector in the following days to get any news of the vehicle but we were told he was out of the office or busy with a customer. He finally got back to us only to say that basically the situation hadnt changed and they were still trying to get the deal done. We pretty much gave up on the purchase and moved on.About the 2nd week of June we get a call from Kathy on a Friday saying that the deal had been done and they had the QX80 in their possession to sell. With hope restored we said great we could go by middle of the following week to purchase the vehicle. We then get a call from Kathy on Monday saying that they could no longer sell the vehicle to us because a manager some how found that it had been in a wreck and werent sure how the dealership would proceede with the trade in vehicle. So how has this vehicle been in their possession for nearly 2 months and and just now they find it has been in a wreck. The QX80 looked perfectly fine when we saw it. Very shady practices that is going on at this dealership.
Great Service! Friendly Staff! My SUV always gets taken care of! ThanYou!
Hello, I had an excellent experience with the Infinity staff. My car was not working well even though I only have 6K mileage. The loaner car provided was nice and Samantha called within a short period of time that the problem was resolved...It was a minor repair and with no charge. Thank you and I will be back in the future. I trust them.
A scheduled oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I really miss Hoy Fox Infinity. I agree with other reviews...really difficult to get through when calling. Francisco was nice and courteous.
Always a positive experience with the company. Great Cars, Great Customer service.
We had an awesome purchase experience and truly appreciate the amazing customer service we received.
Absolutely amazing! They helped me out in a huge way in less than 15 min....took another dealer over 3 weeks with zero help...
I’ve been an Infiniti owner for a long time and recently purchased a Infiniti Q50 Red Sport with warranty. I took it to the dealership’s service department for warranty work done on my vehicle for a faulty cluster box and it was returned back to me with an airbag sensor light on. I it took again multiple times so they can fix the faulty airbag sensor and each time the car was given back to me with a new issue and the light still on. I then caught on to the service reports they were giving me not matching the work that was being performed on my vehicle. I refused to sign the last service report they gave me because it stated that the warranty work performed was completed and that my vehicle passed complementary inspection for light check even though the light was still on. They gave me news that my super charger needed warranty work done too and that’s where I drew the line. When I realized that some type of warranty fraud must be going on with my vehicle on behalf of service department I brought the issues up to General Manager Johnny Pattison’s attention with hope for a resolution. Mr. Pattison called me back to let me know they can no longer do warranty work on my vehicle because they believe it may have been in accident. My vehicles title is clean, the carfax remains clean with no accident reports, and my vehicle is in like new conditions. I will never buy another Infiniti again due to the dishonest work performed on my vehicle from this dealership and due to General Manager Johnny Pattison denying me further warranty work done on my vehicle on the assumption that they think my car was involved in an accident previously, with no proof or reasonable visible damage to void its warranty. Issue with airbag sensor light on remains unresolved yet they reported to Infiniti that it was fixed. Unfortunately this is the only Infiniti in El Paso and I will have to drive my car to Infiniti of Lubbock if I want this airbag sensor light issue fixed under my car’s warranty since I am being denied service at this dealership from management. I recommend to stay away from this Dealership and their service department if you value your time and the integrity of the work performed on your vehicle. This dealership gives the Infiniti brand a bad reputation and their reviews show it! If I could leave 0 stars I would!
I would recommend not to buy a veicle there. I recently bought a brand new car, before leaving the dealership I noticed one part was broken. Right there I said, I am not buying a brand new broken car. They said you sign and you have Infinity guarantee, they will take care, that is why you have a contract. 2 weeks after I still without the service and when I went there to find a solution me and my wife were treated very unprofessional. just an example, when I ask for another car in the mean time they fix mine because I was afraid my kids messed up more, Sale Manager said: You know that part is broken, is your job control your kidsPLEASE TRUST ME, RUN AWAY OF THIS PLACE
I’ve been an infiniti owner for over 25 years, i moved to el paso just to find out the dealership here dont care about my bussines. Manager has no ethic is rude sarcastic and arrogant. Very dissapointed. I hope someone realizes mr. Pattison is not the correct one for the job.
Went in for car q50 oil change was quick and painless. Great service.
We took our infiniti q60 for a check up. just to find out they didnt even do a right diagnose after a full week. they are short staffed and by that no one knows whos working on what. management is very poor professionally speaking. we are really sad you cant trust a them for a good work anymore
Brought my car here for service before a trip I was told that all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I approved the oil change and declined a tire rotation because I had purchased my tires at Martin tire. So I went to Martin for my rotation and it turns out my air cleaner was dirty and one of my struts was leaking. I am disappointed. I’m not sure if the advisor was being lazy or the tech was being lazy but now I will not return here.
My wife and I had purchased a 2019 QX50, and had the check engine light come up for the first time. We took it and it was diagnosed with “you had a bad batch of gas”. So they cleared the check engine and we were on our way. Two days later, it popped up again. We took it back and were told it was our gas cap. I’m not a mechanic but anytime you get that signal it has to do with the fuel system. But, I’m not an expert so I follow their recommendations. They cleared the check engine and 45 minutes later, literally the drive from El Paso to Las Cruces it turned on again. We decided to let it fix itself. The car on some days would shut if the check engine light and then some days it would be on.There is an auto hold feature the car has that applies the brake for you so you can reach to the back seat or rest you’re leg. This feature had stopped working. We have a 3 month old baby and it’s a must feature. So we go take it in for two issues. I’m asked to go outside with the mechanic and explain to him what the “auto hold” is. He had no clue.He literally told me he types it into a computer and it tells him what to do. So we left with the auto hold a mystery, and the check engine light on after leaving. Before our last visit, I discovered that the auto hold doesn’t engage itself of your seat belt isn’t on. We should always drive with it on but I am guilty of not wearing from time to time.So we show up and I notice more mechanics and workers. They diagnose the issues as two bad fuel injectors and car was fixed.Yes it took 6 visits but to me it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. Every visit was a drag, but our overall experience was great. Nice staff, snacks at your disposal and great communication with status updates on your vehicle. They even gave us a loaner car.
Had to have a recall taken care of and it was my first time at the dealership. My experience was great customer service was excellent.
Management and team have no idea of what they are doing, worst dealership Ive been at. if you thing of going here please reconsider.
Horrible service in the parts department. I needed a part for my Infiniti and they told me the Infiniti was gone for the day and it was 1pm on a Friday and no one else knew how to use the catalog ! That’s ridiculous. Gentlemen with the beard tried his best . Management was poor at managing their customers expectations!
Worst service ever from employees and manger. they dont know what they are doing.
I havent even got to speak to a person and its ridiculous. Ive called multiple times to speak to the service department about price to aervser my 2010 infiniti 37 transmission and never can get through.
Samantha at Infiniti service goes over and beyond!! Sales department needs alot of work. I was wanting to trade for 2 new cars and to this day noone is able to help me!!
Very friendly and professional staff at this dealership. No pressure sales, great prices in a quality product.
Cars are overpriced, can buy the same car in San Antonio, Tx probably even closer for at least $8k-10k cheaper. El Paso dealerships and thier markup prices.
Needs customer service attention.
Horrible Experience... Nobody answers phone, they loose information on there systems. They dont want to blame them selves for the mistakes and loss of info so they blame it on the change of companies from Fox Auto Group to Garcia Automotive.
Great people.... Manager, sales man, and service
Best Customer Service in TOWN!!!
Outstanding service
