Had a huge oil leak on my car so I took it over, was greeted by Cody. He was obviously very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. While driving our old RV through El Paso we overheated which caused severe engine damage. At the Auto Clinic we were relieved to find a team of people who took the time to understand our situation and lay out options. My truck had problems starting, took it to the auto clinic, they got the diagnostic done and told me what was wrong with it! Kody was upfront and honest about everything and very willing to work with me then also recommended getting some more maintenance done that was necessary and they got it done in a day! I would highly recommend the Auto Clinic! Very friendly! Very fast! And by far the best mechanic i have been to! 100% would recommend to anyone! The Auto Clinic is the best shop I have taken my truck too. They are straight forward with you and dont cut corners. They are all about helping you, not ripping you off. Our truck overheated on the highway during a road trip and we brought it to the Auto Clinic. Staff very pleasant; service thorough and fast; prices very reasonable. The only problem is the waiting room is clean but doesnt seem to be air conditioned and gets uncomfortably warm.

Ive been trying to get my Vehicle in for some upgrades since it was highly recommended by another mechanic but after calling for 2 months I was never able to get a hold of the Audie(Not sure if thats how the name is spelled)left my phone number to get a call back for an estimate or at least a courtesy call of when it would be a good time to bring it even if it was too far from present day.

If I dont have the time to do my own work, this is the only place I take my vehicles to. This shop is not perfect but is the only one in El Paso that I trust. I always deal with Kody and he is very helpful and professional.

New to El Paso, seen the reviews,had to have my car towed in to his shop., by the next day the gentleman had informed me I needed a New Engine( Crack in the block,cylinder 1)He was honest(no bs) and straightforward. The is by far the best shop in El Paso! They built the baddest big block motor for my truck, added a fuel injection system and all runs perfect! Highly recommended!

We were nervous about finding a new mechanic when we moved to El Paso when a friend recommended The Auto Clinic. From the get go Cody was professional and nice. He thoroughly explains the problem to you and stands by their work. We have had them do multiple repairs for us now and I feel like it is a place we can trust to be fair and honest.

I called asking for estimates on a possible blown head gasket, spoke with Cody and this guy was amazing, he went above and beyond trying to help me out figure out what the best course of action is. Cody is definitely not out to get your money he seems like he generally cares about about fixing your vehicle and getting you back out on the road.

Kody turned our nightmare into a minor hassle. We are driving across the country in our RV when the engine started making loud noises. A mobile repairman came to the roadside and worked on it for three hours. Nothing. We had it towed to the Auto Clinic, and by the following morning, Kody had taken the engine apart and found we had loose bolts on the valve covers. We were rebuilt and out that afternoon. After anticipating a $6k rebuild and two weeks in a hotel, our $800 bill was a welcome relief. Kody takes pride in his business and is ex-military of 10 years, a man of true honor. Highly recommend.

The staff here is wonderful. Ive been here 3 times for various things and they remember me by name and know my car and they are so great every time I have to visit. I picked this shop because of all 5 star reviews it already had and Im very happy to add another for them. This is a wonderful shop.

Brought my car here for one issue and was pressured to fix ten other issues. Car worked fine for a few weeks after but had to bring it back again! & suddenly I had to get ANOTHER part replaced that they didn’t “notice” the last time I came here. Fixed that already and NOW my check engine light is ON again! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely horrible service.

They have horrible communication, they tried to tell me there was more wrong with my car than there actually was. Once they started working on it they just made the car worse. I was charged for fluids I didn’t need and they didn’t call or ask to see what I use in my vehicle. I eventually brought the car to another shop and the problem was fixed in 2 days. These guys don’t know what they’re doing and just want your money. Avoid this place.

Very reliable, honest staff who answer all of your questions. Fair prices and quality work, theyve changed my oil and replaced a serpentine belt in my car and my car runs like new. The shop itself is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.

So glad I found Kody to work on my car! I had a major issue and I pulled right up and he knew what was wrong and it was fixed in 1 day and this was around an 6-8 hour labor job. Shout out to the team at The Auto Clinic. They ascertained that work on my car was done right, even when an error by the parts supplier caused them to re-do a good amount of the installation. Easy to talk to and work with; they are now my familys go-to auto technicians.

Called the location for a quote for a tune up, mind you I already have a mechanic just wanted to see they said they would charge me 3 times what my mechanic is charging and that it would take 3 times as long as my mechanic advised me it would take. The person who answered was tryna take me for a fool 😂😂😂 Id never go to this place or will ever call again.

I highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs. My Dad drove in from New Orleans to visit me and his control module went out. I was very apprehensive calling a repair shop because I am new to the area being stationed here. I called and spoke to Kody who was very nice and polite over the phone. I told him what was happening and he had his tow company to pick up my Dads truck within an hour of me calling. The vehicle was fixed in a few days and my dad was able to hit the road to be back at work the following Monday. This place is the only place I will do business with from now on. Kody always kept me updated through the process of the repair from beginning to end. If you’re looking for an honest and affordable repair shop, this is the place.

Terrible experience. My car stopped starting in their parking lot because I was picking my girlfriends car up (which they didnt even fix). It took them 2 and a half weeks to get an estimate. I called once and Kody the manager said he would run some numbers and get back to me in 10 minutes. He never did until I called again a few days later. Told me it was the ignition switch. Told him to fix it. A few days later my car wasnt starting again. I called back to ask about their warranties were. Kody explained if it was the ignition switch they would warranty it out but if it was another issue then I would have to pay for it. So essentially I would have to pay for their misdiagnosis. Took it to another shop and they fixed the issue after 1 weekend. Kody also had the nerve to ask for a pre payment. You have my car, that is the pre payment. Avoid this place.

Cody & Audi fixed my volkswagen. I would suggest them too any of my military wifes. Honest reliable and most importantly they are affordable. It was great first hand speaking to them anytime I called.

So disappointed in the service and lack of integrity demonstrated at this clinic. My parents have worked with Cody for years and both were taken advantage of, charged outrageous amounts of money and still no resolution to their services. They were lied to on the status of their vehicle repairs only to keep the car at the shop for longer periods of time. This occurred over a period of a year and both have taken their vehicles to a new mechanic they can trust. So disappointed. Never again!!!!

I wasnt satisfied with anything they had kept making one excuse one after another will never take my car there again sadly I have to give it a star in order to write a review. Doing drum brakes you dont need two weeks and you dont need another additional 2 weeks just to look at it to get to know the car . really there drum brakes.

I have been going to them since they were on the eastside behind Starbucks. I will drive to the Northeast to get my car serviced by them. They are the only ones I trust, especially for major problems. They have done major work on two of my vehicles. This last time, my car did not want to start. They did a diagnostic and fixed my starter in a timely manner. They are very respectful and will not take advantage of your lack of vehicle knowledge like other Mechanics. Service done around end of july early august. we were coming from our florida trip when our excursion exploded (not really) These guys took us in right away to fix our water pump and great cust srvice. got us back on the road with in 3-4 hours. I purposely drove the car75 mph hauling a camper just to prove to my wife that we did not need to buy a new car in Texas.
