Came out three times never got the problem solved said they needed to order another part, never heard from them agaon, called repeatedly wont return my calls.
E square repair came to my house the same day I called. The charge was $ 75 for the service call. Which is a little high in my opinion but I thought I was paying for quality. The repairman misdiagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. He sent me an invoice for just over $800 to replace the compressor. The invoice was not same day but in-fact days later. I had modern appliance repair come out the next day. He diagnosed it was the relay. They would replace the relay for $200 with no service charge since I am doing the work with them. The relay is replaced the refrigerator is working great and Im glad I didn’t do my work with them. E squares is either incompetent and doesn’t know what they are doing or knew it was the relay and wanted to overcharge. Either way it’s damming
We had a problem with our AC turning on but nothing was coming out. I called and they had an available technician that same day. He was nice and professional. He quickly found the problem,corrected it and gave me a few tips on preventing the situation. Very cool. I recommend you call these guys if you have problems.
Oscar switched the hot and cold water connections they were installed reversed upon delivery and he switched them to be connected correctly
I was assigned to them by GE to fix my washer. The part was backordered for months they called GE and got the part earlier and got it all fixed and taken care of under warranty!The only negative I will say is their communication could be better but I made sure to call first thing in the morning and they always answered and took care of me! The technician was great and so freaking knowledgeable bc we have like a crazy smart washer and he knew the issue within 5 minutes.
My air conditioning started to leak water all over the floor. I called them because a friend had recommended their service. The repair guy showed up and right away started to work. He was very nice and within a few minutes told me the problem. A little while later it was on a working. I’m glad I called them.

I was so hesitant to write this review. I honestly despise negative reviews but I am sure this will help someone. I was referred to them by ORP. A lady contacted me on Monday morning and said they can have someone come to my home Wednesday between 1pm and 5pm. I made arrangements for someone to be in my home for when they arrived. She said they would call 45 minutes before arriving. It is 5:44pm and they have not called me or shown up. Here is the real issue, I have been calling them since 4pm and they do not answer. I literally called over 13 times between 4pm and now. I contacted ORP and they too cannot get a hold of them. I understand if they were busy or backed up with work but I was scheduled and they could of at least called me to inform me of the delay. In my opinion, this is unprofessional. If you are a business you should have someone answering your phone calls from customers out of courtesy.

This company is a ripoff, they replaced parts that doesn’t needed to be replaced. Also, when I called the owner he’s response and excuse is worse than their act. Be aware and stay away. No integrity what’s so ever.

So far I will give this company 2 stars. The only person they have to answer the phone in the office lacks costumer service and communication skills. Im sure she feels better after hanging up on me just to get back at me. I was trying to get clarification for what parts of the A/C unit thats INSIDE THE HOUSE would get cleaned because it has 3 compartments. I was on hold at least 3 times. The technician himself cannot talk to the costumer on the phone in order to clarify questions. I maintained that I would be making an appointment but because I was not given clarification other than; the inside coil will be cleaned, the part the technician said needed to be cleaned, I will be asking before any services are rendered on the day of my appointment which parts of the A/C unit thats INSIDE THE HOUSE will be cleaned and if the expected parts of the unit to be cleaned are not the same ones that were discussed during the technicians initial visit I will not use their services on that day. Furthermore, I will not be incurring in any costs if the technician needs to be sent away since I was trying to get clarification before someone showed up and Karina was not able to provide any. I would very much like to speak to the technician who I saw so that hopefully an unnecessary visit does not need to happen. Depending on what happens that day, I will be revising my review.Edit: I have decided to cancel my appointment with this provider. Thank you to the technician who did the home consultation. They should really improve the way communication happens with costumers in order to provide a better service.
WORST PLACE EVER. First of all they send an “estimator” then schedule you a week later. And get this... they charge you 65 dollars REGARDLESS of whether or agree with the estimate or not. It gets better. My estimate for a simple piece of plastic, which I looked up only costs 20 dollars, they wanted to charge me 400 dollars. Additionally, I needed the fridge moved into my kitchen with the doors off. The technician was being hired to do this. They REFUSED to give me anything but a 4 hour window. How am I to schedule a paid mover with a 4 hour window? To top it all off the estimator they sent was highly aggressive and intimidating. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE. There are many in El Paso, I would STAY AWAY.
Hats off to this company!!! I had been struggling with my refrigerator and hired another company that did not figure out the issue... I tried E-square and on the same day I had a working refrigerator! Did I mention their pricing is AMAZING?! Great service and super affordable! Highly recommended!
Excellent service. I live in San Antonio but needed work done at my parents house in El Paso. Looked them up on-line. Within a couple of hours, they went to my parents house and took care of the problem with their refrigerator. Best price. Thank you very much you all are awesome. I highly recommend this company.
Beware using this company. I filed a claim with my home warranty company to repair my over the range microwave. Old Republic assigned me to this service provider. When I called esquare to find out the status of the repair the receptionist was clueless that should have been my first red flag. When the two techs finally showed (two weeks later)- yes two techs, they huffed and puffed to get the job done. After they left my home I approached my range only to see debris and fingerprints everywhere- you would think they would be cleaner during a pandemic. When I opened the microwave they had caused secondary damage, cracking the side frame of the door. I took pictures immediately and called their office. Karina told be she would talk to techs and get back to me. When she call back the techs of course denied causing the crack and she basically shrugged a shoulder to it. There is now way a person using the microwave could have caused such a break this was caused by them pulling things apart. This break was caused by esquares techs and their careless work. I have filed a complaint with the home warranty company. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will refuse to do any services with them ever again.

After hearing the recent events of what a dear friend of mine has gone through, I can NOT recommend this company. And after they also decided to threaten her on google reviews as well (they have since edited their response... how convenient). I have family and friends in the El Paso area (even though I live in Illinois) I have shared the story and will continue to share with everyone I know in the area. I hope the owner/techs now will understand the power of social media and I hope this teaches them how NEVER to treat a customer. You handled yourselves poorly and I think that just shows the character of the business you have.

Having problems with a motor they installed for my mother, not working in over 100 degree weather. They told us someone would be out from 1-5, no one ever showed up. We called them in the morning to reschedule and they stated they wouldn’t be able to make it out till the following day.The woman on the phone started claiming no one was home, when we we here all day and night, doors and windows open.She says the technician showed up at 7:30 PM, however we have no missed calls and it is impossible to reach them past 5:00 PM.I asked to speak with a manager and was denied the ability to so. Asked for technicians number, was also denied. We have no way of confirming anyone ever came out.Terrible company, terrible customer service! If my mother didn’t have a warranty with them, I would go to absolutely anyone else!I would never recommend this company.

Repairman that came to the house was very nice and helpful. However, office staff is extremely lacking in courtesy and customer service. Had a repair on Thursday afternoon that didnt end up working, so I called the office to get the repairmen back out again. I was ignored all Thursday afternoon and all day Friday. The staff answering the phone kept saying she would call me back, but never did, not even once. I left multiple messages on the answering machine as well that were also never returned. I had to go to the office and stand in the doorway while the secretaries called the repairmen so that I could get my AC repaired. So after a week of sleeping on my couch, the repairmen came back out and fixed it no problem and apologized profusely because he didnt even know there was a problem! I had been calling the office for 3 days and nobody had even told him there was still a problem. Hate to say I will have to take my future business elsewhere.

Called E-square services in the evening to get a quote on installing a refrigerator unit at my suegras house, the owner Eddie was very courteous and prompt, they came out the next day and gave us a quote for the installation. Will highly recommend and will be using their services!
I called and about an hour later a technician was at my door. The troubleshooting procedures didnt long at all and the repair was working within two hours of my initial call. I highly recommend this company. Will call them whenever I need anything repaired.

Would give zero stars but unable to do so. Throughout experience office staff consistently lied to the point that lies happened mid conversation. Office staff rude with zero customer service skills. Examples of blatant signs of incompetence include specific instructions to have technicians call 15 minutes prior to arrival, as 4 Hour window is an unrealistic time frame for me to be sitting at my house waiting for them to arrive. Towards the end of 4-Hour window I would place a call to the office only to find out that technician had already attempted visit but I never received the phone call, voicemail or text message so that only goes to show you that no communication was happening between office or technician with customer. Technician was sent out on six different occasions and was unable to resolve issues at hand. Only positive from entire experience is that technician was courteous but with issues not resolved that doesnt really matter. If you like to gamble use company and hopefully you will have a better experience but with all the choices I would just choice another company.Update-horrible company lied to my home warranty so I would have to pay deductible. Dont trust company they will completely take full advantage of the system.

Unfortunately for myself and my tenants this company was assigned by my warranty. It has been now two months for them to fix an AC issue. They keep canceling their appointment and their latest Shpeel was that they can’t show up until end of the month because they got a flat tire.Update - they remedied their error by scheduling an appointment for today.

Fast service called the same day thanks
It is tough to get an appointment. They are the repairman for my service company. The repairman are nice, but the dispatcher/ receptionist needs some customer service training.
Customer service and professionalism is lacking. Made an appointment a week in advance. At the time I was given an 0800 Tuesday (6 July 16) appointment. I was specifically told by the receptionist that it would be a 0800 start...NOT at range 0800-1200. I took the 1/2 day off. Tuesday 6 July at 9:15 I called only to be told that the tech was running behind and that they would provide a call when they where on the way...at 1100 i called for an update and still no word on an approximation. I called again at 1pm and they stated they would call me in 10 min with a update. At 1:40 pm I called since they had not called with any update. At that point there was still no clear approximation other than sometime today. I asked to speak to the owner. Eddie Jankowski is the person that identified himself as the owner and said that i should have been given a range of time between 0800-1200. regardless it was 1:40 and i had yet to receive ANY call from them on an update or an approximation in time of when they could be there...other than sometime today.Needless to say it was a complete waste of time since the appointment was cancelled. Outside of not keeping the appointment...The main issue I have is the fact that they do not UPDATE or provide any type of customer follow up that keeps you in the loop. All the calls and info were initiated by me. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Good luck with this company. Im sure the techs are superb but the ownership/leadership accountability and overall customer service is not there.

Admittedly, I did not have a choice about working with them. They were the contractor my home warranty company sent out. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours and did not. I called them Repeatedly to set up the 1st appointment. It took five days for them to come out. The tech did not open either machine, the tech did his diagnostics by taking pictures of the appliance serial numbers. They did not order the parts until 3-4 business days after the visit. The office staff, Joe, use a ton of words (I.e talk a lot) to make terrible excuses. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere.days (
We will be there between the hours of 8am and 12pm. Showed up at 12:30pm. Disassembled my AC unit and said theyd be back the following day to repair it. Waited all day, nobody showed. Then they took a four day weekend and said they wouldnt be able to come back for another couple days. Very unprofessional, poor communication.

Terrible service! They were the service provider appointed by my home owners insurance. First, good luck with them picking up the phone. Second, they called 30 minutes before they arrived for service so I could leave work and open up my house. I was 5 minutes late and the technician just left. They called to apologize and reschedule which upset me even more and ended up cancelling their service.

This company over-charged me $600 to defrost my a/c and to fix it. I didnt know better. A friend told me that was WAY too expensive and to call other companies to ask what they would charge. I did. I called Total Air and Grey Heating and cooling. They both told me, based on Esquares receipt that they would charge anywhere from $155-$200 for the same job. I called the owner of Esquare, Eibar, and he told me he was sorry and would make it right. I told him I wanted to be fair and pay him for his services. Then, 10 days later, the work that esquare did broke!! I called Grey and they de-iced it and fixed it right this time for $210 with taxes. That was in 2014. Since then, the owner and his staff have avoided my calls and requests to talk to the owner or manager. I still have the original receipts and resent them to esquare two weeks ago as they requested to no avail. I gave them ample time and explained to them the actions I would take if they dont make it right. I also got cancer and didnt have the time to pursue them. Now, I will be taking them to small claims court, I will be reporting them to the BBB and I have already filed a complaint to my home-owners insurance. BE AWARE especially if you are someone who doesnt know heaters and coolers. They WILL take advantage of you.
Disgusting job. Spent little time on my broken washer and it was still broken. Very rude ugly person. Treated my family including my Dad with such disrespect and attitude. My family is nice and open and this guy just had no reason to be the way he was.

Bad company practice. They were hired by Samsung to fix a recall on my washer and they came to my home and told me they didnt have the kit to fix it. Made me sign for the completion of the service call and told me they would get back to me when they get the kit. Followed up with them and told me they didnt know when they would be receiving the kit. They knew ahead they needed a kit but still went ahead and sent a technician.
