Great service, a Little slow but the driver was very friendly and helpful did the job in seconds and it was less than most companies in the area

After picking up my rare classic car they improperly fastened down the car by using suspension instead of “THE FACTORY” fasteners and soft straps therefor damaging the rear suspension Spotted by the technician upon arrival to the repair shop. They later called the repair shop and told them they would pay for any damaged caused by the tow company.Later that evening I got a very rude and irate phone call from the owner that they would not pay for the damage they caused. This company HAS NO BUSINESS TOWING HIGH END CLASSIC CARS! Beware of this company they haven’t a clue about towing anything but old wrecks and beater cars!

Outstanding service

Live in Dallas Texas. Truck died in SoCal. Sam figured out were I was before my insurance co did and had me at a dealership and back on the road. Without a doubt the best customer service experiences Ive had ever!!!!!!

These are the only people to call! Sam was absolutely amazing! My car lost its brakes and rather then making me wait for him to finish with his current car, Sam picked me up, dropped me off at my house, and then came back to pick up my car when he was finished with the other car. This is all on a busy Saturday. Seriously, dont go anywhere else. Hes truck was immaculately clean, he was great to talk to, and so generous. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Fast & Professional, locked the keys inside the car @ the car wash, contacted Allstate, they contracted Empire and my day didnt miss a beat, Sam was there within minutes, got the job done and saved my @ss.

I called them to tow my car to the autorepair shop. They were prompt, curtious and helpful. They thought it might be the ignition so they tried bypassing it to try and start it. It didnt work so they towed it to the garage. They had the lowest quote and best customer service, I would definetly use them again!
