I called to get a quote and also need it sent to me. My car broke down and a friend want a few quotes. They sent me a text and was very accommodating for a tow company. Not all even for a quote will tell you over the phone and say when can we go pick it up? If your not ready to do so they say call us when you are. Not these folks they where honest polite and friendly. I didnt get to use them but if I had to in the future I would call these guys just because what they did for me. Thanks guys I really appreciate your help that day.

They respond in a few minutes, today My car stop in a traffic and I call them, and respond quickly very professionals.

I called my roadside assistance and the 1st company came and abandon us because it was too difficult. Go roadside assistance.... Speedy Joe was second up and came. They were timely and polite. I may have not been the nicest customer at that point since it was pushing 3 hours from my insurance. When they were dispatched they called and let me know they were on there way. Joe was polite and it was extremely difficult tow and nailed it. I was impressed and I work with machinery.

The absolute worse towing company I have ever worked with. Worse than the time a towing company brought me to an abandoned mechanic. They said they could get me 60 minutes or less. I call back at 80 minutes and they said they would be there any second, but couldnt get their tow truck driver on the phone. 120 minutes later I call back and it immediately goes back to voice mail. I call back several times and they just kept ignoring our call. I call my insurance company 150 minutes later and apparently they cancelled our tow without calling us first. And did I mention the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and I was nothing but polite and desperate to get to a mechanics? Also take a note that a lot of their 5 star reviews have no descriptions. Sounds like a bot.

Amazing company! Called them when I needed a tow and they came within just 20 minutes. Joe was friendly and towed my car from Alpine to Downtown San Diego. Didn’t cost as much as other companies I called and got the job done! Will definitely use and recommend again!

I got Into a car accident and AAA said the ETA was over an hour. I searched nearby tow companies and speeder came up. They got there within 10 minutes and got the job done. Thanks guys

Canceled my call after one hour saying they couldn’t find me, yet never called to verify. Very unhappy.

Horrible service. They canceled on me without even calling because they “couldn’t locate my car.”

Had a tow arranged through them from toyota, they claimed to have tried to contact me several times when they couldnt find me and refused to talk to me when I called their dispatch.
