After calling Allstate roadside they sent out quality towing. The driver was named Wally and he was a super friendly professional. He took great care of my truck and was extra careful not to damage my truck or rims. I can’t say enough good things about Wally and his great customer service. Thank you for saving my escalade and keep up the good work.

If you need roadside assistance and this is your only option, be prepared for the lowest quality customer service you could ask for. That way you wont be disappointed. It probably depends on who you have to deal with but the difference could be night and day.

Had a window from 7-11am I took off work and at 10:30am called to see where they are. I was told sorry but sometime today mid day, ok do you have a time frame.... stumbles for words and then says 10-2pm. Well that has come and gone. Bad service, dont keep their word, dont tell you like it is very poor customer service period.

These are the worst tow company in the entire Southern California 3 hours for stupid tow truck .anybody can do better than these idiots. They lie on the phone to ya .

They damaged my car on the way to my mechanic. So not happy. They do not call at the 10 min away mark. When they did call, they had already hooked my car up and waiting to go.

Contracted via USAA roadside assistance and arrived to military base. Driver was unwilling to wait to help and abandoned me and my car. Poor service and doesn’t support the military.
