Lady Gold8/21/2020 3pmNail techs arguing with one another about the service I was have and the cost of my service in front of everyone in the shop. She was very rough snatching my hands and pushing my hands around. Roaches crawling out of the UV light while curing my gel. Using her fingers to rub alcohol to remove the sticky top coat finish after removing my hands from the UV lamp. The service I had done was a gel polish on nails. My nails are very very short. She used my own gel polish. I was charged $20 when the other coworker said $15. But its fine I will never go there again.

This nail salon used to be very good. Lately the service has been really bad. Their hours are unpredictable. Has people on staff that does not speak English. I am forced to find another nail salon.

When you make a appointment!! You drive all the way from chula Vista.... you expect them to be open !!! If you need to close due to a emergency! It just take a phone call ... and you call them to ask why they were close.. and all they say is come today ! Really!!!

Love this place, altho prices are a bit more up. But cant complain when my nails stay on till the end of the month, being a mother of 4 beauties and constantly using cleaning supplies and water. Also on a good day,they fix free if ur nail broke with in the week. Just saying. And altho its small, its super cute inside.

$25 to fix one broken nail and change polish! So weird because a couple months back I broke two nails and it only cost $15 BEWARE of fluctuating prices here.

Diego is amazing. I love that no matter what idea I have, Diego always executes my vision! Unfortunately I had many bad experiences with the Asian guy. He even yelled at me for asking if he was the only tech available. I will never return.

I visited a few weeks ago to try out the new owners of this place. I will have to say that they did a great job modifying the place it looks much better. However, I did not feel the same warm welcome I did when Sandy and Vinh were running this place. Another thing that I did not like is that they try to up sale you with packages, and the guy who did my pedicure was not very friendly. Not sure if will be coming back here.

We were traveling through El Cajon and wife wanted her nails done. We were a bit skeptical because it was small and literally the only nail place open for miles. Needless to say, the quality of my womans nails and how they came out were awesome! Absolutely beautiful, wish they were near where we live. Wife was happy and that made my night 😍

Sandy was amazing! She was gentle and it wasnt WW3 on my hands when it came to the spinny file thingy. She is super sweet and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! She prefers cash, but you can use your card for anything over 20.00. Its a hole in the wall, but I will definitely be back!! Love love love this place!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD they were rude didn’t do my nails good.They said on the phone 25 dollars then we had to pay 40 each my hands hurt and my nails are crooked!!!!!!

I came inside & told the MEXICAN guy i wanted a new set, he said okay sit down . .& a second later he told me hes busy & to come back later at 6pm (it was like 4:20) smh, i felt like that was very rude so i left . I use to go there all the time because i liked the way he did nails but the way he came at me was disrepectful ! 😤 I will NOT be returning . BAD BUSINUESS !

Kim does the best pedicures Ive ever had. She takes her time and makes sure its done right. Most places try to get you in and out as fast as possible, not the case here.

I tried Kims yesterday for the first time. Gel manicure. I could tell right away that it was not a good job, uneven and bare spots. Already lifting 24 hours later. Will not be back.
