I had pointed nails (claws) and I went in and asked for a new set. The tech starts telling me she can just cut the points off and file and I can keep these tips on......I said no. I like long nails and I want a new set. She said okay I rebuild for you. In her broken English I just assumed she was doing what I asked....... nope. She used powder to build a coffin shape off each nails point. My nails were so thick and I mean so thick like 1/4 inch.I don’t want to keep going around with her because clearly she didn’t want to remove my old acrylic tips and put a new set. It wasn’t until I paid that I realized why....... $64 bucks for fills and “rebuild”I’ll never go back or send anyone here.

So, normally I get a good job done so, I went again because I was going out of town. I got gel polish and Im not sure if it was because we showed up close to closing (my fiance went with me for a pedicure as well) but, can you see the mistake? Gel shouldnt rub off in anyway. I even dropped a $5dollar tip. I only gave 4stars because Tracey did a good job on my fiance and my daughter for her nails and feet done for prom and they were beautiful. Ill say this, if youre ready to go and youre tired, and its close to closing... Just pass it off to someone who is still willing to go the extra mile to completely do the job. Now I have to show up to my engagement party with weird strip on my toes where she didnt do...something right😳 😟😕😒

This is a horrible salon, if you wanna waste your money go there. I got my nails done A full set of acrylics on my birthday and I already had two of them come off within the next two days by a week I had five Acrylics missing. Don’t go to the salon, you will waste your money!!!!!!

The ladies where very kind and did a great job with massaging my legs and making me feel good and taking care of my foot issue and watching not to make my foot hurt worse. They also free hand beautiful flowers etc on my toes and finger nails!!

Jasmine and Lucy are my go to people. They are very particular about my nails and do an excellent job! Jasmine even heats up my fingernails so the gel goes on better! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and professional! Recommend them highly! Jackie

Very clean, sanitary, peaceful environment. April is great she did a fabulous job on my nails. All the ladies are nice ann pleasant. I was a walk in and they took me right away. I will be coming to this place for now on.. Thank you April ..

I got a spa pedicure which was on special for $18 (decent price point). My only complaint is that they do not do a lot of work on the bottom of the feet with the pumus Stone and their lotion/oil massage for the calves had zero pressure. Otherwise, their actual nail work was good.

I had a gel mani done yesterday (3/1/2020) it turned out horrible and the tech was so rude. My mani was $25 + $1 cc fee.. totaling what I thought was $26 dlls since I didnt leave a tip (I wasnt happy with the service that I was given I dont care for her being rude, but the mani wasnt worth my 26 dlls) ... today I see a pending charge for Vivid nails in the amount of $31.20, I am so mad and not at the $5.20 but that the fact that the tech decided to add her own tip to my debit card!!!! This is beyond unethical!! And what a dishonest business. I plan to go back tomorrow and report this. Who knows many times they have done this.

First time there was good - nice gel manicure. Second time wasn’t treated as well. Gel fill not nearly as good for the price - they charge extra to trim cuticles. Most places I’ve gone, that is included. Too expensive.

They cut my nails in a way that anyone who works on nails would know would cause ingrown nails to occur. After a couple days of having my nails done here I had to pull my nail out of the skin on my fingertips and they were red and swollen. Never coming here again.

Clean!! Very careful ladies. No pushy up selling. Weekday mornings good for walk ins.

Got the deluxe pedicure as a walk in. Small improvement to some other reviews is that they use a liner in the foot spas for each person now and the tools came in sealed clean kits. So lets hope they were really sterilized. Pedicure was decent but the poor customer service is the downfall. My pedicurist couldnt be bothered to even ask me how I was, she even had her earbud in listening to music, etc tuning everything out. And the 5 other girls not working were each on their tablets or phones listening to loud videos/shows. This does not make for a very relaxing environment. Will not be going back here.

Service is great. Technicians are always friendly. Love my nails after Terri works her magic. Pedicures make me feel like a million bucks.

Theyre very sweet and friendly, but they dont seem to listen when I tell them what I want. They keep doing a really sloppy job on my nails. And I would agree with the unsanitary comments. Ive watched them put dirty tools back in the clean box and they put used acrylic liquid back in with the clean. Yuck!! State Board would not be happy.

Sanitary? Not here. From the time I walked in all I could think was THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. Two of us were there for a spa pedicure (with appt.). The spa tub was filthy! I cringed putting my feet in, but after the operator put the blue liquid in, I could no longer see the dirty bottom. My girl made no attempt to be sociable...and to top it off talked on her cell phone for at least half of the treatment. I paid extra for callus removal; when I got home and felt and inspected my heels, they were no different than before the treatment.Unsanitary...poor service....I will cross Vivid Nails off my list.There were at least 5 girls just sitting around with their computers....maybe they should be cleaning their shop!
