This place can be summed up in two words SERENE and PRISTINE. they are clean and calm. They have nice music playing and their attitudes are always nice. Their prices are average for their services and they offer luxurious options. Definitely worth the price. Ask for Danny or Lisa if youre looking for a full set or a fill.

I’m new to california in general so i asked around who people would recommend for a good nail place. i was told this place we pretty good & after looking at multiple reviews, i felt okay about it.i called & made an appointment for 12 on saturday, may 15. didn’t get a seat until around 12:30, not too bad. wasn’t worried too much about it. but as soon as i sat down, the lady (tammy, i believe) was so preoccupied by what the others were doing. i had to let them dry & when she came back to her station i was just letting the other hand dry & she just takes the machine away. so i told her that it wasn’t dry yet & she gave it back to me but didn’t turn it back on.... i sat down in the chair around 12:30 & was paid & out of there by 12:50. i was like okay, that was quick! but then go about my day & that night the clear coat start to crack & pill off. & now half of my nails already have the clear coat pulling off & they have cracked. & i’ve been to multiple places in OK, TX, FL, etc... every place i have gone has put lotion & giving a massage on the arms & hands after they were done with my nails & all she did was spray my fingers with what smelled like rubbing alcohol. i just don’t understand why she needed to rush? because i won’t be going back & i felt like since i was new, they wanted to get me done asap to cater to their repeat customers. & i didn’t appreciate it at all. i’m paying for a service, i expect them to do their best no matter if i’m new or loyal customer.would not recommend.

Ive been going here for years. I am SUPER picky. Sparkle Pro never disappoints me. Always very professional and work is consistently excellent. Lisa takes time to squeeze me in for a quick mani pedi ( I recommend the Deluxe Spa Pedicure ) They are especially diligent with Covid standards and expectations. So relaxing and such a pleasure, especially during this stressful time.

Their work is bad. Their attitude is bad, I hate it so much, they talk to much and its just bad. When she is filing they take the skin off of you, their work is so bad and I hope they shut down.

I have been coming to Sparkle Pro for going on 6 years my technician is Lisa and she is fantastic I have never had any problems with my nails I basically let her pick the colors for me and she normally picks exactly what I want Ive never had any problems as far as being overcharged or being talked to in a rude way the place is always clean their always courteous and kind and I just think its an excellent place to go I will continue to go back to Lisa as long as possible

Everyone is professional, polite, and friendly. The shop is always clan and well maintained.The employees have good communication skills and interact with clients wonderfully. I have been going there for about three or more years. It took ma several tries of various shops until I found Sparkle Pro Nails. I wasn’t happy with other salons’ quality of work or nail polish color selections. I can get the same color gel polish on fingers and regular polish on toes. No other business offered me this option. You couldn’t pay me to go somewhere else.

I got a lot of referrals to come here! I am usually really picky and stick to one place but Im glad I ventured out!! Katie did an AMAZING pedicure and had great customer service. I broke my back and she made sure what she did didnt hurt and did her best to make sure I was comfortable! Lisa did my nail design which came out awesome! If you need a good manicure or pedicure I highly recommend coming here! Very clean and very good customer service!!

Pretty nail shape and designs. But thisLady was on her phone almost the whole time, I was trying to tell her I needed a fill with OMBRE style color for polish since I had short naills. But she took my whole set off and did long ombre nails( I didnt say anythingbecause I figured she has her own technique of how they work)So then.... Im like 😳Told me first $50....She did a whole new ombre SET long nails...After 1 week, middle finger nail snapped, some have a dent, some thin... then after finished she said $55.All I needed was a fill and polish but then $55 later happened. lack of communication. And didnt take time to hear me out.

Love this place. LISA does a great job on your nails and so does the man that works there with the glasses. The place is nice and clean and everyone is so kind. I have 5 years coming here and Im a loyal happy costumer .

Always love this place. They take their time especially with pedicure and massage! They are also very friendly. Will come back to this place over and over again.

I asked for a nail shape up but the worker cut the nail to deep.

The lady who helped me out left some of my nails missed shaped and the gel nails are cracking and I got them done less than one hour ago also I asked for a specific color and she gave me a complete different one even after I told her the color I wanted she wouldn’t change them kinda disappointed on how they turned out after my friend talked so good about them

The lady who helped me, she didnt take enough care enough to my nails. Plus, she was talking and laughing all the time with another worker, so that effect on her job.
