The nails were sooo bad then nail polish came off the second day and the nails were even the same sizes and wasn’t what I asked for and it’s wasn’t worth my money never going back

The staff was polite, my nail artist was gentle and very nice. The atmosphere was calming and pleasant. One thing I did notice was the floor was quite messy with nails and such, that could use a little more upkeep. Overall a good experience.

Love the Salon and the ladies that work there! Very professional, nice, and always do a great job. Im never disappointed. This is not a get you in get you out Salon. They take their time and pamper you while doing an expert job every time. I highly recommend Nails by Mona Lisa.

Friendly and took her time

I recently moved back to SD, found this place online and made an appointment. Kim is really sweet and did a great job! They are reasonably priced but the customer service, work and comfertable atmosphere are exemplary. I am definitely going back and would recommend it looking for a new nail salon!

I honestly don’t like to write reviews but I had too this time. I don’t even want to give it one star at all but I guess I have too. But this place is over priced for no reason! For a FILL I had to pay $35, that’s how much I pay for a new set! Then to top it off my nails are NOT even, each nail literally has a different shape! Then she also left the acrylic on my nails SUPER thick and bumpy! If you’re going to charge me that much for a fill at least do a BETTER job! I’ll never go there again, I was going to tell my family and friends to go here but yup I’m definitely NOT telling them.

I gave it one star so I could write a reviewThere service is horrible for the price. I paid $45 dollar for white tip that anywhere else would of cost less. When I told the owner what i wanted she was rude unprofessional. All my nails are different shapes and look horrible. I will not be coming here again.
