Lots of machines and they well maintained. The place is also kept clean.

Most unprofessional service ever. Old machines and surrounded by homeless people. Trust me the owner is rude and refuses to take responsibility for bad service . I cant believe this place is still in service after years of mistreating the community. I wish i would have read the reviews before going. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

The owner is extremely rude. My mother washes clothes here and I always get her money changed into quarters before she comes because I pay for it. He kicked me out and took pictures of my car and told me and my mother not to come back because we change want too much change. Every other week I get 20 dollars in quarters for my mother to wash. We will no longer be coming here.

I love coming over here. Because the owner is so friendly and professional. The environment is super clean. All the machines function properly! I recommend this place to everyone!

The owner was not nice. I come here all the time. I usually use my walker to sit down. I had just been released from hospital November 18th. Im still gaining my strength back. I sat down to rest on a bench and hit my head on a wood ply window frame. I told the owner he had no compassion. He never even asked me if I was okay. I also lost my grandmothers ring while putting my close in. He was no help at all. Said nothing he could do about. Then he told me not to come back to his laundry mat. Because I hit my head. Not to mention Im on a blood thinner. I asked him to make an incident report just in case I have issues from bumping my head. NEVER ASKED IF I WAS OKAY. SO COLD HEARTED.

Good and clean spot. In fact after reading other reviews I feel compelled to add a few things.1. Washing is less than other places2. Soda cans are only 50 cents3. The owner guy has been nothing but nice and friendly to me.4. Its only sketchy if youre a big wuss. The daytime is fine and at night there may be a few homeless next door at 711. They are harmless unless your a idiotic wuss.5. Its clean6. Trash is taken out7. Its got tv and fans, AC on really warm days.If you already live in El Cajon the crowd is no different that the rest of the laundry mats.

This place has the worst customer service. If the machines don’t do their job they will not have any kind of compensation for the quarters you’ve used on the machine. They forced me to take out my wet clothes from the machine and asked me to pay for another machine just because their machine was malfunctioning. The only good thing about this place is the 7/11 that is conveniently located near the laundromat and that’s about the only thing that they have going for them. This laundromat is so bad I felt inclined to write a review for the first time. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Just started adjusting to not having a W&D on hand and this place was a life saver. I really like the fact that the owner maintains the laundry mat so well I feel very comfortable.I also love the 6 load washer that was awesome and you can see how well it washes your clothes! If you’re looking for an adventure..this is the spot.

This place is super sketchy I would suggest not going here unless you either either really clouds or have no other alternative.Im not sure if its just the location or my horrendous luck but there always seems to be women of ill repute present when I go to that laundromat. And I was saying Rihanna the four times Ive been there the police have been there on a call for various reasons. Now with all that being said the inside is really clean and the machine seem to work with no issues.the only problem I have on the inside is that they charge you a quarter to use the restroom youve already made your money off of me doing my laundry dont keep doing the cash grab thing.

I needed an extra large capacity washer and they have 5 of them! Very clean, good prices, owner, Jim, is awesome. Quarter machine that takes up to $20 bills. I cant say enough about this coin laundry!

It was nice clean and the man that closed up was super nice 👌, but lets remember that a lot of homeless and crazy people telling in front of this laundry place. But if you are inside you should be ok.

Good place to wash clothes. If ever the machine took your quarters, the ladies that work there will give u the missing quarters. Children friendly environment. Basically come if u need to wash ur clothes. Ignore the negative comments, its all exaggerated.

Though in a rougher area with homeless people hanging about I like this laundromat because theres always room and open machines, its cheap, very clean and the people that run it are nice.

Its always packed in dirty parking is almost impossible Im busy days because El Pollo Loco is in the same Shopping Center.
