The machines don’t have any hot water. The place is unbelievably filthy. People don’t wear masks during this pandemic of COVID-19.

Very bad service no one is there to help when machines dont work never coming back there again I think the should have some one to clean the place and help the clients over all bad management do not recommend very abandoned !!#

Dirty, washing machines didnt work properly no restroom, no t.v! First and last time I visit this place.

The Free wifi was not working the last time I did my wash. Some of the machines are not working. It is good to be aware of they area around you. Non working machines should be marked with a sign.

This place is usually not crowded & the employees are nice. The guy who usually closes is very cool.A few of the patrons are rude! A woman sat by the door whose empty basket was blocking the doorway, she was on her phone & didnt move. I shouldve kicked her basket across the laundromat but I put one of the baskets I was carrying down and moved it myself. Same day, guy pulls up blasting his music as he left his car on while placing his laundry in the washing machine! Ugh.

I gave them two stars because from what I saw the washers work well. But the customer service is another story and costed them the other three stars. The lady was extremely rude, not to me but to another customer who asked for assistance with working the washers. She didnt assist them with the type of service you expect from a place like this she was rude, and when she finally helped them buy soap she actually got them fabric softener. And kept insisting that she needed to do HER job and couldnt help them. They ended up asking me for help witch is fine with me Ill do HER job.

After I put money and soap in washing machine doesnt work and the quarters stuck in the machine. so I have to switch to different machine there is complain in the wall if you want refund but you know I dont want to waste my time for $4 also something missing nobodys here to clean the floor to check give you happy smile help you it doesnt work with me

Walked in to just dry one load. There was no one who came to assist me and my partner, the employee (a women ) was to my surprise very rasict! two women who I assume, were costumers walked to a area, we typically as costumers, cant go. The employee and the older women disappeared and a young women stood in the door of this restricted area. Terrible service, the employee was a middle Easter older women, Im a Caucasian women and the rasicism was very upsetting

The employee I met was very nice. The facility is clean and it has free, open wifi.

I went ones in this place the owner was very nice and the place was very clean.

Hole in the wall place but never full, expected prices, good machines, and they have a fluff and fold service that cant be best if thats your wish.

No bathroom sink does not even work I sure hope my laundry comes out clean really gotta pee ugh
