I love this place. Kathy is kind, compasionate, and generous with her patrons. She is always accomodating. She repaired some of my clothing without charge during dry cleaning. This is my hometown cleaners no matter where I am in SD.

Walked into a Hispanic woman upset that the owner was walking around with no mask, nor does she require her customers to wear masks, and she has no signs saying they must be worn. Bathroom is horrible and Covid is so bad out here in El Cajon right now.

Owner is a very nice old lady who has run the business for about 20 years and plans on running the business till she dies. She prefers not to retire. As far as dry cleaning goes, its what you come to expect. The place is cash only cause its run old school like that.

Ive never actually washed here but they do have good drinking water on the outside.

Could use some serious upgrades but it gets the job done.

I visit weekly to do my laundry. I feel safe while I am there. If I forget to bring hangers, the owner will sell me 12 for a dollar. I have had no issues with any of the machines. There is a 7-11 across the street for me to get coffee, videos or snacks. In the strip mall there is a fruit/Mexican restaurant that serves great food choices. The laundry offers standard top and front load machines up to 5 load machines. I love this place.Yes they do have change machines and also sell laundry supplies. They also offer doing your laundry for you!!!

The guy fixing machine was not wearing a mask and also was coughing a lot will not recommend at all not safe at all 👎🏻

Owners are rude they act like they’re doing you a favor when your a paying customer place is not even cleaned and don’t enforce the mask to anyone not safe at all🤢

The washers dont have water they just dry wash your clothes and they come out as dirty before you washed them and if you want to use the heavy soil mode they charge you another 1 dollar, never come here, go to one on Main Street or the one on Washington Street, this one you will need to wash twice, only use dryers here never washers, now I see why it always empty, the front loader washers will ruin your clothes they didnt even put the right drum seals on machine and the people dont care just want your money, be aware go to one of the other Laundromats, I made a mistake coming here, tomorrow need to rewash all the clothes, good luck

Awesome place! Tons of machines of different sizes - spacious folding areas, and always someone there to help with whatever needs. Highly recommended!

I often use services here. I like that they have different type of washers to choose for your particular needs. I have used the big professional one to wash blankets. Washing and drying is very fast and not expensive. Many big tables for folding. You can get powder and softeners on place. Dry cleaning also provided and comes back in a very good quality. Besides, there is always free parking for customers and WI-FI to use Internet while cloth is washing or drying :)

The owner Kathy is a character, a bit old school, very caring. I use the fluff and fold all the time, that is the best deal you can get instead of wasting your own time on laundry.

Have to ask for the coin changer to be turned on. Washer didnt even spin my clothes so I had to throw my clothes in dryer soaking wet....very rude signs regarding business your all around, and half of the washers sound like theyre going to spin right off track. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this place EVERRRR again. Even though it right across the street
