I won’t go anywhere else!I live in Ramona and I drive 30 minutes just to do my laundry here.They keep the machines and the entire place super clean.It really is the cleanest laundromat I have used.I usually do my laundry on the nights Tony is working, he is always so friendly and helpful. I am always really impressed at how hard he works to make sure everything is immaculate and running well.

Older machines. Charges extra fo hot water but only gives ch old water, so you cant properly wash anything that requires hot water. Washer cycle is only 24 minutes on the larger washer and costs $5.00. Had to run it twice to properly rinse the soap out of my laundry. Dryers are large but they barely heat up even on the high temp setting. Costs $2.50 for a 60 minute dry which still left my clothes damp. Not sure if this is typical since it has been years since I had to use a laundrymat. I would hope there ate better laundromats out there. I will say the attendant was very nice and the place was clean.

Excellent customer service! I came in with wet clothes in basket. Made a mess on floor and they cleaned/dried immediately and did not yell at me. Nice machines. Good prices. Great place. Thank you.

First time here, only used the dryers. Worked great with no issues in temperature or collecting change. Helpful person behind the desk. Know that their policy still highly recommends masks for the fully vaccinated.

My husband and I have come here for sometime. We love it. Our complex washer and dryers are always filthy. The owner is very nice. Joel is great. He makes sure the place is clean.

This laundromat has been around for ages. The people are always friendly. Its bigger than some other places Ive been to, so it doesnt feel cramped or crowded too often.

I really like that this place is kept clean, the washers seem to be clean inside as well. My laundry doesn’t come out smelling like mold like it has at other locations. .. I don’t like that they charge 50 cents per load in order to use hit water. Only because hot water doesn’t come out at all! Perhaps they need a bigger water heater.

Good location with decent amount of parking spots. Not crowed and almost all machines work. The only drawback is that does not accept credit card.

This is the only place we will do our laundry at. The prices are a little high but most laundromats are pricey anyway. The staff has all been really nice and theres always plenty of room and lots of machines to use. The biggest thing for us is cleanliness. They keep it pretty clean here and we can really appreciate that! Except for the bathroom. The last couple times we went to do laundry, the bathroom was nastyyyyy. We always go during the evening. So whoever works the night shift needs to clean the bathrooms. Thats why Im not giving 5 stars. We will still come here though. Just please clean the bathroom!

Only place I go to do my laundry for the last 5 yrs,and the guys working there are helpful knowledgeable and kind and are always sweeping and wipeing down the machines.i will rate it a 5 out of 5, keep up the good work fellas.

I went today for my first time and the reason I gave it a one star and I won’t be back is because the Machines are not spinning well the clothes stays too damp when you wash .. people after you take it out your clothes from the washer machine it supposed to feel almost dry that my dear is a well spinning Machinebut is not you have to spend more quarters to dry I been to others laundry mat and I think I’m going back I didn’t have this problem but since I wanted to try this place forget it with all the quarters I put in it the clothes should of been dry it wasn’t to all the drying machines I used the rolls of quarters you get I feel they short change you if you continue to go there use the change Machine

Joel is super friendly.He helped me, with his suggestions, eliminate a musty smell that was haunting my clothes. Noticeably cleaner clothes too,stains gone. Other places could not get it right consistently.I think Joels help made a difference and the wash was done great, cleanand fast. He cares!

This isnt like any coin laundry I ever went to. This place is large, bright, clean and full of amenities. If you have small kids, theres room for them to play while you do laundry. Its well kept and the prices seem decent. So much better than the places where you have to bring something to read and hope no one tosses out your laundry load because you were a few seconds late and they *have to* use that particular machine. Plenty of machines here.

While I liked how there are many washers to choose from with great price points, the dryers leave a lot to be desired. You have to use many dryers with very little clothes and $1.50 just to dry. Overall clean and plenty to do for kids with convenient stores nearby.

All the staff are nice and the machines are well kept.

I always wash here because they have a designated area for the kids to play which is a plus! Washer and dryers are in good condition and wash the clothes very good compared to other laundromats. The guy thats there overseeing the laundromat is very helpful and polite. Highly recommended

This place is great! The attendant is super helpful, they provide laundry soap (at a small cost) if you forgot yours and they have a ton of machines. There is also plenty of seating, sofas and tables, for you to wait in. And, they have tables for you to fold your laundry. Very clean facility and the machines have plenty of options for all your needs. Will definitely be back.

Always clean, the attendants are really helpful, there are TONS of washers and dryers. Ive never had a problem doing all of my laundry at once which is great because it gets done a lot quicker. There are lots of places to fold your laundry as well which is convenient. Free wifi, kids playing area, big screen, vending machines, lots of seating. Best laundromat I have ever been to, hands down.

The laundromat itself is decent, however it needs a serious deep cleaning . I like that has a play area for the children, however the carpet is very dirty and smells bad. Furthermore the vending machines are covered with dust . I let my children play the pinball machine it did not work when we put in our money. When I asked the lady at the desk how to make the machine work she was very bitchie and told me she had to turn on the machines with a key. In addition my two-year-old simply touched the washing machines as we walked by it and she took it upon herself to rather rudely tell my child to stop touching the machine! The machines themselves are okay. Its just that the attendant on duty today had a terrible attitude.

I love this place. Been coming here for years for a reason. Actually, a number of reasons. Great customer service, very clean, terrific pricing, booths, tv, wifi, kids play area. How much better can it get? Not to mention its located next to a Taco Bell, Jo-Ann store, CVS, Dennys, and a multitude of little shops. Plenty of machines and ample parking are the cherries on top.

Last wash call is 8:30pm, pay zero attention to the close time.Seeing as San Diego is supposedly some “transplant” city we’ve all heard of certain schools or cities have their “bars”. Usually owned by a transplant who decorates it with memorabilia, but have you ever heard of a “Packers” Laundry?The entire area behind the counter is strewn with Packers fan gear, Cheesehead this and cheesehead that, the staff is always decked out in green packers wear. We get it, your from Wisconsin and are a Green Bay Packers fan, we also get you travel well, but sometimes people decorate in sports décor because they have no style. Sorry back to the task at hand.Wash, rinse, dry, repeat. Their fluff and fold service is just the employees working to do your laundry, they commandeer specific machines to do so, which usually isn’t bad, as even when it’s busy it’s really not that busy. I just don’t see the value in the service. That 1 sock will always get lost people.The prices are competitive, but they charge extra for warm and hot water washes, at significant increases versus extra energy used to actually heat it. Dryers are pretty good, never really too hot to shrink and have super industrial lint traps which can do many loads between changes, but staff never clean them. The dryers are a plenty, but need watching as they do not lock like the washers. Most of the customers here are on the rude side too hogging machines, taking up way too much space and with parts of the store commandeered by the “fluff and fold” service it’s not as big as you might think.The place is not dirty, but it’s not clean, it’s pretty convenient, but with almost “across the board” customer service issues I had to deduct. The 8:30 final wash policy is really something I find hard to edit the times. The machines themselves work well, but I’ve had white undershirts stained. The only things it really has going for it are that it’s never really packed, the industrial dryers are cool and they have a TV/waiting area. Other than that I’d stay away.

THIS IS THE WORST LAUNDRY MAT IN SAN DIEGO *DO NOT GO THERE* Long but definitely worth the read! washers suck they stink and do not wash your clothes at all! The employees are horrible especially the idiotic a hole that looks like a skater or something.i had to search the washers to find one that does not smell like something died in it,we put 5 1/2 caps of tide soap and 5 caps of Downy softener right after we put the soap in we see the washer sucking all the suds out so the clothes basically just rolled around in water.That was in the 5 load washer with most of our colored clothes. i put the rest of our colored clothes in a three load washer. This time i waited to put the soap in until it finished the pre wash or whatever happened to the big load so that it could roll around with some suds in it we put 3 1/2 caps in which was more than enough to sufficiently wash the clothes as was the afore mentioned load. There was only room enough to put cap off softenerThen i do my whites in the smallest 2 load washer on the planer We do this load like the previous one and i go check on the other loads. Neither one of the loads had suds and extremely little water, they were only filled 3/4 of the way with clothes so they were not over filled. my son and i go searching for an employee to tell them what is happening. this is my first time here so i didnt know who to look for,usually at laundry mats is a little lady be it Asian, Mexican, black, white, whatever, but its usually a little woman am i right? I go around looking for someone who looks like they work there i go down every row my son looks out the back and the front doors i knock on the employees only door and I go stand at the desk, no one shows Im even saying pretty loudly is there an employee here asking patrons if they have seen a worker and nope again. So i go back to the 5 load and Im starting to get pretty upset now because its still doing the same i look up and i see someone at the desk finally. I bring him to the 5load and tell him what i told you. By that time it was already beginning the rinse cycle he said it didnt have suds or water because it was rinsing i explained to him its been like that since the beginning and he said that he never had problems with the big washers and they were supposed to wash like that in so many words and he goes back to the desk. That load finishes and it has absolutely no smell of tide or Downy i can normally smell it as soon as i open the door all the other times Ive washed clothes and i wash them exactly the same. They just smelt like dirty wet clothes so i think OK let me see if the 3 load washer smells like its supposed to then i will take a sample of the two so he can compare. the 3 loader was the same there was no smell of cleanliness in those clothes either. My whites finish so i check them to see if they are the same and once again no smell of soap but an overwhelming smell of bleach and they are definitely NOT clean. i take some socks from the whites to show him they are not clean and do not smell like soap and he said that he cant do anything about it and maybe if it was only 1 washer he could help.i ask him if theres a manager that i can speak to and he says he will call her but shes gonna say the same which she did. He gives me major attitude and says why didnt i get him sooner if something was wrong i said i was looking for someone the whole time but i was expecting a little Asian lady or something and he says oh so i cant work here because Im white and a bunch of other crap i tell him i couldnt care less about his nationality and thats not what i was saying i wasnt being rude or mean or anything then he says to take my clothes and my stereotypes and leave! I wasnt going to lug around wet clothes so i just gave up and put them in the dryer so i could get out of there. I have a caregiving and housekeeping business for a living for over 14 years and Im very good at it believe me i know how to wash clothes i can tell when they are washed properly and when they are not.

Cant beat free Wi-Fi, and kids area. To top it off they always play the latest game on there flat screen tv. Staff members are always pleasant and keep the place presentable.
