Free dryers. How this doesnt win hands down is beyond me. Aside from that their washing machines offer pay by card, so no need for a billion quarters.Additionally the even give away a free wash every 9 washes paid by car.Staff are always amazing, but the place does have a lot of homeless.

Normally my go to place to wash and free dry is really nice however tonight I called at 8:22pm and there was no answer and the phone went to voicemail- I listened to the mailbox and it said last wash is 9 pm. Okay cool and I come in at 8:56pm to start loading the washer. One minute before 9 the lady working sent the security guard up to me telling me I can’t wash (items we’re already loaded and I was paying with my card). Security starts arguing with me it’s almost 9 and the lady working said I can’t wash and I told him “ last wash is 9” and swiped my card. Employee didn’t approach me or anything so I said I’ll go ahead and ring management in the morning. I’ve never had a problem washing here and pretty much keep to myself but I’m thinking this is the last time I come here.

I’ve been a regular at this laundromat for years, still solid. Ray is the best attendant they’ve had. She is there to help out by answering any questions or providing assistance. She is a true asset to the business. Like the price of everything else, washing here has gone up a bit but the free drying is a no brainer to make sure I come back. 👍

Staff is always helpful. The washers wash great. The drying is complementary with washing. The cost is extremely affordable.

This laundromat has been reviewed many times because is a good place to wash your clothes, fair prices for laundry and the dryers are free and very efficient, it dries clothes very fast.The whole place is clean and organize and there is an attendant on site.The bathrooms isn’t open to the public, you need to get a token from the attendant, that’s a good measure to keep the homeless away, there is many in the area.Definitely a good business in the area.

I pass multiple laundromats on my way to this one cuz I like it better than the others Ive been to. Free dryers after you wash & the machines work good & are priced good. Ive met about 5 different employees over time & all have been helpful & friendly. I gave 4 not 5 stairs only cuz it can be sooo crowded here. Often.

These is the second time coming here and there been people that don’t wear mask and the attented of the place told my husband to put his mask up ( he was eating some candy ) and she don’t say anything to the other people, um not cool ! I think these is going to be my last time coming here 😔Add to my remark the lady did see the person cause he pass right by him and she didn’t do nothing or say anything to him……… they should be enforced not single out people that ((( were eat)))) like I say these is not the first time people been there without a mask !

Free dry when you wash here thats great. A 7.5 load washer with extra soil and extra rinse was 9.75. . Very reasonable. 35 mins and it is clean totally worth it.

I love it. The only thing you pay is for washing, the drying is free. Theres also arcade for kidz. Theres a food store and a big lots on the same lot. Awesome. I love it.

Not bad for a public laundry mat.Some machines were out of order. I didnt have a hard time finding a washer and dryer. The attendant was cleaning while I was there. But she definitely had her work cut out for her. The fans were nice as there wasnt a/c. I was sweating just sitting near the front. A couple fans up front would have solved that issue. If a place is uncomfortable why would people want to do there laundry here??? I mean if sweating while you wait for laundry is your thing this is the place.I gave three starts just based off general cleanliness, lack of ventilation, the amount of broken machines and change equipment. Overall the facility could draw more attention if owner cared for it more. In the end I got what I came for clean laundry.

Great place to wash..various washing machine sizes. Free dryer yall...had to down grade. My past post....well Frequent weekly customer with a family of 6. In which brings me there often.. but like always me and my wife get asked by the same working employee..excuse me excuse me are you washing here..In which we are ...well because change machines are for customers. How many times must she ask us...And no its not Gina...she makes us feel comfortable in a business setting.. Well, we will see from here..How it goes this Saturday..

Had a great experience today. The employee (Rey) was very helpful when I didn’t know how to work the machine. The facility is very clean and well run. I stood around waiting while the laundry was washing and saw Rey clean the parking lot, bringing out tables, wiping them down, and etc., definitely a very hard working employee. Surprisingly, the dryers are all free of charge after a paid wash, which is nice, too. All in all, a nice laundromat.

In spite of the mask mandate being lifted, Eco Laundry is still requiring you wear a mask. One customer almost went beserk!

Always go here if I can its always clean and the prices are really good and to dry is FREE. So yea makes doing laundry a little more affordable for sure. The only thing was today well there quite a few machines were down and not working which kinda sucked.

ALWAYS extremely dirty, with dryer sheets, lint, and other debris on the floor. Free dryers, but washers are expensive to cover the difference so youre really not saving anything.

I love that i can be in and out with 6-7 loads within an hour, also the drying and every 10th wash when paying with debit (not sure about quarters) is free.

The best deal in town. Pay to wash and the drying is free! Staff keeps the place cleaner or as clean as any other facility in town. Great wifi connection, also free. Machines of varying capacities thst suit any normal need you may have. The only place I wash my clothes!!!

Big machines, good prices, drying is free but is always crowded and half of the machines are broken all the time, because the people that use them are not respectful.

I just went here for the first time yesterday and I was so impressed. The washers are clean and in great condition and they have BIG washers and dryers! I think the biggest washer was for 7.5 loads - perfect for thick winter blankets! Dryers are free, which is great! There was an attendant there cleaning the whole time. They have multiple vending machines and game machines and I noticed there is also a security camera. Great place!

Always a Clean laundromat and the staff always helpful, not necessarily the best neighborhood the laundromat is in but the lady there I wish I knew her name she is such a sweetheart and she keeps it so clean, my experience doing my laundry there its always good just wish they had some seats to sit down in as you wait for your clothes

Very clean. Staff was on site and im sure would have been helpful if i needed it. Plenty of washers and dryers open to use. Not many if any broken or unusable washers or dryers. My only complaint is that they should have a bill spilting machine so you dont have to put a 20 in to get 20 in quarters. Free dryers and a 4.5 load washer was 5.25. So thats all it cost me to wash and dry my big bag of clothes and a pillow

This was my first time using Eco Laundry to wash my clothes and I have to say it was a good experience. I have used laundry mats before, but this on offering free dryer services and Wifi if you wash your clothes here is amazing since I could do work while washing my clothes.Ray has been a great help here with answering my questions on how to start the driers, how much they cost ( free ) and also getting the wifi connected. She is very sweet, and is caring, kind of like a mother which is really cute. I will continue to come here just because of her.My only recommendation is maybe get some cheap seats around the folding tables so more people can sit down. However, this might be by design so people dont crowd the folding tables.

Place is always poppin and busy. But Ive never had trouble with finding a washer/dryer. Free dry with wash is dope. A dollar dry cycle w/o wash is fair and has helped me in the past when our newish dryer kicked the bucket.

I love this laundromat because its very clean and they have a big washer that you can wash 7 and 1/2 loads at once and then you put it into the industrial dryer for free and it dries in 15 minutes 7 loads it takes less than an hour to do seven loads of laundry

Good prices for doing your laundry. They keep it clean, clean the machines, fix broken ones fast. They offer multiple sizes of washer capacity, place to sit, counters to fold your clothes, TVs, fans to keep it cooler, arcade games, vending machines for laundry products, change machine, located in an easy access area and next to Big Lots of you need to pick up anything for your home etc.

This laundry has been in the same location for many yrs. The service and cleanliness have improved since the new owners took over. The price for washing is reasonable and the drying is free! (I mostly go here to wash my large comforters and blankets )Everything is kept in really good working order. There is an attendant on duty all the time.

This place is amazing. Staff are great people and they have free dryers every day! With updated machines and a very clean inside. You cant beat the price. We have a place to do laundry in our complex but its cheaper to come down the street!

With huge washing machines, free dryers when you use washers, free wifi and a small variety of arcade games and vending machines you wont want to go anywhere else to do your laundry. I went in with about 25 loads of laundry and thanks to the 7+load size washers I was there for just over 3 hours (it would have been less if Id come prepared with soap/etc but Big Lots is conveniently located in the same parking lot and had everything I needed). Also because I went during Happy Hour it was 25%off washes in the large machines (Tuesday-Thursday 10am-2pm I believe).

I always do my laundry at this place. The manager Gage is such a cool and always wanting to help out with whatever is needed. The other staff are also friendly. Never had a bad experience here. It is one of cleanest and nicest place owned by Americans in El Cajon. I recommend it to anyone especially when the machines are 25% off, Tues, Wed, and Thrus mornings from 10- 2 and always a free dry. Thanks guys good job.

Love doing my laundry here, super friendly staff and quality machines. Theres a couple claw machines & other games for kids and vending machine for the laundry stuff you may have forgotten. Its also the only laundromat I know that has FREE dryers! Unfortunately, if you dont get here early, its likely youll end up doing your laundry all over the place because its hard to find 3 empty washers next to each other. It gets busy pretty quickly but definitely my fave laundromat.

Friendly, helpful staff. Multiple vending machines with laundry supplies and soda cans. Claw machines & games for kids. Various size washers. Free dryers! Only downside is it gets crowded fairly quickly but Im sure its because its the best laundromat around.

This place is awesome. Nice and clean. I have always loved coming here but....today was the icing on their cake of awesomeness. I had one of my boys with me yesterday washing a ton of clothes(family of 6). Im also pregnant. With how hot it was in EC I was sweating getting dizzy the works. Finished up & get home only to realize in my dizzy haze I left every article of grey clothing my family owns n a big washer. I called this morning and was told yes they had them and I could come get them. First star. I worked an early morning 8 hour shift and was beat but when to get our clothes. Figuring I would have to wash n dry them, I was tired and feeling ill and just wanted a nap though. Gina and them had all ready taken care of me. She had already dried the clothes and they had put them in bags. I got them from her and I wanted to cry when I felt they were dried and smelled wonderful(not like day old wet clothes). Thank you so much Gina. You are awesome sauce.

Vacationing from Pittsburgh,Pa stopped in to do a load of laundry. It is in a convenient location, super clean, new model machines, and any supplies you made need available to purchase. Staff was exceptionally nice. Made a undesirable task much more bearable.

This place is great. Very clean, excellent attendants on site, a happy hour 25% discount Tue -Thu10-2pm on extra large washers. Plus free dry everyday all day. Last wash at 9 pm open til 10. Many washers and two size driers. You get a raffle ticket every time you wash for $30 gift card to Walmart. Whats not to like? Find a good time when not too busy and youre all set! My new favorite place.

I use this laundry every week and i like coming here because 90% of the time is clean and the prices are good. Now my issue has always been the laundry carts are always sitting around with empty baskets or customers are holding them and almost every time you ask some one to let you borrow one to take your clothes to the dryer they say they are using them to hold their empty basket or bag.Please have your employee let customers know that the carts arent there to be held for 1hr by them

Place is awful ! Their quarter machine ate my $20 bill and they accused me of lying and said that there was nothing they could do today because a manager would have to review the video camera. I had to demand that they review it that day and after some hassle they finally did, it took over an hour and I finally had to convince the manager to at least start my machines while I waited, she was still hesitant and I finally told her that I would give get my drivers license while she reviewed the tape, that I wasnt going anywhere with my clothes in the wash. She finally did it and didnt even finish reviewing the video until my items were almost finished drying. She says she had to give me store credit. At this point, with the way the treated me, the time that they wasted, and the hassle they put me through they should have found a way to reimburse me. I explained that I dont live in El Cajon but they dont care. They closed on Easter! I understand that its a holiday but a laundromat on a Sunday. Ugh, so I come back this Sunday, load my stuff and they say that they dont have enough money to start the washing machine. The money that they owe me in the first place. They claim its my fault for what time I came. No, its their fault. She kept blaming it on me and I had to stand my ground and demand that something be done. I have never been treated so horribly. Ive now been here for 30 minutes still waiting for my stuff to be washed. Dont come here, and definitely dont use their quarter machines.

I go here every Sunday and the reason I do is because the dryers not only are free but I know when I use them my clothes will actually be dry. I dont have to guess which one will be hot. The washers may be a little more in cost but when you have to keep adding money to the dryer its actually more cost effective here. Also the attendant Rau who works there every Sunday is as pleasant and helpful as can be. I left some clothes there last week and she knew it belonged to me and she had put them in a bag to give it to me yesterday. That is the kind of customer service I dont see anywhere anymore. I hope the owners appreciate that and appreciate her. I always see her working hard non stop and always with a pleasant demeanor. I would say shes a keeper for sure. I dont see anyone who works as hard and non stop and does it with a smile like Ray does. To the owners of eco laundry please treat her well. It wouldnt be the same experience without her good customer service . I know its what keeps me going there. The only negative is I dont understand why it cost more for cold water. Shouldnt it be more to use hot water? It doesnt seem to make sense. That is why only 4 stars.

I travel about 15 minutes to get here. Im always trying to decide when the best time is to go. When there is hardly anyone there (i assume most ppl want this) everything is good and right in my soul when i come here to do my washing. Cons would prob be the parking:how far away i have to park sometimes (but hey its a plaza) :and how skinny the parking spaces are when Im trying to get my baskets out of my car... But thats all minor cons. I make a way!

This is the best laundrymat in East county. Gina is my favorite, shes super patient, helpful, and kind. I try to make sure to come whenever she is working. Aside from her, and the rest of the great staff, the place offers free drying, 7.5 load machines (for bedding and big stuff, or like me a months worth of laundry), and a discount when you get there between 10-2 Tuesdays- Thursdays. Theres also Foodland (a Mexican grocery store), and Big Lots, right in the same shopping center, in case you wanted to multi task while you waited for your laundry.

The blonde older lady who works there needs an attitude adjustment. Not very nice at all to anyone. She followed me around I was just checking out the prices if it wasnt so hot I would have want somewhere else dont know what her problem was. Maybe she needed another cigerette. Never been followed around in a laundry mat before, weird!! But the machines are nice and drying is free. Just needs a new face with a smile we pay her wage after all should be happy to see customers come in not make them feel uncomfortable.

I always have a great experience when I go there. One of the employees there is exceptional and I think he needs recognition for him above and beyond efforts. His name is Gage and he is alway respectful, always polite,always smiling even when its loud and hot he never loses his cool. So thank you Gage for being you .

I was barely in the door (just as everyone else) when I was followed to the coin mechanic! Questioning if I was washing here, I said yes; that’s why I am here. Weirdo! You guys don’t have AC, you think I’m hanging out here? She told me she need to see my laundry first, I told her I’m bring it im just waiting for a cart to load my clothes, that wasn’t acceptable for her! She followed me to the door to make sure! Mean while there are at least 15 broken mechanics.

Do not even come here, I thought everything was tranquil and good sat here the whole time didnt leave but that didnt stop people from stealing my laundry. When I told the laundry people they did absolutely nothing and said that the owner wouldnt even talk to me and said the security cameras wont be looked at. Keep your money where you can trust people which is not here.

Place is pretty clean, the washers on the more expensive side in my opinion but its to offset the free drying. Has soap vending machine and food/drink as well. Near some stores and restaurant if you want a snack while you wait. Also has WiFi and some tables for sitting and reading. Only problem with some of my visits is that a fair amount of time multiple of the same type of washer is out of order leaving there to be a shortage or the more expensive $6 washers only, and for someone whom needs to keep certain loads separate doesnt work out too well for me.

This laundromat could have more attention about their not working machines. There is about 5 small front liad machines that di not work, and the attendant told me that they are probably not going to be fixed today. It is 11.30am... so I guess they do not have any maintenance staff on call to work on the machines that are not working or that they di not care. Disappointing. The laundry is ckean, at least, and dryers are free, for that I give the 2 stars, but taking care of your business working properly should be a priority.

They dont have change for bills. Some of us dont want to get $20 worth of quarters, and unfortunately thats all I can get out of an ATM outside of business hours. It seems peculiar that out of all the cash that circulates through the change machines... they have no bills to exchange

Very nice employees there specially the guy Gage. Place is so clean and smells good. Lot of machines there. Plus drying is free. They have free Wi-Fi as well. Its really amazing business. They do have as well another location in Chula Vista.
