Today I was greeted with kindness, and even though it was 530pm they accepted me as a walk in. Nail Tech -Vi was super professional also she was very kind and personable. She showed me a variety of pictures of various nail art she had done and was able to recreate beautiful art on my nails. This was such a Great experience I will definitely be back🔥

Part 1: I decided to treat my sister and I for a girls days. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to come to this place. I have been here two other times and had great service, so I didnt mind driving far to come back here again. My sister and I were getting a few things done. I was getting eyelash extensions, mani and pedi. My sister only wanted mani and pedi. I called and made an appointment that morning, and originally we were going to come at 2:30, but after I told her the services I wanted done, she said that we would need to come in at 4:30p due to a party being booked at that time. I happily agreed to come in at 4:30p since I had other errands to run. My sister and I were excited to be pampered. However, as you see with my one star review; this will be my last time going here ever again.When we walked in for our appointment at 4:25p, and there was a party still there. When we entered, we were not greated at all, so we just sat down to waited our turn. When I saw someone at the cash register, I went to give my name so that they could check us in. She nodded and I went to sit back down. We waited 20 more minutes for the party to finish up. When it was finally our turn, we got sat down for our pedis and my sister complained that the water was too hot. My sisters nail lady came back and adjusted the water and I thought everything was good. I waited 15 mins for someone to assist me. When she finally came by, I was expecting to get the full amenities that I was used to getting for the $30 package. However, not even halfway through, one of her regulars came in with a broken nail and my nail tech left me to go assist her. I felt that was rude from my nail ladies part to leave without finishing me first. My nail lady should have finished me first then assisted her regular since I had an appointment. However, I didnt say anything and just enjoyed relaxing in the chair. She didnt return for 30 mins and my sister was about done with her pedi. When she did, she skipped over the removing calluses, providing scrub on my feet and didnt put any lotion on my feet. She left again to go do who knows what and I had to put my own lotion on my feet due to me becoming ashy. When she finally returned again, she started painting my nails, she did an okay job on that.

Save your $. I got acrylic nails with dip yesterday (8/10) and not even 24 hours later two of them broke off. The first one popped off by me picking up a BLANKET. I’m upset! Paying $50 for a basic short set with one color is ridiculous too especially for them to not be sanitizing and using new nail tools with every customer.

Booked a last minute appointment and they got me in and out with another set of beautiful nails definitely worth your money!! Vivian Mimi and Lin are phenomenal great customer service and product!

I wanted something very simple for my wedding nails. The workers were so helpful and friendly and made me feel special for my wedding day. They gave me suggestions and I was able to show them pictures of what I wanted. They were so willing to accommodate. Definitely one of the better nail salons Ive been to!

So I went here for a blue solar set because of the location and good ratings on google. When I first got there the lady next to the register asked what I was wanting to get done. I told her a light blue solar set. The lady pulls out a pink solar powder and starts to do my nails. As I am telling her that is not what I am asking for, stated again what I wanted...she continues and tried to tell me why her putting pink solar and a gel polish over would be better. I stated again what I wanted. Again tried to explain why it’s best her way. I then asked if I wanted to have ombré nails when I come to get a fill how would she do that with gel? She said oh you can’t you have to get a new set because the color has to be in the powder. I said yeah that’s why I asked for blue solar. I had to tell her 4 times! Y’all she did three nails before she stopped. Went and grabbed a random blue powder and started doing my nails. Didn’t even ask if that was the color I wanted. I was completely surprised at her poor service. I even look like I needed a fill after I left. I came back the next day and asked if she can fill my nails because I look like I need a fill she said have a seat. I told her I don’t have time I just wanted to show you, your work so you know I’m telling the truth. I can come next Tuesday. She said that was fine. Next Tuesday came, I couldn’t make it. Tuesday night one of my nails broke and Thursday I had time to run there on my lunch. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! I am in shock never have I had poor customer service at a nail salon like this.

Always greeted with a smile, these girls give great customer service. Mimi has been my girl for the last 6 years and not sure I could ever replace her...and she never works Sunday’s or Monday’s... so don’t ask! Just saying. Debbie is awesome as well and my hubby loves her! They are in the know with the new treatments, and fun nail products! My nails NEVER lift. Never to thick. Always shiny. Always even. Always what I asked for. We never have trouble communicating what I’m looking for. I’m pretty high maintenance.

100/10 Youre not just paying for the nails youre paying for the customer service I am so Im so happy I came in with busted nails and I walked out with and I walked out with some beautiful ones vivian was amazing and so sweet definitely check this place out

If I could rate it 0 stars I would I went in Referred by friend to Mimi. He was super rude to begin with acting as if I was inconveniencing her just by being there. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and asked her numerous times to be sure that she could do it she assured me that she could They looked like a 5 year old colored on my nails actually much worse if I could show a picture I absolutely would!!! NEVER Again!!!! SHE IS TRASH!

Wouldn’t listen to me when I said what I wanted. Forced me into getting gel even after I said I just want acrylics. I was charged $70 for a set that was uneven and not what I asked for. My mom had this issue last time we went but I thought maybe it was just the tech working. I’m so annoyed and disappointed. My nails are uneven and embarrassing.

Debbie is the best!!! I love getting my French manicure from her as she does better than others I have tried at other places.

At my first appointment, she suggested we do something different than what I originally wanted because it would damage my nails. Her judgement was spot on and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Super knowledgeable employees. Gave opinions when appropriate. I have smaller nail beds & she gave me advice on acrylic lengths that would work best. She was efficient in speed but didnt work so fast that I felt she just wanted to push me out to get the next person in. She paid attention to detail & did a great job free handing my flower design. I have been going to this salon for about three years, and I love it. It is clean, everyone is friendly, and my nails always look great. I recommend all of the nail techs, but especially Debbie! She is genuine and caring, and always willing to work with my crazy schedule. She does my daughter’s nails, too. We love her, and all the ladies there!

I went in and got a full acrylic set, was charged 45 even though it said 30 on the pamphlet. I was asked what color I wanted, she got me the color and grabbed a gel (which is an extra 10 dollars) and the shape I got was almond, which is an extra 5 dollars but I was never told this. The nails are lovely but they dont have their prices straightened out.

I wish I had found this nail salon sooner! I love coming here! They are incredibly sweet and do such a good job every time. I feel so relaxed when I come here. Highly recommend 🙌🏼

I really liked the job they did on my toe nails. My needs were to supper clean the cuticle area and I wanted the galaxy gel. Im very specific and not into the whole massage luxury thing. My time is valuable and they did it in a timely manner and even squeezed in the calf massage without wasting time. I also like the atmosphere, clean, simple and relaxing. It is a good fit for me. I may go for a more relaxing experience on a Friday after work, because I saw some wine in the mini fridge next to me. That I will try next time. Girls night at the Nail Envy!

I always get my nails done with the “dip” and I just moved back in the area and didn’t know where to go. I walked in here and was helped immediately and was in and out so fast! 3 weeks going strong and no popping off or peeling up or anything. Great quality and I’ll be returning!I returned today and Anna was amazing!! So sweet and she did an amazing job!! I would give 10 stars if it let me!!!

Everyone here was very nice! The service was wonderful. The lady who took care of me was very careful when painting my toes—Ive been to plenty of places where they just throw on the paint and get you out the door but not here! She noticed an imperfection in the pain after applying the top coat and allowing for a dry, but she went back and fixed it without my even asking.

I’ve tried 20 places or so since moving back here a little over a year ago. I told Mimi my situation and the last 3 times she’s done my nails, they lasted and looked good. She is a real pro.

Nail color looks like my granddaughter painted them. Very unprofessional looking. People were nice.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had. I had 3 different nail techs and in the end, I didn’t get what I had asked for. I didn’t even get to choose my own colors. I told them what I wanted and they took the color bar away and grabbed random colors. Will not be going back.

I have been coming to this salon for several years now, and I love it! Mimi Tran has always been my nail artist and I’m excited that she is now also the business owner. Everyone in the salon is very personable and professional. I’m forever having to share the address with people I run into...they always love my nails!

When we walked in, I said our appointment was for 2:30, but could you see us earlier and the owner Mimi said, yes, right this way and I asked if we could use the restroom first and she said sure. Then I came back and was told me Id have to wait. Its bad business practice. Mimi could have initially said No, Im sorry we are busy today- youll have to keep your appointment time and that would have been fine. We wouldnt have minded waiting. But to provide less than mediocre service the first time we came, then to handle us as you did today- you stink. You dont treat customers like that. Once, sure. We all have bad days, but twice? No thank you. Im guessing you have plenty of regular, established customers that come in and thats why youre still in business. New customers have JUST as much value as established customers. That being said- anyone know of a GOOD nail salon in Edmond as Im new to the area?

I have never been so satisfied with my nails. The girls here are absolutely amazing for pedicures! But I must say, for a full set book your appointment with Mimi Tran! Her work is to die for! And she always knows exactly what I want! She is so quick, gets me in and out in a flash every time! I couldn’t be happier with my nails, and my experience with Nail Envy Salon & Spa and I won’t go to anyone else for my nails, ever again!! Five stars!

Very deceptive in pricing. I picked out a regular OPI color for both nails and pedicure and was charged $40 for a full set of nails because they used a gel color on my hands and the regular polish on my toes.I never requested gel nails. I cant help but think you know what youre doing when you dont ask and assume the higher priced service. Bad idea and bad business.The nail tech was rude and treated my nails (and hand) like they werent attached to a person that could feel. It was an overall cold experience.Heres a tip since I didnt leave one of monetary value, dont screw over the people that give you business. Also, heads up, there are apps that can translate what youre saying.Youre welcome!Will not do business there again.

Went in for a dip manicure. They were able to take me in right away, so that was nice. Unfortunately I left unhappy. My nails were uneven and different shapes. There was also bubbles in my nails afterwards and my nails were bumpy because they were not filed down properly. Even the nail tech at another nail salon that I went to took notice of how poorly my nails were done. Definitely not worth $40. I could’ve done that myself at home.

Great experience getting deluxe pedicure; very friendly staff & clean environment. Loved the extra time taken, especially for the massage. This will be by go-to salon after several disappointing experiences at other local places.

Dont go there if you want a relaxing pedicure and manicure. Started by jabbing the instrument in my toenail. The water was cold. Massage was nonexistent even though I paid for the deluxe. No topcoat on toenails, fingernails are jagged and she does not know how to clip and file. Used the wrong instrument thus the jagged nails. Could not get my credit card amount right. Finally, I just left without finishing my manicure. Unbelievable!!!!This place used to be better but new management has a long way to go. If you don’t see any customers and the phone is not ringing—think about it!!! My bad.

Been going there for about 10 years, I always am pleased with results, very reasonable prices great color selection, never had a nail fungus. They treat me like family. Anna is my usual person but familiar with Mimi and Debbie also and no complaints

This place was a joke. We had scheduled appointments in advance and still had to wait. We werent impatient or frustrated by the need to wait, but the water for the pedicures was ice cold. The Deluxe Pedicure was more like a brief rub down, not work $35. The ladies werent friendly, and Im surprised theyve as many good reviews as they do. It was our first and last time going here.

I was a regular customer but no more! This is what I experienced, you best believe.Check out those who give good reviews and see what age/ race they are. There is service discrimination, its real, and in this times its a pity.1. If youre a college student just trying to get some nice trendy nails, sorry. Theyll treat elder richer women better, youll get ugly nails or not so trendy nails and if you get basic good nails you must have paid $45 upward. In fact, its for rich people only and the energy is negative. Theyll gossip about you in your face especially if youre young, and theyll treat you like nothing. Im a young black college student and I hated my experience.2. They treat you according to how much service youre getting = money youre paying.3. Regular polish is an option but if you choose regular, youll get an annoyed nail dresser repeating over and over how you should choose the gel polish instead. Gel is more expensive and good but thats not the point, give the customers a choice!4. They have no detailed nail prices or service prices, so when you come in, if youre given a price at the counter, that price can increase as youre doing your nails.I wish they had a paper that said:Long nails: + $10Coffin shape: + $5Gel polish : + $10 to fixed cost ($25)5. If you get the short hair nail dresser that cannot speak English very well, shes the rudest and wont do your nails well.6. I got my nails messed up because I wanted the regular shape, and I was filling my nails. They were trying so hard not to give me the coffin shape ( I didnt want want to pay more money for the shape). The regular shape that I wanted was made ugly ( maybe out of spite). They looked very ugly when I left.Overall, Ill say 0 stars. And what goes around surely comes around.

Went to get the deluxe manicure! i sat for over 20 minutes with my fingers in cold water & then she went to trim my nails, didn’t ask what shape & cut them looking kinda jagged and they are all different shapes. she then painted my nails, most of them aren’t even completely covered in polish & it is really uneven. looks worse than i probably could’ve done at home. the top coat was done in one swipe so you can tell where it isn’t covering the nail. will never go back again. if i could figure out how to post pictures i would.
