I had to stop and talk about Tequila and her greatness. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure and I loved it. She took her time and she was so sweet and it was the best pedicure Ive had thus far. I would recommend her anyday.

Awful experience here... I made an appointment and upon arrival they said they wouldnt have time to do both services that I made an appointment for, and that I had to pick which service I wanted more. Two hours later I got a pedicure where the gel polish wasnt working (clumping up), so I left with three toes of polish on. They only took $10 off my balance. To top it off they had no regard to the time they were taking and kept accepting walk in clients. Never again...

I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in quickly. I just needed a quick regular manicure. The manicure took a very long time but that is really not my complaint. Everything was going well until I asked for a fourth coat of polish. As soon as I asked for a fourth coat, an employee right next to the lady who was doing my nails, looked at me and said that that color is just like that. I told her that I get this color often and it is do-able, all I need is a fourth coat. Then, here comes the issue I had through this whole ordeal. Another employee, a couple seats down came over and was very snippy and angry toward me. She was pushing and pulling my fingers forcefully as she was obviously irritated that I asked for a fourth coat. Once she was finished putting the fourth coat on.....which I am not sure why she did it in the first place instead of letting the lady who was already doing my nails do that. Anyway she went back to her seat and the original lady finished my manicure. The manicure turned out well in the end but I will not return to Tip Top as I received rude customer service from that particular employee for no valid reason.

3 hours later and still at the salon... I needed to get a manicure and wanted to treat my 12 year old niece. We showed up and they were busy. No problem. I told them we could return later. I was told 30 mins. Ran some errands and came back within that time frame. My niece showed the design she wanted and Jenny who said it could be done, but would be extra due to design (ombré) and jewels. I got my nails done (simple solid color gel manicure). It was a mediocre job.. fine. My niece’s work is going horribly. When she asked the tech why the jewels were sliding, he told her the pic may have used different materials and started taking all the color off her nails. He ended up doing a different solid color. I wasn’t charged extra but why say you can offer a service and not follow through and waste 2 extra hours of all our time? They obviously do well since there were many return customer during our 3 hours there, but my experience will not add to their regulars.

I have been here several times. The last time I went to get my nails filled the lady proceeded to tell me my nails looked cheap. I had the done at another place I didnt generally frequent but needed the done right away. She asked me where and I told her and she laughed and blasted it to the rest of the techs. There is really no need for that. TipTop does great work and is always consistent. I just didnt appreciate the comments.

Jenni and her crew are wonderful! They do a super job everytime and make you feel welcome the moment you want in. I have been coming with my daughter for over a year and will not go anywhere else.

The pedicure and manicure was pretty good! However, they dilute their nail polish so my pedicure was two different colors. I had to come back the next day with my own nail polish to get it fixed. My thumb nail is starting to peel too. But you get what you pay for- $45 for a deluxe pedi and a classic manicure.

Today was my first time here and Im so happy I found this place We received service right away and everyone was very nice! They listed to my concerns and got me exactly what I wanted. They did an phenomenal job. Customer service is incredible! I truly recommend the place. Thank you so much once again!

I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but today I am because I am just so impressed with the service I received. Ive tried so many different nail salons in Edmond and always leave feeling like I spent way too much money on a less than mediocre product. Last week, I went to another nail salon in Edmond and ended up with some funky yellow stain growing on 3 of my nails. Early this morning, I searched the web for great nail places near me and found Tip Top Nails. I chose to go to them because all of their reviews were really positive. Now, I understand why! I called an hour before the store even opened and they actually answered the phone and told me to come in as soon as they opened. Jason, the owner, took care of me personally. Not only did he fix my 3 yellow nails, he also took the time to make my other nails look fantastic too! I am so pleased. They have gained a new customer for life!

The owners, Jason and Jenny, make an effort to remember clients names and to make them feel welcome and special. In a city the size of Edmond, that is a becoming a rare thing to have business owners who know their customers so well, so I appreciate that very much.

Jenny and everyone there is absolutely wonderful. I dont go as often as I would like but when I do they always remember me and that just blows my mind because they have so many repeat customers. My manicures last for weeks. The best in town hands down!

The ladies here are friendly efficient and do a great job on my feet. And from what I hear the service is awesome on hands, too.I would give them FIVE STARS if they ventilated the shop better. Best to call for an appointment first but they will work you in. Just be patient with the wait.

I come in every 2 weeks for a shellac mani and pedi. They have informative about nails job! & didnt rush and make me feel pampered. LOVE that all the technicians dress up and luxurious. Definitely will be my go-to spot.

When I left my manicure was close to perfection. I just had a few problems. The lady cut me, to where I bled, multiple times while cutting my cuticles. Didn’t realize how bad it was until a few days later when it was healed. I have scabs around two nails. Also, they forgot to put the Matte top coat polish on my nails so they buffed the top coat off, then added a matte top coat. I was fine with that until I got to the register and they charged me $3 for buffing and applying another topcoat. I think you would be taking a risk coming here.

Found this hidden gem about 3 years ago and haven’t gone anywhere since! The service is always phenomenal and they invest time in really getting to know their customers. You’re always greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello! The quality of their work goes above and beyond as well. At every other salon I’ve been to in the past, I’ve had problems with my dip manicure being too thick and peeling up/off after 2 days. At tip top nails my manicure is always perfect and will stay on for a whole month (if I wait that long before going in again). You really can’t find a better place!

I came here yesterday after a tragic experience at a different salon with a full set of gel builder. I get tons of compliments on my nails. I give this place 5 stars for sure.

I was not happy with this place. I told the guy I wanted a deluxe manicure, a purple gel color, and a design. The nail polish is pink doesnt match the color that I picked on the display nails. After, he painted my nails he informed me another guy would do my design, because he doesnt. Then one of the lady workers told me it would be 10 minutes. She was just walking around, and could have easily switched with him. He was painting someones nails. Not rocket science. I decided I didnt want to wait. They told me my price, and didnt complete my deluxe pedi. I was so irritated when I left. This was my one and only visit to this place.

I got sparkly pink tips and I love them. They did such a beautiful job. They are pricey but worth it for me. :)

Lady name of Mii does an amazing pedicure! Alley does amazing eyebrows! Dont know if I will return due to fact they wanna charge me $15 extra dollars to use my own nail polish..saying if it chips off reflects on their quailty of work. Even though I said I didnt care. I wanted to use my own. Owners were rude about it. Will lose me as a customer as soon as I find another lady as good as Mii!!!

Rude!!!Ive been getting my nails done here for a little while. Do not go often but i will never return. I ask the lady that sits at table #2 (owners wife i believe) to clean the paint up around my nails which is what they do defore they send you out and was told that it would wash off and my skin was kinda dark 😐 thats why it looked tha way it did (inappropriate). I walked over to clean them the Nail Polish was still there! I showed her she then told me my skin was to dark again 😤 i calmly asked her again to get the paint off and she did it very easily. My thing is do your job, you always clean up what you mess up and dont make remarks that are tasteless.

The staff was friendly and even though the shop was busy, they squeezed the three of us in. Good work!
