Good atmosphere and very helpful staff members to help you when you need help.

I signed up under my step dad so I was able to use the tanning beds. After just a few times of using it, I realized that my skin was having a terrible reaction, so I went to cancel my membership. I was not made aware that they had me sign a one year contract, and I wasn’t able to cancel even with my skin condition. I continuously tried to call and complain, and was finally told I could pay 50 dollars, get a doctors note, and mail it all in. 30 days after that’s all done, then it could be cancelled.No one is able to do anything about the contract I was not made aware of when I signed. I know it’s my own fault for not reading the entire thing, but it should absolutely be made known to the customer that they’re unable to cancel for a year.The facility is great and most of the staff is lovely. However, this poor communication and lack of caring to fix it is why I’m giving them 1 star, and why I won’t be returning again. I’ve wasted so much money.

They let me train like a maniac, never complain, and are always friendly at Four Star. I recommend it to everyone. Open 24 hours all through covid, they have done a good job. 5 stars for Four Star

Loads of new equipment! The staff at this gym is absolutely amazing! They have two other locations where I have been a long time member. They care about their gym and are constantly upgrading, cleaning and repairing. The positive attitude and atmosphere of the people who work out here and the trainers, make this gym complete!

Not a bad gym. Nothing to extra, really just enough to get a good workout. Other locations are larger, with more equipment

Love this gym!! If you love a HUGE gym with all that fancy stuff, then this probably isnt the gym for you. This little hidden gym..lol has tanning and child care but is relatively small which I love. Its open 24 hours and your membership covers all locations.

Workers are super friendly, gym is very clean and equipment is easy to use. Lots of friendly people here too. Glad to be part of the four star fitness family now. The only complaint I have is the cardio equipment is a little lacking. Other than that, great for daily workouts!

Ive been working out at this gym consistently for over a year now. The staff has been very knowledgeable and they have a group of very professional trainers that get great results for both weight loss transformations and show prep athletes. One thing that really stands out to me is how well kept the gym is. If something is broken, they expedite repair. Also, its alway clean!!

The only aspects holding the Edmond facility back as a stand out from the crowd gym is the small size and one set of cables. This is easy to overcome as long as everyone follows proper gym etiquette by not sitting on equipment and letting people work in with you.The owners are down to earth and easy to talk to. They care about the facilities members, equipment, and cleanliness. Also, the equipment in the facility is some of the best on the market.Four Star is known to have some of the best trainers in Oklahoma. Therefore, you will see quite a few body builders. The bodybuilders and trainers are easy to approach and will help you out if you ask.

The gentleman at the front desk was very unprofessional and talked at me like I was less than....He did a good job of turning away a potential customer!

I have ran on a treadmill twice this week.. Quaint gym kept very neat and clean.It would have been nice the first day every walking in to have a tour vs. finger pointing and descriptions. It may be small but that personable flair is always appreciated!

Love this gym. I am so glad there is now an Edmond location. I like that I can access the gym 24/7 regardless of the day of the week or if its a holiday. Good variety of equiptment as well to meet all the needs of a novice or advanced weight lifter. Highly recommend!

I love this gym! The atmosphere is amazing, very clean, and most importantly the staff and gym members are extremely friendly and approachable.

Not the greatest. Not the worse. A lot of douches after 5pm.

I’ve never felt so much at home as I do here, staff, trainers, member too. I heard a lot of FALSE reviews for years that prevented me from coming over and now that I have I won’t leave.

Its called 4 star fitness so why not ate it a 4 🙂
