I like the convenience that Planet Fitness is so close to my home. Which robs me of the excuse that it a long commute. The location is always very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The equipment is in excellent shape and fits my needs.

Really clean, tons of machines, great vip perks, and fantastic locker rooms. On the downside, there doesnt seem to be much variety to the machines at all. Lots of equipment missing for anyone who is doing any type of weightlifting routine. This is definitely more of a place for the vanilla gym attendee. Its a shame, they have great vip benefits that would be beneficial for weightlifters.

Clean, cool, plenty of new machines. Lots of cardio equipment so you can always find something to use. At least 2 of each of the weightlifting machines. Great value, especially with the Black Card benefits.

So many different equipment to use for every part of your body. Some employees are actually dust and clean the exercise equipment. Employees are friendly and the price is affordable to almost everybody.

Disappointing. Don’t get me wrong this location is clean and has updated equipment but it is small and I don’t care to compete for use of equipment. A year ago this location was 24 hrs which was part of the appeal of a planet fitness membership. Being able to workout freely at off peak hours is huge to me. In the past year they have made many improvements to make it safe and healthy to continue to able to go to the gym. Unfortunately this did not mean going back to a 24 hr planet fitness like the others have.

The equipment was well kept, the staff was kind, the people were nice. Just a little crowded at ~3pm.Definitely a nice spot.

Great place to workout BUT its only open till 10 pm and other places are open till 11 or 24hrs. So I wouldnt recommend this place. 😒

I thoroughly enjoy working out here. I love coming every morning and seeing Dylan. I started using the Total Body Enhancement and he has been awesome with helping me in regards to that. I started to explore the tanning beds as well and he is always helpful and kind. Every staff member is easy to speak with and always makes for a comfortable experience!

I have been a member since this location opened and overall this is a great facility and most of the staff is really nice!Unfortunately the quality of the tanning beds has steadily gone down hill.Just because the bulbs are still turning on doesn’t mean they do what they are suppose to do. They have a lifecycle and are suppose to be exchanged once it’s up.The fact that none of the staff could tell me when the last time was that the bulbs were exchanged tells me that that’s not even being monitored.Please put more effort into this!If you’re offering this as part of your membership Programm then it needs to be a service that actually works.Thank you!

Always get a good workout in with my dad and mom (when she can be convinced to tag along). Hydro beds are great, tanning bed lights are good, and staff is quick to assist! Thanks, yall. 😁

They have Black mold on the (walls and wall paper in the 30 minute circuit room. Its been there for 4 days . No one has a answer why the Contractor they hired hasnt removed it from the building.

My son has been a member for many years. I went as his guest and fell in love with the hydro massage. I did not know about this and I am so thankful I found out about it. I have sciatic nerve pain, have been under Chiropractic care for 9 months. Adding this massage has dramatically helped my pain. I made a video shared it on my social media and I am encouraging my friends to join too. The gyms are so clean. Another huge perk is a excellent caring staff. I love the 30 minute workout section. Thank you Planet Fitness keep providing us a great place to stay healthy!

Planet Fitness is a wonderful club. This is my first year to be a member. The staff are very friendly. They will greet you as you walk in and tell you goodbye when you leave. The club is always kept very clean. The staff is always cleaning the machines. My past gym I was a member for 7 years. I changed gyms because of the price and the hours of operation (pre-Covid hours). I would like to see the gym open back up 24 hours a day. When I went to visit another PF in another state, they were open 24/7. I would at least like them to open before 5 am to fit my schedule.

I have joined, cancelled and joined again a few times at this Planet Fitness. I originally switched gyms because I wanted a real squat rack and a power lifting rack. There was a gym in town that had these things. Then, they got rid of the power lifting rack and bumper plates. So back to Planet Fitness because its nicer and the gym I was going to was becoming over run with roided out teenage boys that have ZERO gym etiquette. So, Planet Fitness in Edmond is a great gym. I really dont have anything bad to say about the gym itself. Its clean, lots of equipment to use and the people at the front are usually cool (except they are on their cell phones ALL the time - which isnt a big deal but when I go up to the desk I would expect they put their cell phone away when a patron walks up, which doesnt seem to happen) The reason for the 4-star is because of that, and the fact that its been SO busy in there every time I have gone. There are rarely benches open, all the popular machines are typically taken. Dudes hogging the cable machines for the entire time I am there (this is 45 min to an hour and the same guy will be using BOTH sides for biceps curls the entire time smh) So with the lack of gym etiquette on many patrons parts, the cell phone stuff and the fact that its basically always busy - I dont know if I will continue to frequent this gym. The hydro beds are nice and there is a little blonde girl that works there - she is SUPER sweet. Overall a good experience but definitely some things could be better. A bit more transparency about the busier times would be nice. Their website says its practically never busy, which is false. With the pandemic and my social anxiety, I hate to walk into a gym thats so busy I cant get a decent workout in.

We really closed down for 3 days for 3 inches of snow. Smh the fact that Buffalo Wild Wings was open but planet fitness wasn’t whenever so many people had pipes busted is kinda sad.

Absolutely, my favorite gym this side of the Mississippi. The staff are just like brothers and sisters, everyone is very courtous and respectful of the time being spent there. I would recommend this location to anyone at any point of their fitness journey.

Clean, friendly very roomy. I never have to wait on workout equipment, they have everything you need for all levels of fitness. The only issue I have is the App needs some work, but it’s not a big deal. I just screenshot my cardio workouts and key them in. That’s a corporate issue not this PF issue.💜PF!!

Doesnt really enforce face masks like other Planet Fitness do. It doesnt have a leg press machine, or rowing machines that i know of. It does have the jump platform/TRX/battle rope which some places dont. Has all the taking options including red light. Staff is okay for friendliness and cleaning.

Has a good selection and separation protective plastic between treadmills and other mobile machines. Staff is very friendly and they are never so busy you cant get on the machine of your choice. The prices have changed and are more reasonable with month to month options. I really love this place.. wish they had one in northern Edmond too!

I like that there are a large amount of machines to choose from & freeweights for those that would rather use them. The staff is friendly and the facilities are constantly being cleaned, which I greatly appreciate.

I wanted to say I love this gym. The staff is really nice and has a great personality. The morning staff makes you want to come to the gym. They all have really good energy. Very helpful to everyone. They keep Planet fitness really clean. If I was the owner I would give all of them a raise, because they work really hard. I been coming to this gym 3 years.

I suspended my account due to the covid situation in the spring. I recently received a monthly bill (Oct 19). I called and was told that I needed to ask to have my account suspended after so long. I told them I did not want to have the yearly fee deducted (Nov) and to have a manager call me if there was a problem. No contact but fee deducted- POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP!

Planet Fitness has a terrific staff that is there 24 hours a day. The equipment is clean, well maintained and the layout isnt crowded. Although they have a full range of free weights and machines, the PF Express 30 minute workout circuit is excellent for the days I just need a good set of resistance training to go along with my cardio.

Was unhappy with the fact that I never received a notice that my annual fee was going to be charged to my account this month. Notice would have been nice considering I have been out of work.

A great value for everything you get. You get the typical treadmills, weight machines, ellipticals, free weights and bicycles that each location has, but the cost is a very good value. They can be really crowded sometimes, but again, for $10 its a really good deal. Keep in mind though, like many it does have a yearly fee. They also have a $20 rate, but I would recommend that one only if you will use the tanning and massage services. The $20 (black) card also gives you access to any Planet Fitness and not just your home location, if that is something you need.

Wow! I will be joining here after my membership expires st another club in two months. This place is so clean!!! The machines are incredible and I live the circuit training section. I live in Texas and I was visiting my daughter in OKC. I called to see if I could pay a daily fee so I didn’t mess up my work out. They told me how to go on line and joint a free trial. It was easy. They treated me so nice there.

I absolutely love this gym. Kaylan is the personal trainer at the Santa Fe and Edmond road location. He is AMAZING! The gym is chill and I like the fact that the only mirror is along the wall with the bars and free weights. The massage chair and hydro massage table are wonderful. The red light vibration is relaxing and warms me up. It’s always clean and the bathrooms always smell good. Water pressure is good in the showers and the water gets hot enough. I love my planet fitness!

Cancelled my membership and was charged three months in a row. Called to see what happened and my membership never got canceled and they couldnt do anything but cancel it again. No refund or anything. Will leave 1 star until Im taken care of. The rep on the phone, Dave, was very professional and accommodating, within his power.

I usually come in after midnight, and the night staff (during the weekdays) are extremely nice. Theyre attentive and pleasant to talk to. I wish this location had better leg equipment though. The only things for legs are pretty much squats or leg press machines. They have a few isolating machines but thats about it. Also its usually pretty cold too. The dumbbells only go up to 60, and thats about the extent of their free weights.

Ive got nothing but positive things to say about this gym. The equipment is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and if you have an issue the manager gets back to you very promptly and respectfully! I go 5 days a week at minimum and will continue to utilize this gym in the future!

I left a review a couple months back about the paper towels always being out and a few other things and got a very nice response from management. Since getting that response I have seen a huge turnaround in the gym quality and am super pleased that I was heard and a change was made. This gym is 100% somewhere I will continue to go and recommend to friends and family who ask how it is. The environment is great and everyone there is friendly.

Pretty good gym! No worries on having to look like you just stepped out of a magazine to go there! In fact it’s even frowned upon! Under weight, over weight or just trying to stay fit! Everyone can enjoy it! Love their massage chairs at the end of a work out! And it’s not overpriced like a lot of gyms are! Try it!

Read the fine print! You cant buy a membership for yourself and expect your spouse to be able to go. You have to buy to separate memberships just for a husband and wife to go together. Also, once you find out that this is the case, it costs $60 to cancel a membership. Buyer Beware.

I have never had any issues with a planet fitness that Ive been too, and this one is included. Excellent staff that is both helpful and friendly! As always, plenty of equipment and space, bathrooms are nice and clean. The only complaint I have about this planet fitness is the showers. Theres not a whole lot of privacy with the showers and bathrooms.

I just recently moved from Edmond to a different state. I have tried to get their help to get my membership transferred to Texas. I received the run around on how to get it done. My wife and I are black card members on different accounts. My wife was able to cancel her contract without paying the buy out fee. When I tried they wanted to charge me the fee. This is not fair and they told me I couldnt cancel until I pay the fee. Dont get involved with this company if you have a job that might transfer you to another state. They will not work with you. Go find a gym with no obligations and a month to month agreement.

After I left the gym, I walked to my car and I saw a big scratch on it. I went to the front desk and ask to see the video of the camera outside and they told me that they cant unless I file a police report. Here is the problem with that, what if the scratch happened somewhere else and I just saw it there. Filing police report will waste so many people time. It is stupid policy that show no respect to costumers. To all costumers who attend this gym, your cars are unsafe parked there because they staff who release the video to help you see who did what to your car unless you call the police and give them a copy of that police report.

Spacious, clean, and staffed with helpful and friendly folks. Ive never seen any overcrowding or had to wait for a particular machine. PF is for people who just want to get in, get sweating, and then get back to life as usual. Bonus amenities for Black Card members but, the basic suits my needs just fine! 100% As promised, theres zero sense of overbearing or intimidation. Everyone just seems to keep their head down and get their work out on. 100% recommend to any no-frills would-be gymrat looking for a home.

Great, non-meat market gym. People are there to work out and not to pick up a date. Good amount of cardio but lacking in some leg machines, back machines, free weight set up and abs accessories. Rarely busy.

The equipment is new and kept clean very well by customers after using and staff. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 4.4/5 for the lack of free 45lbs bars, they are all smith machines and heavier bars and dumbells.

Rude management, I have been sent away after showing up to work out multiple times. Most recently I was sent away because my 15 year old nieces student I.D. was not good enough to get her in as a guest. So myself and the 6 other people were forced to leave. We have successfully worked out at multiple locations where here I.D. was more then good enough.
