Had my first workout there, today. Its a great place to do cardio, lift and take fitness classes. All the staff is really friendly, and they are really helpful if you have questions.

The equipment at Edmond location is in very poor condition...the entire gym needs an update as far as equipment goes. Almost all the equipment is 20 plus years old and really needs to be sold off and owners should lease new more modern equipment. I would pay a higher fees for that.

The entire staff are up beat and help when needed. Good equipment, and a great community

10 Gym Edmond has great a facility with weights and private closed in area for classes. However, the tanning beds have a lot to be desired. I would not spend additional money for tanning bed membership. They haven’t changed their bulbs in over a year in Edmond and longer than that in Midwest City. Doesn’t matter how much you talk to staff or management. Use that other $10 at a tanning bed facility. They also need to allow longer than 10 minutes...by the time the bed gets warmed up you only get about 5 minutes. The staff is always professional & eager to help. The owners & upper management news to be more accountable with customer care & concerns.

It’s a great combination of a commercial gym and a private gym. The gym goers and great and not overly friendly. I do however miss the old manager and staff.

I called last year to cancel my membership because of the pandemic. I left a message with personal info and my phone told them please to cancel my membership. I didn’t get a call back and I thought it was canceled. I called Friday spoke with a rude lady and she basically told me it she did get my message so I am liar and will not get a refund. 10gym was taking money from for 6 months. When I asked to speak with a manager. She told they’re not available. So I left a message and still waiting for a call back. What is the first thing they do when they get to office. Have coffee chitchat a bit an get to work listen messages than call people back. I guess with with COVID-19 the business was slow. This is disgusting and fraudulent taking money from someone.

Very Clean. Lots of cardio equipment available. Free weights and machines. Staff very nice. Love the 24/5 schedule.

The gym is kept relatively clean but half the time they play no music and a handle full of machines and weights are broken or missing pins/clips. Have told multiple workers about broken or missing equipment and nothing has been done about it. (Including music)

Its a pretty decent gym...most of the staff members are nice, but there are a few that need to work on kindness. With the weights and workout equipment, it would be better if they had barbells over 70lbs like a few of the other locations Ive been to. Overall its decent but with a few extra things, it could be a whole lot better.😉

Will not cancel the membership, dispite doing everything they say. Still taking money out of the account. Called the number they said to, told the front desk. What do I have to do to quit this terrible gym

Clean comfortable atmosphere. Go in, get your workout done and go home. Easy peasy.

Ive complained several times about the internet going out. I will be in the middle of doing something and bam. It stops. My phone will say connected without internet. They always say its probably too many people using it. But that isnt the case. Also I have complained several times about the massage beds not taking my nmembership number.

So disappointed in this gym... was way better before COVID but they lost so many of their good people. Before the pandemic the gym stayed clean, now it’s no where near the same standard. They are not enforcing cleanliness from their members and very few are cleaning up after themselves. I’ve even watched employees of the gym not clean a bench they were using or put back their weight. New management doesn’t seem to care.

The equipment isn’t too bad but the employees are all very young and unprofessional. I guess it’s what you get for a $10 gym membership. It is now 8:45 on Sunday morning and no workers have showed up to unlock the doors yet. They were supposed to open at 8 and there are 20-30 members here wanting to workout.

Great place to get into shape just wish the message table lasted longer then 10 min.

Clean and friendly! Ive gone here for over two years and it is a great deal for the cost. After 4 PM on week days gets super busy though so that can be annoying and it stays busy til pretty late at night. They also do not have great air flow and it usually smells pretty bad. This is my biggest complaint. It is definately worth it for $10 or $20 per month. The tanning booths and this location are good as well.

This is my favorite gym to go to. You cant beat the price! It has such a variety of gym equipment that I enjoy using. The staff is awesome! The atmosphere makes for great training. I dont have to worry about people judging me and Ive made a lot of friends here. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Overall really good gym. It’s generally busy, that’s the main reason I docked a star. The other reason being the lack of proper bench press cages (there are no safety pins for benching) which is unfortunate. Would prefer more cages with benches instead of stand alone bench press setups.Otherwise it’s clean, the staff are super nice, it’s cheap. Though I haven’t used it yet, the child care looks great as I pass it (the top half of the door is always open so you can always see in), the child care staff looks super nice, kids look happy.It’s the only gym in Edmond with proper cages instead of just smith machines. That’s why I’m here.

They don’t follow mask mandates, don’t clean eq, & it smells like Fritos.

I was a member at 19 for over seven years for which I called home. Then one day, I was told that it was closing and that I would be transferred to 10GYM. You could only imagine how out of my comfort zone I was about this change but after a short time, I have accepted 10 and now call it home. The manager and staff are very welcoming and gracious. The facility is keep at a high level of cleanliness. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is quite spacious. I look forward everyday that I go and train there. Friends and family would be the best way to describe it!!!!!

This gym is almost always packed unless you go on Saturday at around 2:00pm or late at night or very early in the morning. I originally was part of Fitness 19 which closed down and 10 Gym bought out all the memberships which is how I ended up at 10 Gym. I was a member at 10 Gym for about a year and half, but mainly because my membership was moved there without warning and they kept my rate that I had at Fitness 19. I have since moved to Planet Fitness and Ive had a way better experience. FYI, 10 Gym requires a 30 day notice or theyll charge you for another month when you cancel. ABC financial is their corporate office which you have to call in order to cancel. Overall, Im not at all impressed by 10 Gym and would never recommend it. They just dont conduct fair business and they dont care about the people who attend their gym. Youre just dollar signs to them. I would recommend paying the extra few dollars to go somewhere else that has values.

The gym keeps signing people up but usually there is a wait on every machine during the busy hours. I deal with attitudes when I get to a machine before someone else does. Young kids dont put weights back where they go, they set their water bottles and shirts on benches that they arent even using, just as a table. Crowded, Great gym but just wish I had breathing room. I dont wish to work out inches away from fellow gym goers. 2 stars only for the lack of space, everything else is pretty goodBut aside from the people who go to the gym it is clean and staff is friendly. They diligently make sure floors and machines are clean and always greet you. Affordable and neat. Clean locker rooms.Read the contracts before signing them. Learn your ways out and be fully committed before contracting. (This goes for any contract you will sign anywhere, not just here)

Friendly environment not only are the staff super helpful they are nice and always wanting to help make my experience the best each time I visit,this gym has a lot of space and excellent child care. The women in the child care are so attentive and the price for 2 hrs is only 4 dollars, so while I get my workout in I know my child is is great hands.

Love this gym for their fun group exercise classes in a modern and clean facility! The instructors demonstrate different levels of intensity to allow you to go at your own pace. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻

*EDIT*10Gym was quick to respond to my 1-star review and refunded the amount charged in full. However they did call me a couple times to remind me that it had been refunded and asked that I edit my review. I still think that the 30-day pending cancellation policy is a bad business practice and a cheap way to get a little more out of customers and they obviously agree or they wouldnt be refunding customers in exchange for a review change. Why would you defend a policy (Other gyms have similar policies) and at the same time refund customers for the aforementioned policy once you receive a bad review? Either get rid of the policy or stick to your guns, anything in between comes off as shady.Gym was okay, they had some defective equipment. The main reason I chose to try 10Gym over other gyms was the fact that I was able to bring a guest and also because they had a Sauna. The reason for my 1-star review was due to my cancellation process. I need to cancel my membership there and when I went to cancel they said I would have to pay a fee if I didnt wait until my contract was up. That was fair enough so I kept it for a couple more months until my contract was up. I finally got it cancelled at the right time HOWEVER, their cancellation process is pending for 30 days and any charges that occur during that 30 day period are due. So I not only had to pay my monthly fee after I cancelled but I also got hit with a $50 gym fee. I was told by the person on the phone that I am just an employee and That is the normal policy for most gyms Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news for 10Gym but that wasnt my experience at Planet Fitness and if I decide to join a gym again I will be going back to Planet Fitness.

As an extremely buff & attractive man, its nice to have a place to lift and not get gawked at for being a piece of high protein eye candy/carb free beef cake...The equipment is well maintained, and when youre in superior physical condition like myself, thats important.The staff is amazing & does a good job at making everyone feel welcomed even if they arent basically perfect like me.

Ryan is an excellent instructor that teaches bootcamp at the Edmond, OK location in the mornings at 10:00 a.m.. She is very energetic and really motivates the entire class to perform all exercises correctly. I would highly recommend Ryans classes because she always gives everyone an outstanding workout!!!

I joined this gym specifically for the group fitness. I LOVE Ryans bootcamp classes. At first I didnt think Id be able to keep up but she gives all kinds of modifications. If youve been training for years or just getting started you can take her class. Ive lost inches and gain strength. So grateful!!!

Clean gym. Good equipment. Saunas are nice.Price is very good.5 stars if it had a punching bag for boxing practice.

Definitely get a premium membership here! The classes and tanning are worth it. Yoga, bootcamp, H.E.A.T., etc. All of them are a great way to change up your routine if you’re used to lifting. As far as lifting goes, they have pretty much everything I want in a gym. I like this location specifically because of the friendly staff and overall cleanliness.

I love this gym! It’s always clean and affordable. The thing I like most is that there are tons of machines so if you want a little space there are enough machines to do it.

If it were possible to leave a negative star review, I would! This company is a bunch of crooks. They get you with the fine print type of place. Signed up because their advertisement suggested that you can start for just cents and a low monthly rate! Sounds fantastic, right? WRONG! I went maybe 2x before the COVID-19 and the gym was mandatory to close. Fine, but was I still going to be charged? Not sure because I never got a letter, email, call, text no communication that they were closing their doors, wouldnt be charging my card for that duration. Never got communication they were opening back up either. Then, 3 months into my membership I woke up to an $80 charge! So, I call the gym I registered with after I sent an email to the manager [email protected] and never received a reply or acknowledgment. Way to go management! So, during my phone call Im told that they decided to charge my Annual fee on top of my monthly after yet again, no notice, no email of hey were opening our doors back up, were going to be charging your card for said amount. Nope, just a straight charge. Heres the kicker! You cant cancel your policy free of charge after 30 days and you have to pay the annual amount first. Then, you can cancel and then guess what? You have to pay their $79 cancellation fee on top of all of that as well. Sounds like a stand up company to me. Smh. Oh, and once you go to the myiclubonline.com and try to cancel. You cant. No form. Oh, and youre not able to freeze any account for any reason. They dont do that. How convenient! DO NOT sign up for a membership with this company. If I wanted to pay this much for a gym membership I wouldve signed up with Golds or Lifetime! Lots more for your money and reputable. Looks can be deceiving and you should do your research or ask around before choosing them. After this, Ive have plenty of people tell me their experience and it hasnt been good either. I will make sure I let anyone and everyone know my experience here and why I wouldnt step foot inside another facility!

This is a good place for the everyday person to exercise. Clean (yes, even the mens locker room), well maintained, polite staff. The only real complaint is the 24 hours do not apply to the weekend.

I love 10gym because the stuff is always so friendly! They make you feel comfortable and welcomed and are always willing to help you out if youre not too sure about something. When I go in there everyday I see them cleaning the equipment and you can tell just by walking in that they keep everything clean and neat!

My wife has been going to classes instructed by Ryan for months now since we joined 10 gym. Shes always raved about how great her classes were. Shes dragged me along a few times now as a change of pace from my usual gym routine. I must say that Ive never enjoyed going to classes, but I really enjoy hers. They are never the same and she has a great attitude and energy that keeps you motivated to keep going. The mixture of weights, cardio and abs is a nice total body workout. Its possible I will become a regular in her Saturday class.

Ryan Degolia bootcamp classes are the best! She demonstrates quality workouts that you can modify to your level. Her classes are full of sweat, fun, laughter & results! I highly recommend her classes if you are looking for something that will fulfill you, challenge you & leave you feeling great! She teaches at 10gym Edmond Tu-Th-Fri at 10am & Sat 11am.

10Gym Edmond has the best staff and management of any gym in Edmond. Every single time I go in to workout it’s squeaky clean, and I’m greeted warmly. Not their fault, but the roof leaks.

There is always an employee cleaning something whether its the glass, weights or bathroom they keep this place spotless. Its not a bro gym so you dont have to deal with any intimidation factor. Just normal people trying to better themselves. I love it.

He was able to help me set goals and select the right fitness coaching plan for my time and budget. If you try out the 10gym which is awesome enough, be sure and schedule an orientation with Matt. Vey nice Gym!! The staff here is very friendly, I really like how they take the time to get to know customers names. It is nice to walk into there and get a friendly greeting and encouraging words on having a great workout. The GM that has been there for the past few months has been awesome!! The gym has been so much cleaner and the rest of the staff members seem to be in better moods as well. I would, and do recommend this gym to anybody that I know is looking for a gym to workout at up in the Edmond area.

I love 10Gym! I joined this gym after a two year hiatus and love what they did with the place. The expansion is beautiful, the equipment and bathrooms are always clean and well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accomadating.

Gym is great. Got a great deal on trainer with lighthouse they work out of gym. Great environment. But open hours some times hard to work around

I have been a member of the 10 Gym in Edmond since November 2016. I have tried out numerous gyms throughout my life and consider the 10 Gym in Edmond to be one of the best gyms I have been a member of. The staff is professional and friendly. The gym is always clean and is always getting cleaned. I would recommend this one to anyone considering joining a gym.

10 gym is an excellent gym, the staff is great and always welcomes you with a smile! Their sauna is an excellent attribute to the gym. Blake is just cleaning machines right now but that man deserves a promotion, hes always friendly and does a really great job at keeping the machines clean!

The whole staff is very helpful and the managers provide a enjoyable environment to workout.

Ive been to several 10 gyms in the metro because I work all over the area and I wasnt too impressed with this location when I first went about 4 months ago, but something has changed recently because it is so much cleaner and weights are racked and easy to find. Staff was extremely helpful and made sure I knew where everything was. Machines are cleaned and the floor is cleaner too. I like being able to use my membership at every location and will mark this location as a favorite from now on. Good job to the staff. Cant say that for every location.

Awesome gym. Trevor, a personal trainer, was very professional and did a great job. This gym is has a wide variety of free weights.

It gets busy in the evening like any other gym but the staff are very nice and accommodating! I have been going here for nearly a year now and I havent had a bad experience yet. Love it!

Great place to work out without waiting on machines or obnoxious people. Multiple stations for each piece of equipment and machines and plenty of free weights to go around. The kids even ask to go with on the weekends because the have a fun time at their child care facility. Low membership fee with lots of extras included (unlimited guests and access to all other locations etc.) Never have had any billing issues like arty some other places. Would definitely recommend and have many times before.

10Gym is great place to work out. The staff always greets you on the way in and tells you to have a great day on the way out. The facility is always clean and there’s a variety of equipment to meet my needs. I’m glad they opened this location in Edmond, no need to go anywhere else.

10 gym is awesome. I went as a guest for a solid 4 months and decided to get my own membership and I am so glad I did. Child care for my son, a huge weight area where you dont have to wait for spots to open, and plenty of cardio equipment for indoor exercise. Low rates and Id recommend this gym to anyone. Not to mention location! Keep it up 10 gym

This is a great gym. The staff is very kind and helpful and they have a great array of workout equipment as well. It is kept well and is clean and also has an overall good atmosphere. Ive been going here for over a year and have no reason to go anywhere else.

You can find almost all the equipment that you’d hope to find at an expensive gym for as little as $10 a month. Absolutely love working out here.

I love working out at 10gym. Ive been here for over a year and never had any issues. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and the gym has every thing you need to get a great workout in. The staff always keeps it nice and clean.

Ive been coming to the Edmond location of 10Gym for the better part of a year and its been well worth the membership! The staff is always friendly and so are the guests. The only downside is probably the music they play over the speaker.. but Ive made some good friends here and plan to keep coming!

We have been going to this location since June 2015 and have been very pleased. The cardio equipment and the machines seem to fit my husbands and my needs. We do not participate in the extra things that are available, but it looks like the classes are a fun way to get in your exercise. Both my husband and I are so glad that the gym is kept very clean. We have belonged to other gyms where that was not the case. Great value!!

I like this Gym a lot. Really the only issue is that there can be limited space to do abs, when there are classes going on in the room with all the mirrors. That and the crowdedness during the rush times that all gyms get. It is a great price, and the training company is good and friendly. No one at this place is judgemental.
