Both Prevail and Patrick are incredible. Patrick is an amazing coach, patient, kind and supportive. He really tailors workouts to the person doing them and is always willing to answer a variety of questions, following up and even sending videos explaining everything in detail. He’s also very knowledgeable and thorough. Love every minute of working with him, even online. 10/10!

This place has been my saving grace! After so many years of dieting and failing, Prevail has taught me balance. No more good foods, bad foods or deprivation. Instead, they have showed me what sustainable looks like. The tools and knowledge I have gained through their Confidently Strong program have literally changed my life. Their workouts are strategically thought out and very well balanced. Sean, Dani and all the trainers know their stuff! I used to think I had to work out hardcore every single day to get results, but they have shown me how to get strong and see results with only 3 strength workouts per week. I feel better than I ever have and I am getting much stronger. The best part about Prevail is that I have found my confidence again. The added bonus to joining Prevail has been the friendships I have made. Every member is friendly, helpful and most of all…STRONG!

I joined Prevail a few months ago. Its an incredible environment of positive energy and motivation. The coaches care about you and work with you to help you achieve your goals. The classes are small and welcoming and perfect for the entire range of athletic abilities from first time strength trainers to experienced athletes.Since joining Prevail, I have noticed a chance in my energy levels, strength and body! If you want to make lasting and sustainable changes to your body and health, I would absolutely recommend you check out Prevail.

I joined the Prevail team to gain strength and better mobility. I felt stagnant and ready to challenge my body. The HIIT style classes at other gyms were intimidating and I didnt leave feeling confident or better about myself, instead I was defeated and worn out.At Prevail I was able to use the one on one starter classes to find out where I was with each movement before jumping into the classes. That really helped me to know that I need to focus on what I was trying to accomplish, not what everyone else was working on. While you are in a group class, each person is working within their own parameters and lifting different weights, resting at different times and moving at slightly different paces.I feel stronger, more confident instead of defeated and leave each Prevail class with energy instead of fatigue. Everyone has been really nice and welcoming, which is unlike a lot of other studios or gyms with large class sizes. Its also great to be apart of a group that is within my age range (30+) and where a common thread of strength and overall happiness if among us.

I joined Prevail Strength and fitness 4 months ago. I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their approach to health and fitness is easily digestible and great for weight training beginners like myself as well as long time athletes. I have seen and felt dramatic improvements in myself in a very short time. Everyone at the gym has always been friendly and welcoming since day one. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their life and join a wonderful community!

This is a great place to learn how to make some real lasting changes. A new twist on the why’s and how’s of movement and strength. Sean and Dani head up a great team of highly knowledgeable trainers and coaches. Prevail hits the mark between group fitness and personal training which allows you to experience class comradeship along with some one on one attention. I would highly recommend giving Prevail Strength and Fitness the opportunity to help guide you to a stronger version of yourself both physically and mentally!

I was hesitant to join Prevail. I had worked with several coaches but it seemed no matter what I was always unsatisfied with where I was. I had a horrible relationship with food. I thought I had to do cardio to lose weight. I felt guilty when I treated myself to dessert after dinner.I have now been a prevail member for almost 4 months and the total change in mindset is crazy. I for once feel good about where I am in my journey and no longer feel defeated about my size or worth.I sleep better. I’m less stressed. I have more energy. I no longer deprive myself of what I want. I feel confident and happy.I love the community Prevail offers. No matter what session it is, which Prevail students are there, or which coach is there… I always feel welcome and feel I belong there.

Prevail Strength & Fitness is a caring community committed to each client’s success. These people-Sean & Danielle-know your name, how strong you are, what you need to work on and what you do not (like burpees!). People at this gym get to know each other and are happy to see you when you walk in. Do NOT be intimidated by this gym; they are the real deal if you want to delay aging and become strong and durable!

I signed up for Prevail about a year ago and it was the best decision I have made for my health! I have always felt overwhelmed and out of place at the gyms I joined in the past. I did not grow up working out and didn’t have basic knowledge or skills. Prevail welcomed me with open arms and has taught me the fundamentals of exercise, overall health, better eat, sleep, life habits etc. I have made friends in my classes and truly look forward to my workouts every week! It’s so much more than a gym. It’s a community of people who are all trying to better themselves and I love that I’m treated as a person with a name as opposed to a number at some big gym. I have gained so much confidence. I am stronger, and I look and feel better too! Come check them out!

Before prevail I had been going to a hard core, fast paced, high energy gym which I really did love but was not good for my body. I knew this but refused to listen till I was finally feed up with not healing from a little hamstring strain 3 years earlier! Yes it took me that long to realize I needed a change. A local PT/ chiropractor/trainer, Kyle Griffith, recommend Prevail for me not knowing that I had already done some research and already knew one of the trainers personally. He has helped me in so many ways already and gained all of my trust so I was finally willing to completely changed up my workout routine. I started prevail the first Monday of 2021. I’m not going to lie, it was a very rough transition for me! I missed the other gyms crazy environment, energy, and members for about a month. After that month I slowly started noticing Prevail’s way and realizing that this is a much smarter way to workout without re injuring my hamstring and becoming stronger. You go through about a week of “training” before you can start working out in a class but that’s so the trainers know you! Trust me it’s worth the wait. It may seem slow and silly but just trust the process. After that week, group classes are next. They are much smaller than I was ever used to but as I am still finding out now, I’m so thankful for it. With smaller classes the trainer can watch everyone to either make sure they aren’t going too heavy, too light, have correct form, help improvise the individual, and just be that encouragement we all need. If you are in pain like I was for 3 years (I’m only 27), then consider Prevail and trust their ways! It’ll surprise you and you will be happy you switched over! Heck, I’m still impressed with their little tricks and tips. All you need is patience (which I struggle with) and the courage to take that first step!

I have been a client at Prevail for several years now. What I love most about this place is small and intimate atmosphere they create. Classes are capped at 10 people so you truly get 1 on 1 attention for the trainers. If getting burned out is a concern of yours, dont worry. Sean and Danielle do a great job at switching the strength and fitness programs every 4-5 weeks. They are knowledgeable in any fitness ailment and have treated any body related pains I have through their programs. If youre on the fence about joining, I strongly recommend you give them a shot. What do you have to lose, besides pain and weakness.

The folks at Prevail Strength are the best! They take the time to show you how to do the movements safely To prevent injury and if you have an issue with anything they are right there to help modify an exercise, show you a new stretch to help, or walk you through things step by step. If you want to go to the gym to get strong not hurt this is the place to be! #burpeesober

I trained with Sean for almost five years. In that time I noticed a change in how I moved, how my body felt, how my body looked, and even my outlook on fitness and health as a whole. It’s not about how much you do but the effort that you put into it. He makes it very clear that your goals are for you to own and he’s there to help you every step of the way but you have to do the work. He’s genuine in his love for making people live a healthier lifestyle all while enjoying things like pizza and champagne and it’s refreshing to not feel guilty about what I eat when it’s done in moderation.

I briefly worked out with Sean, and had to leave due to work schedule, but if you are looking for a whole body transformation (mind and body) Sean is your guy. The group training classes are fun and laid back, but at the same time intense. There is no judgement from Sean or anyone else there, everyone is there to get a little stronger every day. Looking forward to the day I can start training with him again.
