Very disappointed in my service. My pedicure was decent and the place is very clean but they do not know how to do simple designs on nails. I called ahead and even sent a picture asking if they could do a simple floral design in which they said they could. I showed up and the nail tech didn’t know how to do designs. She tried several times do for the simple design and it wasn’t matching the picture even the slightest. Don’t agree to do a clients work if you have no idea what you’re doing. This place is great if you’re an older woman that just wants plain solid colored nails. Very old fashion, not up to speed with design trends. Waste of my time and money, I wish they would have been more honest with me before agreeing to do my work. Sadly would not be returning to this place.Edit: For reference Ive attached the conversation between me and the owner where I ask if its ok for this simple design. There were other complicated designs that she did state would be better to come in on Saturday. But when asked for the floral design she stated it was ok. She asked the nail tech.

Wasnt a fan of the pedicure. The shape of all my toes were different and it wasnt a great experience.Editing my review. I may have be incorrect about the increase in price. I thought it was $30 for pedicure and not $35. That was my mistake. But for what I got I wish it was worth $35. The owner did just reply so I appreciate that they are willing to offer me a better experience which I will take them up on. And after that I will be more than happy to update my review depending on the experience.

This salon is so clean and the staff and owner are so friendly! I always leave there feeling super happy with my services. I always have a great experience at Bella Salon!

I got a pedicure done yesterday 6/16/21 & they look disgusting nail polish not on right & it is cricket. This place is expensive for no reason. Not worth $50 & up. Don’t go here this place is mainly for old people.

The best salon for mani pedis! Great customer service, very clean, and an overall amazing experience. I always leave happy and satisfied with my nails. Pedicures are awesome, too! The owner is the sweetest and always makes sure I am taken care of!!

If you are looking for an amazing pedicure this is the place to go!! I don’t trust any other salon when it comes to my pedis! I get LCN nails and they last me AT LEAST 3 weeks. I have had nothing but great experiences here.

I have been going to Bella since they opened. It is clean, the girls make you feel like family, and the manicures and pedicures are top salon quality. You leave there feeling pampered! I have tried other salons in the area, but none can compare. Definitely try them!!

1 star is for Cleanliness is good. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Took my daughter for tips with the picture of the design she wanted. when we asked the lady if she can do it, she said she could. The tips were done by two different ladies and we were moved in the middle of the process. After the other lady finished applying the gel polish she started convincing her to have a flower and not the flame design she wanted. After my daughter insisted that she wants flame she said sorry I cant do it. So my daughter agreed for flower which was disfigured and messy. The length of the tips were short and stubby. She charged us $70 for the unprofessional job which i could have gotten elsewhere for $30. was very disappointed to buy polish and cover up the bad job. Never going to that place again.

Went for a Mani and pedi to this place. Colors good. But the lady didnt do my gel nails well. And even for pedi, massage was very lite and no hot towel used. Disappointed with the service. But the lady was friendly and talkative.

What is up with this place? It charges $50 for basic mani-pedi (regular colors, no massage)! Are you effing kidding me? We were caught off guard because we did not check the prices beforehand, but hopefully nobody ever gets ripped off this way. I usually get my nails done in Midtown NYC and it costs me only $35! How is this even happening?

Place was clean but the nail tech was not nice. She took me in & started working on my manicure and in the middle of it she asked me to move to a different station so she can help somebody else, made me wait 45 min with my nails soaked in nail paint remover and than she attended me .. worst manicure experience.. charged v high price for that price you can get your nails at upscale salon.. not worth going..
