This is the most unprofessional salon Ive ever been to in my life.I went in to simply take off my acrylics and get a regular manicure.When I arrived, I told the lady that I needed to remove them because I accidentally slammed my finger in a car door. (The acrylics fell off and injured my fingers so I needed to take them off.)She starts to soak my hands... grunting the whole time. She was huffing and puffing the whole time she was getting the nails off. She was saying this will take a while. (I was not there anywhere near closing time)As she was filing she used so much force on my fingers that I winced. EVEN AFTER I had mentioned that I hurt my hand.Next, she used the electric buffer-tool-thing to file down my nails. She also used way too much force. I said that it hurt and she just kept going.Finally, she cut my nails and took a piece of skin on my thumb as well. AGAIN, on the hands that were still healing. It hurt so bad that I threw my hand from the table. Thats when I decided to leave. She didnt finish. I just got up and left.I never write reviews or have even had an experience bad enough to tell a story.The store is unclean, messy, and on top of that the people who work there are mean and rude.If that wasnt enough reason not to go there THEY HAVE ROACHES TOO!! I SAW ONE AS I LEFT THE BUILDING.Thats all.

This place was terrible I paid $35 for a fill with French tipped generously and 4 days later my tips were all lifted and had to remove them. Went back got a new set of $55 and two days later 3 nails fell off completely !! Called and was told to come in waited 49 min and was asked if I could come back I refused said I wanted a refund and after going back and forth only got back $40!!! I will never go back again and never recommend this place!!!

1st coming here Juan was was wonderful he took his time and gave me an amazing gel pedicure. His service was great really appreciate the treatment. Very nails just gained a new customer.

The man made my pedicure painful and left the shape of my toe nails strange and uneven. I showed him a picture of the full set that I wanted, explained to him that I wanted the exact same thing and he gave me the complete opposite. I was not able to get what I wanted and I was extremely dissatisfied. I will never give my business to this salon again.

I asked for purple and white French gel nail fill in, I picked out the purple shade and the lady brought over a totally different shade of purple which I got over🤷‍♀️Then the French white line was straight not round then someone else had to redo my nails then, someone else came over to do them! WTH 3 different people to do a French?? I’ve never had this happen in my life. Then there were nicks with see through. I normally tip $20 for a fillin but today was such a joke! I do not recommend this place nor will I be back. Don’t waste your time here

I only gave 2 stars because everything was Ok up until the lady went to go paint my nails. I got a simple white pedicure which I was charged 30 dollars for . The paint chipped not even 24 hours later. This was my first time going here and I am not satisfied. When I left the paint job was bad. I just took the loss because I wasn’t about to have the lady mess up even more. But don’t go here! Definitely not worth the money

Nice nails service.

Made appointments for 7:30 pm and was not addressed by anyone when we walked in. We sat around for an hour until the English speaking son came in and told us we would be helped soon. Multiple technicians left while we were there and ignored us. Will never be going back so aggravated

Very shame. I came at 1:15pm as I have an appointment at 1:30 and I have waited for almost one and half hour to get my nails. I don’t understand what was the need of taking appointment. I won’t get there again. Worst experience ever had.

I used to come here pretty often and this recent time was very disappointing. The owner changed and I got my nails done with her, I had asked for prices on the phone very clearly stating I want an acrylic set with gel and coffin and she said $35. I came in and showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and the length, they were much shorter than the photo and not to mention my nails on the left hand are much shorter than the ones on my right. I have gotten my nails done several times in the past and they will compare each fingernail from both hands to make sure they are the same lengths before adding acrylic and after filing but she did not either time. I just got a solid color on all nails and she charged me $45 at the end. They are subpar nails and she should have clarified with me before if on the phone she said $35!! Needless to say I will not be returning.

Unfortunately I just got the worst gel nails I’ve ever had. They look so bad I have to find another place tomorrow to fix them. I had to tell the tech how to do my nails the entire time.Acrylic divider was filthy too.

Absolute worse pedicure I’ve ever had. Not a neat job, just everything bad.

I been going here for three years never had a problem. love Kenny and lee. but now Kenny don’t work there no more.it’s so sad that he’s not there no more. I loved it here... but now it changed there is a new owner she did my daughters nails she’s nice but she’s constantly on her cell phone and she can’t do nails my daughters nails looked terrible I told her I want lee to redo my daughters nails. From now on either I will just go to lee or I will go find a new nail salon! Also one last thing There prices went up so it’s not affordable any more.

My mother and I wanted to get our nails done. There was only one nail technician who was servicing someone when, another technician arrived and completely ignored us. Another woman arrived right behind the new technician and she took her right away. That is horrible customer service and outright rude. Do not go here.

My first time here and I received amazing service ! Vanna was very nice and gave me hope for my eyebrows !! She did wonderful on my manicure and I will be back so she can help me shape my brows ! Wonderful service, thank you Vanna !

I love this nail salon. Ive been going there for 2 years. Everyone are nice and do great work. The owner is such a sweet heart. I literally get my nails done once a month and my nails still look good. Must go .

Very unprofessional, The guy has no sense of customer service, we were keep waiting for 10 mins as owner was not around and he didnt even looked at, after sometime when we were keep standing he came and said he cant find the appointment details so he cannot entertain, which was so rude as we made the appointment almost a week ago, there are better places so avoid going here.

Been coming to this place for more than 2 yrs now and I always leave the salon extremely satisfied with their service!

Terrible place. My finger still is in pain after a week. I asked the man to take off some dead skin around my thumb and he cut my skin that it bleed with a cuticle nipper. I dont think I ever want to go there again. They take walk ins and you get seated fast. Also they dont over charge you for gel nail polish especially for mood changing colors. I think he did a really good job with the shape of my nails and did a neat job painting it. But my thumb still hurts from the deep cut.

DO NOT go here to have gel polish removed. The only option I as given was to have it filed, which no salon has ever done for me before. The woman insisted it was the best and it would not damage my nails and, desperate to have it removed, I agreed. Even when my nail chipped, the woman insisted it was not my nail but extra polish and she tried to file further. The $12 manicure I had after the removal was fine. Salon was clean. But my nails have since chipped and are very thin. It will take months for them to grow out and get back to normal. Very bad.

Customer service is not what it use to be. And the service is horrible in general. Gel pedicure chipped in a day. Owner does not appear to value workers either.

This was my first time here and I had an awesome pedicure and Ive had many! I had Tom and he was very thorough and didnt rush . I didnt have a manicure so I cant say either way but Tom is the man for a pedi!

Went today as a walk in and was helped immediately, overall the experience was amazing, however they could use a fresh coat of paint and some new pedicure message chairs, but it still wasn’t bad ! Will go again

Been walking here at least monthly for regular fill ins. Never had to make an appointment, staff is very welcoming and always does a great job.

I have given this place one too many chances. I went to have a fill in once and they did the acrylic too thin. Within hours a nail popped off. I got it fixed the day after and within hours of that one being fixed ANOTHER one popped off. Then I decided to try them again since it’s just a take off and hard gel on my nicely grown long nails. This time I had hard gel on my nails with tips and I wanted to soak them off and just get hard gel on my natural nails. I felt rushed when I said I wanted to take them off. The lady kept trying to push SNS on me when I said no. The lady was very impatient with the take off and decided to stick her fingernail under mine to rip the nails off. They were only soaking for about 10 minutes... let’s just say when I saw one nail that barely had any nail, I was upset. Now I have these very small nails because they had to all be the same length. It’s been 5 days and the hard gel manicure is chipping and separating from my nail. They charged me 50$ for a rush job that I was very unhappy with. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

We walked in on a Tuesday early evening, as a group we got a full set of tips, a fill in both with detailed design, a mani and a pedi, all came out great. I espically, loved my pedicure, the massage chair was great and the gentleman did a great job!!!

First time there getting a pedi it was horrible! Water was cold, he barely did anything ! Paint job is horrible smh . I basically left there with the same feet I walked in with ! So unhappy !
