I called the cleaners & got a price quote of $13 to clean my pillow & when I took it in again the cashier, (Mary) said it would be $13. When it was ready they sent an email & the price was then $19. I picked the pillow up & she admitted she had made a mistake by telling me it was $13 but insisted she would still be charging me the extra $6. I reminded her that she had quoted one price & now charging another, however she refused to make it right. This is the 1st time Ive had anyone in retail make a price mistake & not make it right with the customer. I would have thought she should have offered a coupon for future cleaning or something to make up for her mistake. She didnt & she lost a customer. I would not recommend this cleaner. I do not think they look out for their clients & their prices are anywhere from $2-$4 higher than other cleaners in the immediate area.Several days after I posted this review I was contacted by the cleaners apologizing for their mistake & offering a credit for future cleaning. I appreciated them making this right.

Great pickup and delivery service!

Had a couple issues come up here. They ripped a pair of my pants and it took 5 weeks to come to a settlement. I was happy with the outcome but wished it wouldnt have taken so long.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Hard pressed my uniforms at too high of a temperature and ruined them, melting the fabric and leaving permanent streaks throughout the front and backs of my shirts. Uniforms like that are not supposed to get hard pressed. If I wanted them hard pressed, AT TOO HOT OF A TEMP, I could have ruined them at home for free. When I brought it to the attention of the store manager, she just shrugged and said “they’re not ruined, that’s just how they look after being pressed”. She then denied anything was wrong with the shirts, even though it was CLEAR that the material was melted in spots with streaks. She completely avoided any responsibility. I also tried bringing my case to the management of the company, who did nothing. I wish I could give this store location, and company, ZERO STARS. Take your clothing somewhere else and avoid this poorly managed debacle.

Ive used various locations of Pilgrim Cleaners for 20+ years and they are always awesome. The drive thru in Edina is super convenient and Jenny is the best!
