I have never had acrylic nails. My nails have always been very short and thin. And today had a full set done. This is a wonderful salon. The young lady who did my nails was so thorough and took her time, and would ask me if I was happy with the length and shape as she worked. They look amazing! And now, it’s so fun to have these pretty nails for my upcoming vacation! My daughter also had a manicure done, and her nails just look beautiful. Great quality and talented work. You will be happy, when you go to Happy Nails😊

For 27$ I got a nice gel manicure and it only took about an hour. I had Holly do my nails she’s not overly talkative and let’s you relax while she does your nails. The shop is a real hole in the wall and it was empty when I went at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Overall it was a good deal and I’ll probably go back again.

So beautifully serviced. Ken is an amazing nail stylist and handled my hands very gently. I would recommend this salon 100%. They are all accommodating and very polite, No discrimination, all are welcomed. I will be a regular customer for sure!

Absolutely love this place! usually my gel nails will begin pealing within a week, if i get them done here they last anywhere from 3-4 weeks! Great job, they look very nice and the staff is very friendly! Couldnt give a better review!!!

Very relaxing time spent with a friend. They pampered us, did wonderful treatments to our feet, and we were so happy with our beautiful toenails!

Unfortunately a bad experience. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. When I finished and looked in the mirror, my eyebrows had hurt. The way you had them hurt me, I wax too much. Apart from that I have marks that I cut with the tweezers, I left very frustrated.

I love this place. I ended up here because the place I usually go to was too busy and this was close by. I normally get gel manicures and the occasional pedicure. I love the way they take off gel polish (no foils at the end of your nails - thank you), and meticulously apply it. It would be nice to have some heat in the nail dryers (for toes) in winter, because the last time I had a pedicure and feel that would have helped it dry faster.

Ken was wonderful!!! Walked in with no appointment, and the service was wonderful! The price was very affordable and the outcome was beyond my expectations! This place is definitely worth a try! Thank you Happy Nails- I will be back soon!

Holly the owner and family have been doing my nails and pedicures since the year 2000. I have never had the nails off since then. I love these people . I get the liquid gel and they always do a excellent job on my nails. They are much more beautiful than any that I see on others. I have never in 18 year had a complaint. My nails last up to 5 weeks without a problem. I own a Jewelry store and get compliments on my nails daily. She paints intricate designs on my nails and is very artistic. I wouldnt go anywhere else. In reading the other reviews I really cannot believe some of these bad reviews are true. I highly recommend Holly and Happy Nails.

Ive been going to Happy Nails since they opened. I always have the best experience and leave feeling like a queen.. The artistry is superior. I receive compliments for weeks on design. My nails always look great, even grown out and needing a fill.

I have been looking for a new spot to go to in Eden Prairie. I saw mixed reviews on google for Happy Nails but wanted to give the store the benefitOf the doubt. Upon arriving, the lady who did my nails was extremely rude and short and when I tried to make conversation she completely ignored me. Unlike most nail salons where all the nail utensils are soaking in solution, she had hers in a cup on her desk. The brushes were dirty and completely covered in nail dust from a previous client. After my nails dried I noticed four of my fingernails were messy and the nail polish had been applied wrong. I mentioned it to her where she rudely said it was my fault and that I must have smashed my nails against something. Instead of re doing my nails she painted over the marks so it was very bumpy. She told me to put them under the nail driers and than she disappeared in the back room. Once my nails were done drying, I could not find her in the store to show her my nails were still ruined. Will NEVER return, Rude, unclean, and the worst nail service I have ever received.

I go here exclusively because Holly does the best job on my nails. I get the pink and white nails. They always look perfect. They also do a great job with pedicures. They are also very competitively priced. Im always happy with the service I receive and the results.

The nail professionals do an excellent job. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The prices are competitive. The quality is top of the the line for nail service. You will for sure be happy with your nails.

This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of bad ones. I was poorly greeted and ignored from the moment I walked in the door, mind you, nobody else was there. That should have been my first cue to run. She then charged me $10 to take off my gel pedicure that was already flaking off in the water. Then I went onto the dip manicure and she kept my leggings rolled up tightly around my legs, sat me next to the freezing front door with bare feet and exposed legs. My dip maicurd took two hours. She ripped each and every cuticle and I left bleeding. When I pointed it out to her she said “you’re fine”. She then did such a poor job, that she had to take off and redo my nails 4 times. 4 TIMES! she never once apologized, conntired to beat up my skin and nails and charged me up the wall for the terrible service and I left shaking from anger. This is not even worth trying out at your most desperate time.

If youre looking to get pampered by getting your nails done this is the ONLY place to go!100/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

Super frustrated. On the sign it says 20 dollars for a fill and 3 dollars per repair. Nothing on the sign says anything about gel manicures for acrilyc to be 15 dollars. She made me pay 42 dollars for a full with two repairs! She claimed that she repaired two other nails by just popping them off. Total rip. Never going again.

This is a very unprofessional place. They have 9am listed on the door as open time, I got there 9:45 & waited 25 mins before holly finally showed up. I was a long time customer ten years even though she & her staff rarely smile or make you feel welcome accept for one male, mainly because of the convenient location. I was getting a fill and pedicure today. I asked her to paint my 4 yr olds nails for free for the inconvenience today, and she said no. I said you would rather lose a ten year customer over $6 child nail fee? She still said no. I was shocked!!! The owner next door at the embroidery place says she opens late all the time & that was confirmed again by the employee who was waiting with me -- to start his job, and had no keys. There is no loyalty for a ten year customer even though there is so much competition in the area? Find the cute little nail salon in the Kowalskis strip mall right across the street, and you will be much happier. I am disgusted!!

Terrible place. Its cheap and you get what you pay for. Ill never return. 1st: the place is dirty and cluttered. 2nd: my nails look awful. People dont understand English. I said many times no to cutting my nails and no to filing them, yet they still cut them. They are so short now. Numerous fingers are bleeding. I had fuzzies in the nail polish that they just tried to cover up. I kept telling the guy to get it out, but he doesnt understand English. I finally took a napkin and took nail polish off forcing him to start that nail over again. All he kept saying was: go dry. I didnt even have a second coat on or the top coat. I kept responding: no, another coat. I literally argued to get the bad nail redone and to get a 2nd coat of nail polish. Are you kidding me? This should never happen. I got 5 minutes under the dryer, the guy came over, looked at them, said they were dry. We all know that 5 minutes for regular nail polish isnt long enough. I did not have patience left nor interest in another argument, so I just left. The moment I got into my car most nails smeared. Not only I wasted money, but am entire hour there for such terrible outcome. Please dont make the mistake of going there.

Terrible experience, will not recommend.This is a place that I frequently visited until a few months ago but decided to completely stop after my last visit. First, the place isnt hygienic, water for pedicure looks filled with brown stuff. Next, incompetent employees. They have 1 guy whose palms are sweaty all the time and does mani/pedi. This is disgusting since his sweat drips on you.... gross.. Then they have him doing partial stuff and another older lady doing other stuff. At the end you have 2 or 3 people completing a simple task and the last time I said I was done with them it took me 3 full hours to do a basic mani/pedi at a time when they werent crowded at all. The owner and her brother will serve white women mostly so if you are a Caucasian you may be ok going to this place. Highly do not recommend this place given their last 6 months of track record from my experience. Go at your own risk!

It was terrible i was going into the store because i was buying my wife nail polish while the store was open (i checked the hours) and they were extermely rude. the man at the front desk had a terrible attiude and they told me suddenly oh this place is closed leave now!!! And i heard under the woman breath say you blacks arent welcome. Well im never going to that awful place again. I hope the store closes.
