I did a walk in and asked politely if they were available to do gel nails and she responded by saying that I should know all nails salons are appointment only. Mind you I haven’t been since this whole pandemic. I wasn’t aware that they werent excepting walk-ins at the moment. I had walked in with my work shirt on and received a smart as* comment on how I should know how things work since I work at a restaurant... that matter of fact, doesn’t even take appointments. Overall I just had such a rude encounter with this place and they will never receive any of my business. Terribly rude and unprofessional workers. If I were to go to any other nail salons I would have got what she said in a more polite manner. Honestly do these people want your money? Or want to send people away? The world may never know....

I was able to book an appointment online the same day, they also took their covid precautions very seriously. Religious disinfecting, and nail files and buffers were single use for each customer and sent home with you at the end of your appointment. Staff were all very kind. However the prices listed online are not accurate - on their website a full acrylic set is listed as $35, when I booked the appointment online it said the service would be $40, and in person I was charged $43. I did not get any extras like gel polish, so it was confusing and I wish they had their site updated to accurately reflect the pricing. Still a good deal though. I also think that my natural nails were overfiled (they used the drill directly on my natural nails), afterwards my nails feel very tender and a bit painful.

They do a really great job. It is hard to get in so book early!

I have been going to SoPo since early this year I have seen a few technicians in my time, but I have landed on Pogan as my go to! She is the owner of the salon and is very talented. I get gel manicures that will last up to 3 weeks!! The only reason I go back in is because my nails grow so fast! I think the pricing is very reasonable for such quality work. Quality of services varies based on technician. But I think highly of Pogan and her team, they are all very nice!

Reasonable prices, very clean, great staff. They always do an excellent job!Above was my review of SoPo a few years ago. Today, its not the same. ALL of the good nail techs have been chased away by the crazy owner (who did a terrible job on my nails, can you say bubbles in polish?!). I actually followed my favorite tech to her new location bc SoPo sucks now.

I came in today as a walk in as a friend referred me to them and no one acknowledge I was there. When another lady came in they then helped her but never said any thing to me. Not going to say the rest but enough said. They did not want my business. So I quietly walked out as I have class I would rather do business with someone who wants me there. But since they looked at me and ignored me let me know they did not want me there. I would not recommend going not friendly.

The experience was rushed and unpleasant. I made the appointment a week in advance for two pedicures. I was not offered any other type of pedicure although I would have gladly paid for a nicer one since I am just about to go on vacation after working two straight weeks. The women I had was unpleasant and didnt seem engaged in what she was doing what so ever, I rarely spend the money on getting nails done so when I do I expect not to feel unwanted. Overall after today I will not be coming back to this place where the time to be happy is now because I couldnt be further from it.
