I was driving back to Milwaukee from St. Paul when my Jetta warned me of low pressure in my tire. I pulled over and saw a nail in my tire and could hear the air escaping. I googled the nearest VW dealership which happened to be Ken Vance Motors. When I called and explained my situation, the employee listened patiently and was kind with their response. They talked with a member of the service department, and they were able to squeeze me in. Everyone I came in contact with was polite, kind and efficient. They had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. I appreciated the assistance and kindness of the staff during my travel emergency, thank you!!

From the first contact about getting my mirror fixed, it was great! I was told a quote and 7 months later it was still there. James did the research to see if things had changed in price. He shared what the changes were, scheduled my appointment according to my schedule, and everything was like clock work. Great place to do business!

Had small car problem while on the way from VA to Mn. Called Eau Claire VW and talked to service department. After a few questions they determined that I could drive the 60 miles to their location if I kept a close eye on the coolant temp gage. I drove into their service bay and they added coolant. I was back on the road in 15 minutes with no charge for the service. Great experience!

Needed the locking lugs off my 06 VW Rabbit for a tire change at another shop. My lug key was missing. Ran to VW of EC arriving 5 minutes before close and they offered a great solution at a fraction the cost and headache of what I thought needed to happen, and performed the fix then and there at closing time. Great service well above my expectations.

Ive only dealt with their parts department and had one minor interaction with their service department, but every experience Ive had with them has been an overall pleasant one.The first time I did business with them I had lost the locking key for the lug bolts on my wheels. I didnt have time to order a key set online, so I called them asking if they had a set to sell. They quoted me a price and it was a bit more than I wanted to pay. I asked what they would charge if I brought the car down and had them pull the locking bolts off the car and replace them with non-locking ones and was told if I came down and bought the bolts from them they would do so at no charge while I waited. I brought the car down and purchased the bolts and the plastic covers, and one of the technicians took the locking lugs off and put the non-locking ones on for me at no charge. He even returned the locking bolts to me in case I wanted to use them in the future. I was very pleased with the quality of service I got and the employee at the front counter, the employee at the parts counter, and the technician who swapped the parts out for me all were very nice and professional.Ive since called them for multiple parts for repairs and maintenance Ive done myself, and overall its been a positive experience. Its usually as simple as giving them the VIN of the vehicle Im working on and what part I need and they are able to give me an answer as to if they have it, how many they have in stock, and how much it is. Many of the parts Ive needed they have had on hand, but on multiple occasions now Ive asked if they had a part in stock only to be told that it is not something they have in stock and that I would have to special order it, which takes ~3 days to get. Ive even been told some of the parts Ive requested may be special parts and thats why they dont keep them in-stock, even though they seem like common enough parts, like an oil drain plug for a VW Passat that VW says you are supposed to change every oil change, or a turbo manifold stud that should be identical to every other turbo manifold stud VW makes that has a KO3 turbo on it. Instances like that, I have always been able to either find the part elsewhere locally or have had to order the part online. The prices of some of the parts are also higher than what I would expect them to be, but given they are OEM quality parts and given that they are usually available that day for purchase, I can see why that may be.One of the other big things that makes me love their parts department is that when I call them and tell them I am interested in a part and ask them to please set it aside for me so I can purchase it, they always have done so. Whether their system says there is 100 of the part in stock or just 1, they have always gone while I was on the phone, put their hand on the physical part I am looking for, and when I tell them I will be out to them immediately to get it they have set it aside on the counter with my information on it so that when I get there to purchase it I am able to do so immediately without having to re-explain what I need in the event of it being a different employee. That is a level of service that I never seem to get from other part stores in town, and its one of the reasons I keep coming back.Given how things have gone so far with their parts and service departments, I would have no hesitation contacting them again in the future for my OEM parts needs, and I recommend them if you need a VW/Audi part quickly.

If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would along with Volkswagen in general. This car is (2014 Jetta TDI) literally, LITERALLY the worst car i have ever owned. We have had nothing but problems. The Emission scandal, visor light would not turn off and need to be replaced completely which was 300$ after two years!! Ac broke after three and now our high pressure fuel pump has gone out which was horrifying because i was driving the car up a hill when it randomly turned off. Its a 2014!!!!! Should have done the buyback.I had an oil change that was supposed to last 10,000 miles and at 4,000 miles it was Super black and had to be changed again ( Which i had to pay for again) and was given no explanation as to why this happen, was just told that i had to just pay for the new oil Change. Did they put the wrong oil in???When i took the Jetta in to get the high pressure fuel pump replaced my vehicle had 3/4 of tank of gas. When i picked up the car and was driving away the fuel light was on and said i had a range of about 5 miles. 5 MILES!! I checked the invoice to see why 3/4 of a tank of fuel was just gone and never replaced back or even at least a 1/4 a tank was put back. The invoice statement even said put fresh fuel in tank and vented fuel system per tsb and road tested to verify repairs.
