I have been going here for over a year now and Julie is such a great stylist! Shes friendly and will tell you the truth about what you want and how to get to that result. I went from a brunette to a blonde in the shortest but healthiest amount of time and it cost half the amount as most salons. I will continue to go to her!

Visited for the first time and had a great experience. Staff was super friendly and connecting with clients, the salon was super clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Am new to the area and looking for a place to call home and went here today for an eyebrow wax. Very rushed experience and was not a welcoming atmosphere. Its a beautiful place, and the prices seem great, but I am highly disappointed. After the wax, the lady held up the mirror for me to see and didnt give me time to put my glasses back on to be able to see. Paid out and went to the car and realized that she didnt even get everything. Never took tweezers to the middle of my eyebrows so I figured she got it all with the wax. Nope!So I wont be going back and now have to pay AGAIN to get them done/finished elsewhere.

I dont get my hair done there but mani & pedi regularly and besides my hometown in ny, this place is fantastic and so is amanda! Great staff all around and very accommodating!I highly recommend!

I will make this very long story short ( This took 3 days of torture) and I am not sure where to even begin. On 2/8 I had an appointment at 8am...I showed up with black hair that had not been colored in about 1 year, I had one solid color. I asked for a very subtle bailage, keeping my roots black and light Carmel on the tips/end of my hair.. 7 hours later I left this place with damaged over processed hair and with unwanted highlights. The manager was worried about the amount of product been used and not me as a customer or my terrible experience. Not once taking the time to even ask what was happening. The girl that did my hair was scared and received no help from any of her co workers OR THE MANAGER. I know she messed my hair but I blame the managers for this and their lack of care, partnership with their co workers and customer service. They were busy chatting and passing by me every 30 minutes to evaluate the garbage to check how much product was been used instead of helping their co worker ( shame on the manager).Everything was terrible about this visit but I still PAID and I felt really bad for the lady doing my hair. Long story short after 7 hours I was starving, tired and just wanted to get out..when I got home I was so unhappy I called, the manager and everyone knew exactly who I was and told me they knew something was wrong ( yet, no one bothered to ask or help while I was there). I asked for my money back so that I could go somewhere else and get this corrected. The manager had to involve the owner.. The Owner was a terrible bully. I had to take Tuesday off of work to get this hair fixed ( IT WAS THAT TERRIBLE). I Lost two days of my life PLUS I PAID LA SALON AND SPA BUT the owner was refusing to pay the color correction at another place. He wanted me to go back to his horrible place and I refused.He finally agreed to pay for the color correction after I accused him of discrimination against me for been Hispanic, he just kept refusing to pay. The own refused to reimbursed the $125 I paid at his salon, I lost a vacation day to get my hair corrected because of his employees ( I never asked him to even pay me for the day of work I was loosing) I just wanted him to pay for the color correction and he was refusing to do that because he already had my $125, he didnt care. This is the worse place anyone could go to. I felt discriminated, humiliated, bullied. The Owner screamed at me many times over the phone while I was explaining that he needed to pay for the color correction.I found a great salon that I had never been to but it came well recommended, I gave the owner all the information so that he could call and inquire about the prices since I had never been there. This guy was rude and nasty to the girl when he was asking for prices. As soon as i came in the ladies said he called and was condescending and nasty. I apologize for putting them thru that, I felt bad for them. This man is racist, condescending and only cares about him and making money, not the well being of othersI understand that these type of things happen but how everything was handled after and the way that owner talked to me was unacceptable. I PAID for the horrible service I was given, I didnt go in for free anything. This man never apologized and in the end I lost 2 days, my hair is damaged and the humiliating treatment from him will never be forgotten.I have attached a picture of what I showed the person I wanted VS what I ended up with and a picture of my black hair before it was over processed. My hair had to be cut after that because it was so processed that it became very brittle. I would give this place NO stars due to the lack of importance showed to their customers, lack of team work, lack of professionalism, Obviously lack of experience. The disrespect I had to deal with from the owner and the fact that he didnt feel the need to apologize.

Always a good cut ... Cant find anything to complain about. Great service in a nice location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!!!Went to get low lights came out looking like a skunk and coloring did not even reach my roots which made the whole experience that much worst!!!! The employee even stated that she forgot to put a specific product in my hair. I went back to get at lease part of my $100 back as I had to have my hair fixed and I was told there was nothing they could do. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I had been a client here a few years ago and now remember why I stopped using LA Salon. Last Friday, I went and asked for a gel fill. While I was waiting, another client arrived stating that after 2 days her powder nails had chipped. I thought about leaving, but hoped for the best. Tommy was the Technician who did my nails.I told him I wanted acrylic gels, but he INSISTED the powder was better and cheaper for me. Well, after 2 days 2 of my nails were chipped! UNBELIEVABLE! So disgusted and disappointed! Maybe we should give the service a client wants! Save your money, go elsewhere!

Hand down! Best manicure by Helen, she takes pride in her work. I would definitely come back!

Love coming here! Staff is always friendly, salon is organized and clean, and everyones goal is making you feel comfortable and happy. I have been coming here for years and dont plan on switching to another salon anytime soon!

I am a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and haircut customer here and have never had a bad experience. Prices are reasonable, pleasant staff, easy to get appointments.
