Okay so this was my first time ever going to this nail salon and Ms. Helena blew me away with her skills. I came in with a very detailed design and expected her to turn me down like the other nail salons did but no!!!! She did a fantastic job ! This salon will forever be my nail go to ! Thank you very much for the amazing nails you did !

I have been going to Helens since before she opened her shop. I have also left her twice when she was terribly late and would schedule conflicting appointments. But I went back. Today I walked out for the last time. I admit I let my 11 appt today slip but called her at 11:15, she said come at 12:30, ok, arrived then, told then that she needed me to wait an hour so I went away, returned at 1: 25. Put in peddi chair, she tookanother nailjob, told me to wait again for anoer 45 minAnother tech offered to do them in 10 minutes but I could see she was a half an hour away. I left at 2:10. Helen does not tell you honestly when shecan get to you. Her professionalism is terrible. When she opened she was more forthcoming. She has lost alot of her formerclients because of this behavior. What makes our time less valuable than hers?

I would give this zero stars if I could; terrible experience. I got a full set of acrylics. The lady doing my nails cut one of my fingers and then dug one of the tools under my thumb nail. The shape was not what I asked for and it was all extremely uneven. I picked a simple design for my ring fingers and she couldnt even get remotely close. It got to the point where I just told her to forget it and let me leave. I was definitely overcharged, but I was so mad that I just handed her money and walked out the door. I ended up getting a big nail file and fixing it myself.

It was nice. I called to make apt they got me right in as I ask.

I’ve been going here for nearly 3 years. I have NEVER left unsatisfied. Wonderful nail artists. I always get gel full sets and fills, the shape is always perfect and they always try and recommend colors based on your preferences as well as designs. Even if i was unhappy with something, Helen makes sure everyone us satisfied before they leave, no matter what she has to do to make you satisfied. I struggled for so long looking for a good consistent nail salon, Helens is my all time favorite and I refuse to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommended for everything!!

I hate leaving bad reviews. I am a firm believer in everyone getting a second chance. I came in to use the Christmas gift card from my bestie. I went in on a Wednesday evening thinking it would be the least busy. It was not busy. I was seated right away. I left happy. THE NEXT DAY, my pointer finger was peeling the clear shiny coat off followed quickly by 3 other fingers. The thing is, I told my nail artist that I am a bank teller and type and am hard on my nails. I went back 2 weeks later and showed Helen how my nails looked (a hot mess) she said you should have come back we will fix it. I explained with work and my familyife I wasnt able to get back in. She sent me back to the same artist where she redid my nails. Fine. Then was charged FULL PRICE. Again fine, thats how you do business, Except here we are again NEXT DAY and my pointer nail clear coat is again bubbled up. Never again!!

It took me a long time to find someplace for a pedicure that I liked. Helen and Her staff are very pleasant, skilled and qualified. You definitely get your your moneys worth in massage. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I recommend Laura for pedicures and Kim for nails. Great place - highly recommend them.

Great customer service! Everyone gives amazing pedicures and manicures. I recently requested a trendy shape nail, and they came out perfect! There is an array of color and application choices. Ive been a faithful customer for 3 years now.

The customer service was horrible. was here for 3 hours for 5 people. was told i couldnt get a certain nail shape, so im very unhappy with the outcome of my nails. i do not recommend this salon.

Top notch nail care for both men and women. Helen oversees the operation to make sure every guest gets the best service and attention. My wife and I followed Helen through three different nail salons (before she opened her own business.) We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Got my nails done here last week and my nails still looked great until now. My tech understood what I needed and did it perfectly. Its totally worth my time and money. Will definitely be back!

Would not recommend! I went in for a gel fill and left completely unsatisfied!!! Not only did my manicure take an hour and a half (long enough for another woman to get the same manicure, a pedicure, pay and leave) but the woman doing my nails cut me multiple times while filing down my nails, did not have the color I requested even though it was in the gel options, ignored my request for a matte finish, shaped my nails improperly and charged me 50$ to get one nail fixed and a fill-in. All in all, the experience was not one Id wish to repeat! Definitely would not suggest it with other options in the area.

My friend went and for her nails done they were horrible thick square from critical to tip of nail no shape at all. So thick they are sticking up.The worst of it is I call to speak to manager about problem and I get interigared as to who I am and where am I from. When I asked what does it matter I would like to speak to you manager I keep getting asked where are you from!!!!Then get told manager is to busy to come to the phone she is busy with clients. Then I get told by person on the phone o dont have time I am with a customer to busy to talk to you now call back!!I have my nails done at Victorias I have never heard a customer who calls be spoken to in this manner. Apparently Helens does not care about repeat business they are only concerned as li g as you are in a chair in front of them other wise they are to busy!!!If this was the only place to have nails done I would never have my nails done ever..Sad what could be a great business is so uncaring!!! Clean up your customer service!!!!Victorias I will never leave you!!!!

I made an appointment for a gel manicure at helens earlier today. After arriving 10-15 mins early to choose my color I wound up having to wait around for almost an hour until the lady started on my nails. I noticed as she was pushing back the cuticles she was doing it abnormally hard, and harder than anyone has ever done to my nails before... so hard that the nail beds on 3 of my fingers started gushing blood. She did try a few different methods to get the bleeding to stop but nothing seemed to work. The whole time she was saying “you have thin blood, you have thin blood” do you take a pill for this?” As if it was my fault.. She finally seemed that she had enough of it and just painted the nail anyways, little fuzzies from all the paper towel that she used are still stuck in the polish as I’m typing this... she sent me out with two gobs of neosporin on my nail beds.... safe to say I will not be back to Helens...

Worst full set I have ever had the nails are very thick and wide they look fake. A large amount of acrylic under my nails, glued my skin to the nail tip, Acrylic over hangs on the side and the nail is lumpy. The male tech dug his fingernail into the sides of my fingers the entire time and was pretty rough while filling to the point I stopped him n now have wounds along my nail lines! I would tell you the mans name that was my technician but they dont have the common decency to introduce themselves. The nail technician spoke about two words to me the entire hour and 20 minutes I was there. I was unhappy with the results and my experience at the shop but it wasnt until closer inspection after I left the shop to be really sorry I didnt raise a stink! I went there for a little pampering not to be pissed off! They will never have the opportunity to take another dime from me because I will never darken their doorstep again! I will also be sure to share my experience with any and all!

Just walked out without getting a manicure after 30 min! This is not the first time they stick my hands or feet in water, or in this case foil on fingernails to remove gel, and then leave me sitting for nearly 30 min because they say a few minutes when youwalk in and it’s really a half hour!

I have gone here several times before and this was the first time I had such a horrible experience. Came in for a mani and pedi. I will admit I havent had a pedicure in awhile so my feet were not the prettiest. Technician takes me to the spa pedi chair, takes a look at my feet and tosses them to the side as if they were trash. He started conversing with the other employees in their language and got up leaving me in that chair. He never came back. Another technician eventually came to assist me. I have never been so humiliated in my life. So unprofessional. I will not come back here again.

Not a fan, in fact, I will not return. Not a peaceful nor professional place - with young nail technicians giggling and screaming. Helen hovered over my technician making me uncomfortable. Expensive too for what you get.

Just got my gel polish done and it’s lifting a day after the color also is darker and scratches are noticeable i barley touched my nails.

They change me 75$ cut my finger made it bleed using the nail filer and dident even clean the nail tools that had my blood on it Im soooo upset $75 and a cut finger

Helen makes me feel right at home.
