Ive been here several times and they always do a pretty good job. Usually I get the MVP and its a little spendy but the little shoulder massager and shampoo feel good. Definitely recommend. Also I suggest doing the online check in to avoid waiting around to get a haircut.

I was a little intimidated by how fancy the place was but decided to try it, looking for a really clean place to go get a haircut during this Covid-19 business. Heather did a great job, was very appreciative of having the business and really gave me a nice cut, despite about 10 months of growth. And it turned out to be less expensive than my old barber! Ill be back!

Great experience here. Danielle does a great job and is very thorough. The wait times can be crazy long but the app helps with that since you can check how busy it is and plan accordingly. Kind of an expensive haircut but you get a nice relaxing shampoo

The staff at the Promenade location have been cutting my hair along with my two boys for over 5 years. Always a great experience. Friendly staff and they know how to cut men/boys hair! Just got another great haircut from Melissa. You cant go wrong with any of their stylists.

Needless to say ill be wearing a hat for a while... came in and asked for low zero fade and to touch up the length on top. Pretty simple but because they didnt alert me that I was sitting in the chair of a Brand New employee! I wound up with a military style high fade, & they copied off half my hair on top. Ive been going to sports clips for about four years now, but today might be my last time...

This is a convenient locations. I was able to make an appointment online, which really reduced my wait. The hair was great and the stylist was very personable.

Was pushed to get this MVP all I wanted is a haircut. # 1 then a # 2 # 3 on top with clippers. Not that hard. Washed my hair this morning. But I had a hat on I needed to get my hair washed. So she could give me the best hair cut possible. Ok. But I said I didnt want that. Kept pushing. I left and I will never go to a Sports clips again. NEVER ... YOU GET A 1 BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LESS!!!!

Very costly salon. I asked them for the details why the price was so high, they were simply telling that they saved me $2 by choosing different options. They charged for MVP even though I just did a regular haircut and beard trim.

Overall I have had very good service from this Sport Clips. In fact the manager has given me the best beard trims I have had anywhere. Recently however I had a beard trim by another person and while she did a good job overall she really took too much of my beard off. I even told her I just wanted a trim because I was growing my beard out so please just clean it up and trim down the sideburns. She ended up taking about half the length of my beard. I am writing this so everyone can be aware and try to be more specific. Luckily it will grow back, this just set me back a couple of months...

This place was amazing and Kerri was the absolute best! We took our 16 yr old there for a cut and she walked through everything with him in regards to routine and hair care. Things we had been fighting with him on for yrs! She not only have him an amazing cut, she made sure he knew how to maintain the style and take better care of his hair. She made suggestions on products with varying prices and explained the difference. Absolutely NO pressure to buy one over the other, or any at all for that fact.I really like how clean and tidy everything is, how it is completely geared for guys and how professional the stylists were. This is definitely NOT Great Clips for guys!

Was shocked at the response from management when I expressed that we werent happy with my sons haircut.It would have been so easy for her to just say Im sorry, how can we make it better?Sadly, well never go back.

Sent my 16 yr old son to get a trim and now he has almost no hair on the sides and the top has a weird style to it. His hair is waivy and apparently that wasnt taken into account. Since you cant get hair back there is no fixing it. He usually goes elsewhere and has never had an issue explaining what he wants or how long to leave the sides. Hes a laid back guy and left without saying anything to the employee. Expensive bad haircut. Wont be back!

Very bad experience today 2nd time which happened for me in this location. My son had a haircut today and it was such a worse. When I ask the woman who cut the hair to set it right, she was so RUDE in responding to me and mentioned that she is going to stop the services to me and put a note on her system itseems. Infact I don’t want to go this place ever.Looks like she was drunk by the time she did hair cut to my kid. It was smelling very bad when I was talking to her. Iam scared when she was cutting my sons hair as she was drunk.Thank god he is safe. This is not good place for the haircut. I don’t recommend.

One of those experiences when the service is so good, youve gotta write a review right away so you dont forget. I was hesitant, but Jennifer changed that quickly. I did not expect the best haircut of my life going into this. I loved the enviornment. Jennifer made me super comfortable and explained to me what she was doing the entire time. She delivered the brand messaging masterfully.

My son had a hair cut there recently and we didnt notice there was a ridge along the neckline (it wasnt blended at all in the back). We had to go back today to get it corrected and the stylist said she had to charge us full price and that she didnt do anything wrong before- some people like there hair cut that way. It really would have been nice if we could have gotten some sort of discoun6or something since we paid full price again one week later.

My husband has a hard time finding a stylist he likes. He likes a fade, pompadour, and hard line. We came across Elizabeth who goes above and beyond customer service to make everyone feel good about being in the salon. My husband said he really enjoyed the steam towel and for once it didnt feel rushed. He is VERY picky on his fade and Elizabeth quality of cut was on point! We will definitely be back to see her.

I started going to the Promenade Sport Clips almost two years ago. I was lucky to have found Tricia. Tricia always gave the best fade and a well manicured cut. Tricia eventually moved on to pursue her dreams and I found myself nervous and hesitant finding another stylist. That was until today! Jenny not only remembered me coming in to see Tricia but knew exactly how I like my hair! Im very particular about my cut and Jenny blew me away!! Perfect fade, well manicured and even a little brow action. Tricia may have met her match! Thank you Jenny M, you are officially my new stylist!!!

I have been going to this location for over a year now. I see the same stylist everytime. Her name by the way is Alyssa, who is also the manager at this location. She does a great job, and I highly recommend her. Though my hair is short, I have a hard time finding someone who can consistently give me a look that I like! Well done.

The salon sold a double MVP package to my 13 year old son. He was told that since it was his first time he gets a free MVP Upgrade. He didnt know what an MVP was but it was free so ok.They did not consult me about a free MVP upgrade for my son and they certainly didnt discuss a Double MVP for my son. I spoke with the stylist and explained I wanted a short hair cut for him (No. 2) all around the sides and up over the top tapered to the front with a little to comb. I expressly said I didnt want if sticking up in spiky fashion.When my son returned his hair was spiky all over the top. the stykist wasnt with him when he returned to see if I approved. When she did appear I told her that my son needed to get the top shortened in the back lose the spiky theme...The stylist augued with me tsaying it would be to short. She said it a No 2 you know. I then requested that she please make those adjustments to which she remarked We can do that for you She was miffed and didnt try to hide it. When my son returned he looked good.Next was my hair cut a No 2 all over and the stylist made quick work of me 7 minutes tops. She did try to sell me an MVP which I waved of because I cant afford extra and wasnt interested. (I wonder did she question why I would get my 13 years old son a double MVP but take a pass my self) Probably not.The Salon reminds me of when you go to get an oil change and they try to sell you a transmission flush. No I just want a haircutWhen I saw the bill it was $48 dollarsI said what did my hair cut cost they said $21,00.I said I was a senior (68)At this point the were just hostile and rude. They demanded ID to prove I was a senior they carded me (Seriously)I didnt approve of a double MVP package and said I wasnt going to pay for the extra Double MVP.They maintained that my son authorized a double MVP.They then threatened to call the police because I refused to pay.I was only refusing to pay for service I did not authorize or contract.I was then banned from the store because I complained about their underhanded up selling tactics to a minor. I will just have to soldier through life unable to ever taste again the sweet bitter haircuts given so lovingly.I expect a rude sarcastic response given their past behavior.Warning if you still decide to get you hair cut there be sure to keep an eye on your kids as services may be rendered that you are unawareWho gets their 13 years a Double MVP (NO ONE)

The most garbage place for a haircut. The lady cut my hair in 8 mins. Didnt even make a straught line on my forehead. My outside hair are double the size then the middle. She didnt even make a straight line on the back of my head. Uneven sideburns. Would not recommend ever going there. So mad right now!

I moved here from Texas and needed a new place to cut my hair and i have had terrible hair cuts. i cont to go back to try out the other stylist these place sucks i have been to the two in my town. this is the first 2000 Rahncliff Road Eagan, MN 55122 they suck at cutting her the black lady who keep saying how she loves to cut her jacked up my hair by leaving lines and strands of long hair and the other sports clips. 1270 Promenade Place Eagan, MN 55121 i was dump enough to go back 3 times for a hair cut and they were just at bad on cutting there then to top it off they rush though the whole thing like they are in a race. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!!!
