Krista did a great job on my hair. love the color, cut and style. she really listened to me when we discussed what I wanted and had excellent suggestions!

I went in for an all over color and specifically said that I want a darker brown but absolutely not black. Even showed her the color in the color book. She slipped hair color all over my face and back of my neck, which had to be scrubbed off multiple times after. Drenched my shirt in water during the rising process. And colored my HAIR BLACK!!!!!! Never ever go the the Asian lady at this salon unless you want the worst experience of your life. Also now I am having to pay a different salon to try and fix it. Worst experience I have had in 2 decades of coloring my hair.

I go to Krista who never fails to satisfy. She does a great job. All the people there are very friendly. I highly recommend it!
