Cameron and Scott were friendly, courteous and very professional even though they were extremely busy. Work was done in a professional and timely manner. Started with a email and was promptly returned by Cameron. Phone call to set up appointment time next day with no run around. I was given a out the door price which I really appreciate. Called several other tire stores some didnt even return calls, others werent sure when they could get the work done, no definite times given.

Yes the work got done but not wout endless annoyance. The price was initially 17, then 21 then 24 per tire install. Not a big deal money-wise but the inflexibility & lack of customer awareness& communication skills of Cameron at the front desk is noticeable. Many other small irritants including telling me my vehicle was ready when it wasnt, asking me to move my vehicle when it didnt need to be. I installed some used tires c/o nice guy Mike Onion (Bailey) thinking Ill upgrade in the winter, Ill go elsewhere thank you. Its not dishonesty or arrogance at Cooper just a poorly-run operation. On a good note, Mike(y) in the shop knows customer service.

These guys are thorough, efficient, and honest which is why after just one experience I have never gone anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance. I have been to all of the regular places, Walmart, jiffy lube, & J/P tire, and I can assure you that this business far exceeds with their professionalism, pricing and efficiency.

I have left a bad review for this company before, due to the people running the front desk, but employees have moved around and I can gladly say I would recommend this place. Admittedly, we have leased commercial vehicles serviced here, and the leasing company makes these guys jump through hoops to get paid. I know how frustrating that is! They have a great, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff there now.

Was passing through Durango on a Saturday morning. My speed/abs sensor went out. I stopped by not really expecting them to be able to help as it was almost noon. Not only did they fit me in but they had it done and had me on my way by 3. Really appreciate the costumer service.

I did some online research to find out where I should have my brakes done. Since there wasnt much help to be found, I decided to write a review for the place I eventually went in hopes that I could help out the next guy.Overall, it was a great experience. I called to get an estimate both on how much it would cost and how long it might take. They gave us a reasonable estimate on cost and said that they might be able to get it done that day. They were very friendly when I dropped off the car and said that they would call if they had any questions. I wasnt sure if my rotors needed replacing or if they could still be resurfaced. After inspecting the brakes, the mechanic called and explained the outcome of both situations and that I would probably save money in the long run by just replacing them. It was nice to be given options. Plus, they ended up being able to get it done in one day.I would definitely recommend Four States. My wife might need some tires soon and we will probably go to Four States as they also sell tires.

I brought my truck in on a special coupon free brake inspection. I had some rough grinding from my rear left tire. They diagnosed that the brake caliper was bad, but I pulled the tire off and the whole hub assembly was completely loose. My wheel bearing had totally grenaded. Super disappointed in there capability to diagnose things. Wouldnt recommend.

I made an appointment early in the morning. Came back at the time of my appointment and waited an hour and fifteen. They still hadnt even looked at my truck so I took off. Being able to make an appointment is great, if it works. I would have appreciated some communication from them letting me know they were running pretty far behind.

Had not used 4 States for 10 years due to previous bad experiences. Needed a place that could take a large vehicle, so decided to try them again. The Front desk/customer service person there, Danny has very poor customer service skills (he probably should not be at front desk or should have more education regarding customer service.) Four States was to fix a leaky valve on a tire, the tire went flat as I arrived home from having it fixed, I called back. Danny was very condescending, calm down, Maam, and This isnt helping anything, Maam, as I am explaining to him that arriving home with a flat tire from a tire services business is simply not cool. He wants me to bring it back in & I explained that I didnt have a way to inflate the tire nor 3 hours to sit there & wait for them to actually repair it (work day.) After more insults & poor customer service, Dont you have AAA or something? He finally puts me on hold, comes back and says that one of his guys will come up and inflate my tire (now thats what I would expect.) Jesse came to my home & let me know that he agrees that the leaky valve was not fixed. He is apologetic & has good customer service skills stating that Four States Tire will come out, change out the leaky valve right in my driveway and I do not have to be here to have that happen. Thank you, Jesse. You personally saved the day.. That is good customer service and how it is supposed to work!

Great service! I bought a new set of tires here and they gave me a good deal on the tires and new tire sensors. Two months later I got a screw in the tread and they fixed the tire and put my spare back under the truck for free. I highly recommend this place.

My truck needed some front end work on a Saturday as I was passing through Durango.I found Four States after visiting 8 service shops that either didnt have a mechanic on weekends or were too busy to help me. I had several hundred miles to travel on Sunday. They stayed late to get the job done and the price was very reasonable. I was really impressed.

The guys at Four States (Danny, Chase, and Scott) have always treated me well. I take my car here for pretty much any maintenance that needs done and I am always happy with the results. Its funny to be on a first name basis with your mechanic - but these guys always go above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone.

Have used these guys for tires and basic oil changes and always have done a good job. I just bought tires there and they were helpful with choosing the best tires that fit my needs. They didnt just sell me the most expensive ones. Also helped me diagnose a problem on my other car and help me find someone to fix it because it was on a car they were not familiar with. I recommend them.

Rated this one star simply because there is no zero. Will never go back to this place again.Im not going to make biased statements, just the facts.Needed 2 new tires studded, mounted, balanced and installed on the vehicle. Bought the tires at another tire store and brought them in.They said it would take 30mins to get me in and about an hour total.They got my car in, in about 30 minutes. Then let it sit on the lift for 45minutes to an hour before they started working on it. I arrived at 3:48pm, left at 5:47pm. This is also what their invoice states.Took 2 hours total.They snapped off a lug stud, and then tried to charge an extra 30 bucks for studding two extra (nonexistent) tires when it was done. No big deal mistakes happen, but the attitude that came along with it was uncalled for.I am not an idiot when it comes to cars and mechanic work, I have done all my own mechanic work for 10+ years.Here are the facts, do what you will with them.Good luck to all of you.

This place has the best alignment tech in the Four Corners. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and why it was eating tires. A lot of shops dont want to fool around with lifted or lowered vehicles but Josh found the parts that my lowered Lexus needed to correct the camber and toe problems it had been having for years.

The people at four states were very accommodating was on a trip 2000 miles from home and needed tires and alignment they were able to slip me in the pricing was reasonable the service was excellent I was in and out of there in a couple hours congratulations to the entire staff are very good thanks

Took my Subaru in to have a lug stud replaced and they overtorqued or somehow screwed upthe other stud bolts, I’ve now broken two off just trying to remove my snow tires!! No thanks.

They wouldnt align my truck because they said it needed axle pivot bushings ( I replaced these about 4 years ago). So I went home and replaced the bushings. When I got the old ones out, they were perfect, not any wear or tear that would be worth mentioning. Bottom line they were perfect and didnt need to be replacedI get the vibe they were trying to cheat me out of $450

I stopped at 4:45 and asked about a tire rotation. They wanted to do it right away but we had been on the road all day and I asked if first thing in the morning was OK?I showed up at 7:30 and was outta there by 8. They said it was policy to retorque after 25 miles, so stop back later in the day. When I came back later they were very busy and one of the managers did it!Excellent service and a super price.

You have to understand that everywhere charges you an arm and leg for labor. These guys have always treated me well in the past, Ive had them service at least 3 of my vehicles on more than one occasion. The one thing they arent too good about is calling you to let you know your vehicle is ready. Personally I enjoy dealing with Chance and Danny.

While leveling at the Durango campground I discovered that my RV had a flat rear tire. AAA was of no help. I found that Four States provides mobile service. Everyone I spoke with at Four States was pleasant and helpful. Jesse, the service truck operator agreed to come to the campground while I was away riding the train with relatives. He texted me that my tire was repaired and I didnt need a new tire. I really appreciate his honesty. It would have been very easy to sell me a new tire because I wasnt there to observe. Four States is great. I highly recommend them.

When i arrived i was told first come first served. A couple came in 10 minutes after me. While waiting the couples car was pulled in before mine and i had to wait an additional 25-30 min just to get my car in and get it looked at. Waste of my timeand bad business ethics.

Visiting from Montana and brakes started making a horrible sound. 4 states got me in the same morning I brought it in. Fixed it and sent me on my way. Perfect . Professional staff, clean waiting area, Id highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Baught a set of tires for my wife’s 4Runner a year ago with a 65000 mile warranty. After 15000 miles there is only a1/4 inch of tread left. Was told that I had to wait until the tires had an 1/8 inch of tread before they would even look at them. I told them that she drives up snowy driveways for work. The guy snickered at me. I called back to speak to the owner. He never called back. That’s too bad I’ve spent a lot of money in this place. They just lost a coustomer. I’ll be telling everyone I know to not trust this place.

I will never go back to four states ever again . The only person qualified left. Chance. Spent over 3500 dollars on rims and tires. They scratched the wheels. Broke tire sensor . Never righted the sway bar back up after the alignment. And the manager. Said that I did it. I can go on and on. Im a durango local and u know a lot of people around here. Im telling everyone to not go there.

These guys are just fantastic. Ive been in Durango four years and drive a 2000 Toyota Tacoma. I drive this truck really hard- like 20,000 miles a year with tons of 4x4 roads- and count on it to get me in and out of some pretty rough places. Initially, I just bought tires from Four States, and was very happy with their prices, their service, and their willingness to fit me in for quick rotations whenever I stopped in. They have a full service garage, so I started counting on them for routine services like oil changes. As things started to break on the truck, I turned to Josh (one of their excellent mechanics) for advice, and have had nothing but positive experiences with their shop. Its been a few years and Josh has replaced my timing belt, clutch, brakes, radiator, and suspension, flushed fluids, fixed broken dials, and helped keep me on the road without incident. Theyve talked me out of spending money on repairs I DONT need, and guided me in making decisions that will help my truck last another 200,000 miles. I recommend Four States to anyone with a Tacoma, these guys truly know what they are doing and will charge less than most other shops in town. Tell them Beth (and Katy Periwinkle) sent you!

My family is on vacation in Colorado and the minivan was making a weird rattling noise, so we took it into Four States and they diagnosed the problem (ALL FOUR WHEELS WERE LOOSE), fixed us up in under an hour, and didnt charge us at all! Danny Petrie and Daimon took GREAT care of us. The people here are so friendly and are not the type to make up stuff or overcharge! Highly recommend!

Giving them a four star because they might be on the higher end for their services but they do great work and they are organized and fast. Dont waste your time with big O.

Great service and honest people!!!I blew out a tire and came in to buy a new one, but lo and behold they were able to repair it without my request.

Took a vehicle in for a simple oil change. Show up to pick up my car and the invoice says they replaced the air filter (which is something I can easily do, hence why I didnt ask them to do it). I asked them why they had done that without a request and without calling me. The front counter guy said he didnt know and went and asked the technician. He said they saved the old air filter in case I wanted it put back in. I didnt have time to sit for 10-15 minutes while they switched it out. Couldnt tell if they were just trying to be helpful or not (as the air filter did need replaced), but it sure felt like they were playing me and since I was in a hurry, they scored another $20 out of the deal. Really felt like a sleazy move since they had my phone number and could have called and asked.

Great service, a personal touch, affordable pricing, and it usually doesnt take that long for a visit or tune-up.

Found the experience to be kinda like eating a sour patch kid. It tasted good, but I kinda wanted to spit it out too.

They totally destroyed our brake system. We ended up with a blowout due to the brakes in Albuquerque, NM (Im glad we were in a big City when it happened) during the week of Christmas. We had to have our car towed and the the mechanic explained how 4 Corners retrofitted the wrong pieces to try and make our breaks work. The customer service at 4 Corners is not great either. We will never use their services again and I do not recommend anyone else does either.

Very, very, very busy place. Very professional. I drove 100 miles to get a tire I could find nowhere else, and they put it on right away.

On 11/8/14 I stopped to help Kate and Catherine Geisinger(sp) who had not one, but TWO flat front tires half-way between Durango and Pagosa. Tires installed less than an hour before at Four States. Both were now flat. I took them both off and couldnt find any punctures, nails, or any other visible reason for them to be flat. Four States somehow screwed up, either failing to inflate them properly, failing to tighten the valve stems, whatever. But how 4-States REALLY screwed up was when the ladies called for help. Instead of immediately dispatching a tech to rescue them on the side of the road they were told tough luck. This was at 4:20 on a Saturday with only minutes before every place in Pagosa that could possibly repair a tire would also close for the weekend. As a good Samaritan there was nothing I could do about 2 flats and only one spare --- which was ALSO underinflated, and 4-States hadnt bothered to check. So the Geisingers, after waiting nearly two hours for a Pagosa tow-truck driver who went towards South Fork instead of Durango had to get towed in and wait till Monday. Do you think THEYLL ever go back to Four States?

Poor customer service long wait time didn’t balance my tires correctly low tire lite came on took it back next morning and they are so rude saying it is 1st come 1st serve and said it will 4 hours to get to it these people are not professional l will never waist my time with them again
