Sage was great! After walking out of the store next to Wal-Mart (the associate was very rude and didnt know what he was doing) it was a great relief to receive such amazing service. I definitely recommend this store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.
I was very impressed with Stella who recently help me find a replacement for my husbands old iPhone 7. She did some great research, found a wonderful deal available on our customer profile, and answered all my questions patiently. Subsequently when I had a problem with my iPhone 11, she came to my rescue with professional and thoughtful service. Stella is a star at this retailer. Leo was also very helpful when I came in to purchase the new iPhone 7. No wonder this store has such good reviews.
Leo Clark changed my opinion radically that Customer Service is dead for the wireless phone industry. Leo helped my family and I upgrade our phones and Verizon contract to leverage what 5G will bring and keep our family costs reasonable. Great experience at this location. I have been in the need of a new phone for awhile since mine was about 5 years old and out of date. I went to the town plaza location first, absolutely horrible there, didnt get any help what so ever. I come to this location can the experience here was beyond great. Sage, the store associate at the time went above and beyond to help me get a new device. I typically like one brand of phone, that I have been using for years, but with Sages help, we compared the specs of a few devices, and narrowed it down to an upgraded model and a new brand I havent had before. In short, I got what I needed instead of what I was looking for. Thanks again Sage, AAA service.

The service was terrible, I got in at 5:00pm and was waiting for almost 2 hours till I was about to be helped with but the store was closing at 7pm. The people there need 2 hours to work with one customer. I wouldnt suggest having Verizon as a phone carrier.

Robin is amazing. Ive never had this level of service before. She thinks through every option, offers educated advice, doesnt push just the expensive options, and gets to know our specific needs. She even let me schedule a time to meet with her on Black Friday and had everything prepared and set aside for me. This is the first time Ive felt like a rep has had my best interest in mind and hasnt resented my many questions. The whole team has worked well together while Ive been in here and they seem to have a really good work environment and genuine interest in serving their customers efficiently. Very impressed.

I came in on Black Friday with my daughters to upgrade our phones, and we were happily greeted by Nicolas. We have nothing but good things to say about his customer service- his calmness when the systems were slow, when the store got busy and overwhelming he was still working with ease and didn’t make us feel overwhelmed or rushed out and he answered all of the questions we had (A LOT). He was very accommodating. Overall, Nicolas is a great wireless consultant, and we recommend his service to everyone.
I had a recent break up which is never easy but on top of that my partner and I shared a phone plan. I needed to get on my own phone plan but my ex was making things difficult.Store Manager, Scott was my saving grace. He was PHENOMENAL. He understood my issue immediately and got me the right resources in an efficient manner. At one point I had to call my ex and as he was cursing me out, Scott gladly let me pass the phone off to him in which he was able to talk with him a calm manner and get through to to him what needed to be done.Scott was SO patient with me and never once let me feel embarrassed about my situation. He also let me know all of the promotions that were going on so that I could understand every option that was available to me. In a time where I felt very powerless Scott was able to help put the power back into my own hands.His customer service was the best I have ever received from a Verizon employee and I have been with Verizon since 2009. Although he was humorous he was always able to get to the point efficiently. Even as he was running around the store to make sure things were running smoothly, he was always checking back in with me.I will definitely be coming back to him when I am ready for an upgrade!

First time visiting this store. Clean, bright space. Came by to transfer data over to my new work phone. I was met immediately by Scott- the manager and he was exceptionally friendly & courteous. He explained process & started on it right away. I am totally satisfied their service & will be doing my personal business here from now on.
Purchased a glass screen saver service with my year phone less than a year ago. The protection glass shield has been broken now for about 6 months. They have never had any in stock and I have asked to have them order now for approx 3 months, nothing. Today they tell me my phone less than 1 year old phone has been discontinued and probably will not get replacement glass covers. I paid for a service of free replacement covers for the life of my phone. Ask for my money back today and was told not really anything they can do. But, I can come back tomorrow and talk to the manager.Terrible customer service. Nothing is never their fault. No responsibility for anything! Piss poor management.

Last Black Friday I went in to take advantage of the bogo promotion. Got an iPhone to match my fiancé only because the promotion required to have the same brand of phone each as well as unlimited data. No problem. Then month one in December my bill was $100 more than it was supposed to be. Called in to fix it. They said “it will take a three to four months for the bill to adjust. Three months later I go in and find out they did the paperwork or entry wrong and I didn’t get the bogo. They refuse to be in integrity and fix their wrong. In fact the woman that set it up blamed it on me!!! They don’t care about their customers. They lied to me, took zero responsibility for their mess up, and after 10 visits can’t get anything resolved or even just a call to say there is nothing we can do. Get ready to get screwed over. And they can because where else can we go. I have to do business with this company. And now I pay full price for a phone I hate.
My experience switching from AT&T was made quite pleasant with my visit to GoWireless. Nic took the time, quickly, to show me all my options. He was very helpful with getting me the right phone and plan. Its been a couple weeks now and I couldnt be happier with the service and treatment. Thanks a million Nic! Loving this phone :)

Signed up for hot spot. Was told by sales person I could bring back in a couple months. The data was insignificant, I tried returning last week week was told I had to pay $175 to discontinue.
Update: they did finally, after 9 months of fighting with them, were able to get the promotion they promised. I was also asked to give this update.They dont know what they are talking about. My phone got ruined during a rafting trip so I just wanted a cheap phone. The lady said they were having a promotion on the one I got. The next day I checked online and my bill was 4x higher than what they said. I called and they told me it took 4 billing cycles before it went on my account but I was assured the promotion was on their. Now, after calling and trying to get this straightened out for 8 months, they say oh well we didnt realize it was on new line of service. Sorry theres nothing we can do since you didnt ask for a spreadsheet. Apparently I was supposed to know that even though the service representative didnt know to give me one. Go down the street and save yourself a headache.
This is the first time since getting a cellphone over 20 years ago that I have got good customer service. I actually got over the top great service. This the only store I will ever use from now on.
Thumbs up to the incredible service at this Verizon! I have to recognize the manager, Michael, that so kindly helped me with my phone. I was having trouble receiving calls and also some of the buttons on my phone werent working. Michael was so patient and diligent in troubleshooting and finally fixing my phone. He smiled the entire time and was very friendly while educating me about my phone. At the same time, he was multitasking (answering phones and helping another customer)! Most would be stressed in a situation like this, but Michael was friendly and courteous. He was professional and provided outstanding customer service. Awful Customer Service.My experience has been literally nothing but empty promises. Several employees have promised to contact me regarding my issues and have not received one call in over three + months. Ive stopped by the store several times and cannot get an answer.Noticed they didnt have the product that I initially wanted so they sold me something they told me was the same. When I got home realized it wasnt even close to the same product. Took the product back and they said they had to research the issue. They sold me a product that wasnt the same as what I wanted and now they wont even follow up. NEVER going here again and would recommend you dont bring your business here.
Leo was so wonderful and stayed overtime to help me get my new Samsung Note 10+ phone set up and transferred all my data from my iPhone X. He is so knowledgeable ! I feel lucky to have his assistance with the process.
Went to this store to buy a new phone with my 7 year old daughter. While at the store, the assistant needed to call Verizon in order to order my phone due to some issue. Ended up on hold with their customer service. In the meantime, my little girl comes up to me and tells me she needs to go to the bathroom. I asked the lady if she could use their restroom. Response: no sorry, we dont have a restroom..... You will have to go next door to Zias restaraunt. So you mean to tell me I am about to spend 400 on a phone and I have to leave while on hold and take my daughter next door to use the restroom at a restaurant? Then come back and have the assistant call Verizon back and get back in the hold queue? No thanks, I will take my business elsewhere. What kind of business where people spend hundreds of dollars wont let a customers little daughter use the restroom?
I highly recommend this Verizon store and especially Robin. She was super knowledgeable and I had a great experience working with her setting up two new lines. The whole team was extremely motivated and everyone worked together to make sure no single customer went unnoticed or had to wait longer than can be expected for a Friday.

I was at your Durango store Go wireless on 1-25-20 Am. I am writing to tell you that your staff there (particularly the manager Leo who was helping me) handled everything smoothly and professionally including a difficult situation when a customer became quite agitated about a purchase which had not worked for her and was quite vocal about it . Everything got done well.
Bought two new phones during the past two months. Michael was patient and very helpful in ensuring all the pertinent data was transferred. Also, they are quick to answer technical questions and focus on serving the customer. Kudos to a great team!!!!

After a nightmare 8-hr experience at Russell Cellular in Durango in switching over 3 lines and buying 2 new phones with Verizon, a friend recommended we go see Hugo at GoWireless VZ to fix the ongoing problems we had. Hugo clearly knew what he was talking about, was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to fix what was done incorrectly at the other store. We could have saved ourselves a lot of aggravation had we known about Hugo before making the switch. But thank you Hugo! You are our go-to VZ guy from now on.

Good experience with the friendly employees and no problem getting new phones setup. Also had a good iPhone X selection on launch day. One star dinged because there was a small fee to setup a Verizon account with them since they are not an Official Verizon store.
My wife and I were traveling and her phone died. We went in the store and got a new phone. We were having some problems with the new phone. We stopped by the store at 8:20 pm, the lights were on but the store was closed. My wife knocked on the door and Hugo opened up the door even though it was closed. He spent 10 minutes with us and fixed and updated the new phone. Excellent customer service from Hugo.

I was having issues with my phone so I called a few Verizon stores here in Durango. The reason I went to this Verizon was because how professional Robin was over the phone. When I went in I was greeted and helped out within just a few minutes. While we were in the store they got busy but they were able to help everyone very efficiently and Robin was able to help me and my husband transfer everything we needed to our new phones. I highly recommend the go wireless store next to Zia they are amazing and very friendly. Thank you Robin for all your help thus is the only Verizon store I will be going to.

Walked into the store to look at a new phone. There were a few customers in the store, along with a few employees.Was never greeted or acknowledged while I was there. I was standing right next to an employee while I was looking at the phone, and nothing. Their display phones didnt seem to be working either. Its nice to see the features of the phones, even if they are demos.Poor customer service. I will purchase at another Verizon store.

Another store set me up with a new Iphone 8 using Verizons services in 2018, which was great. When I got locked out of my phone in August of 2019 though, I went on a Saturday hoping that store could help me. They couldnt because their customer service wasnt up to par, in fact it was atrocious.This store, even though they ultimately couldnt help me, bent over backwards to resolve my issue. They could have played the diversion game like Russell Cellular and tell me that they werent Apple people, but no, they helped me to the fullest extent of their knowledge as wonderful companies should.While I needed to go elsewhere to resolve my Iphone 8 issue, thats an Apple problem. The Verizon Authorized Dealer -GoWireless location is a perfect place to go with any problem. They will help you with problems that are completely outside of their purview, free of charge. Russell Cellular is across the highway and to ve avoided at all cost. They will help you with nothing!

I came in dreading having to change to verizon, but I needed the the coverage. I had a bad experience with Verizon in San Marcos years ago. I was so fortunate to come in when Michael Montoya and Scott Clark were here. They double teamed me,and I thought oh no....but it was double blessing. They worked to find me the very best services and equipment...and even more importantly...they came up with discounts and specials and all kinds of things that made me want to do even more business with them. I really appreciated them so much and they changed my mind completely about Verizon. I can now recommend Verizon without hesitation.
The associate who sold me the cell phone wrote me a misleading quote. In the quote, this person told me I was going to pay X amount. It was wrong. I was going to pay $12 more per month than what this person wrote. The contract doesnt show a consolidated amount of what you would pay per month, which misleads the customer on exactly how much the bill will be.Advice for the customer:-Ask the associate to explain you the contract and show you, based on those amounts, how much the final bill will be.-Dont buy the cellphone cases or the screens, dont sign into the screen replacement program. These items are overpriced. You can get these things at the third of the cost on amazon.-Dont make decisions on a contract based on the quote after trade-in. They printed out an old offer before signing the contract. I tried to trade-in and the offer was not valid anymore.Advice for the store:-Create a model for the contract which shows the consolidated amount you would pay per month, and place that information in the online system.-Include the trade-in offer as part of the contract before signing in, to avoid misleading the customer on the final price.-Create public brochures with the trade-in offers that everyone can read and have access to. In this manner, an associate would not be able to mislead the customer into higher prices.-Create public brochures with especial programs such as screen replacement programs and prices on supplies. In this manner, the customer could compare prices with other vendors and make decisions.Even though some misleading information can get the customer into spending more money, the customer may lose confidence in the store to acquire new services in the future.

Scott and the gang at Durango‘s Gowireless are amazing! Since I began updating, around 2002/03, I have always extremely satisfied at the service I’ve gotten.Hugo was especially helpful this time around. Every one of them deserve a raise.
I use to tell people how wonderful this Verizon store was. Until, I had to upgrade my service. The gal told me that I could have a free tablet that was the latest with great service. I actually fell for her dishonest sales tactics. Instead of a free tablet, I was saddled with over $600 in excess costs. Apparently there was some scam that they had customers call up the parent company saying the old tablet didnt work, and they needed to upgrade. A bit fishy to me. Worse, the gal made the calls. When I called the parent company they seemed to be aware of this scam. As for the latest and greatest tablet. She sold me for $600 a table that was over three years old and the same functions as my old tablet. Scam artist, dishonest, and worse I am the one who ended up paying over $600 for her scamming.
Julie at Verizon went above and beyond to get my family account all sorted out tonight. We had multiple lines, multiple upgrades, and multiple problems to sort out. She stayed hours later than she was scheduled to ensure that we were all taken care of. Great customer service!
If you get stuck with Micheal get ready to spend an hour of your time. I went in to get a SIM card and although the task took 5 min, the whole experience took an hour between him messaging people on Facebook and having casual conversation with everyone in the store. He was very nice, but unfortunately I am extremely impatient.

After days of my phones not working and not able to get help I went to a different Verizon (Go Wireless) and they were able help me within ten minutes. Derek and Scott listened clearly to my issues and both took time to fix my phone and get me on my way. I had been on the phone for a total of 10 hours with Verizon in the past two days and they werent able to help me but this store helped me instantly. I suggest all who live in Durango and have verizon go to this store, you will leave happy!

Chaz and the team were amazing- I had the most complicated situation happen after losing our phones to a boating accident. Although I spent 6 hours in the store one day to come back the next day for more work to be done, these guys stuck by my side and worked hard to get me the best deal and best plan for my situation and new lines and stuff. I was almost in tears with how complicated it all was- but at the end I felt good walking out of the store feeling relieved from all their dedications and efforts. Glad to have worked with them.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. My family came to this store in November 2018. We purchased 5 phones. 4 of the phones were supposedly BOGO free. Not the case. The “free” phones were later determined to be the smallest phone offered and since we purchased more expensive phones, we have to pay the difference. Was not told this up front. The 5th phone was suppose to have a $300 credit. We were told to contact the store in 3 months so they could fill out a form to give us the credit. I have been calling since the 3 month time and have been given the run-around each time. Now when I call, they are busy and will call me back, which they NEVER do! Furthermore, they entered our address and email address incorrectly and now I cannot even create an account online. I will never recommend this store and will never return.
