I have called 4 days in a row about my internet speed. It goes from extremely slow to normal to completely out. After 4 days, I have had no call backs or communication of any kind. My neighbor has the exact same problem. This is a good example of a monopoly gone bad. They are no longer a local company after being taken over by a Canadian firm.

Really weird reading all the other reviews, hard to get any idea what the company & customer service are actually like.I’ll try to give a more balanced review:1. They don’t appear to have any out of hours contact system if your service fails.2. There general service has been for me pretty good, I am keen to get Fibre when they start rolling it out further in my neighbourhood.3. They’re local, I feel somewhat good about supporting local companies...I’d feel better if they provided Fibre Optic, insanely I know properties less than 400 ft away have FO service with them. Apparently the metro district won’t let them install more as they trashed the communal areas...I haven’t seen evidence of this but who knows.4. The speeds some folk get seem to be highly variable, I’m really surprised any company uses their own, single, speed test. Surely use a bunch and give accurate idea of speeds available ...then they wouldn’t get mauled in the court of public opinion...

I jave had no issue with staff when I can reach them. Always very friendly and helpful. However the internet spped are intermittent from fast to slow I had to purchase my own router to ensure I was getting the full speed. Disconnects for hrs at a time when you run a business based with an online community creating webpages and and graphic overlays every minute is money gone.

This company is horrible, the rates are great but you have to wait two weeks to get Service that dose not work for or meet customer needs. I definitely would say their customer service needs to step it up Im going back to Comcast at least then I can use it after I install the equipment. Believe me they dont even deserve one star!

The staff and services of Cedar Networks have proven to be exemplary.From initial contact, sales, installation and customer support, the staff that we have had contact with have been helpful, professional and courteous, without exception. Answering questions, scheduling convenient installation times and providing what they promised, when they promised it.The fiber media to gigabit Ethernet and WiFi Internet Service is proving to be far superior, in speed, latency and jitter to our previous provider. Upstream and downstream rates are an average of six(6) times faster and the monthly cost is 60% of what we were paying.To say we are pleased with the people and services of Cedar Networks would be a manifest understatement. We will be recommending Cedar Networks fiber Internet Service Provision whenever and to whomever possible.

These guys are great. Their service is super fast and with extremely competitive pricing. Customer service is great and response time for both support and new installs is super fast.

Weve used Cedar Networks since 2009 for phone and internet. Theyve always been quick to respond to issues. We stream Netflix, and other channels without issue at our rural home. Easy to speak with a human and their small office is easily accessible in downtown Durango.

The absolute worst internet weve ever had in our life. We have to call every two weeks either about our internet speeds or the fact that the wifi doesnt work at all. We jump through the same hoops each time, and the problem only gets worse.

Signed up for what I was told was a 2mbp/s speed. We definitely do not get that! Multiple speed tests show .37kbp/s! Thats not even close! Was also told speeds were to increase months ago.... nothing. Customer service is a joke. Let me give you a call back in a few minutes really means let me go home and call you back when its convenient for me. Only reason I havent canceled is they are literally the only internet provider in my area at the moment. And can we be any more old school. The equipment is junk! The box that the phone line comes out of sticks out of my wall like youd see in the 90s. My wifi wont even reach to the next room! Its horrible. Heres to hoping Century Link can reach us soon!

They never answer the phone and a receptionist finally answers and asks to take your information for a return phone call which may be days later. Their prices are high and their speeds are low in my area. Installation was unprofessional and we pay $60 per month for 0.32 Megabites download speeds. I wouldnt have them anymore if they werent one of the only providers in my area. The day is approaching where competition is coming in and I can finally bid this company goodbye.

If they had - or 0 stars thats what I would Rate this company. They are all very unprofessional super rude and refuse to take responsibility for their product.I had great service with them for a few months then my fax line my phone line and my internet all merged some how I called and delt with having no service at a buisness 4 months trying to let them fix it they sent 1 tech out they whole time who told me they needed to put a new router in my shop that there products were old and not up to date.the company then told me theu would do nothing about it that I needed to buy a new phone or use one with a cord because u can not use a cordless phone with wifi network in the same shop.... then i finnally canceled lack of service with them and month later get a bill for almost 3,000 for ending service with them... horrible company
