Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I dont forget. They are extremely reliable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Ive felt awkward at some other places Ive visited when Ive tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didnt feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Makhs for 12 years, and he is an incredible dentist. He has done quite a bit of work on my teeth throughout the years, from extracting wisdom teeth, to crowns and simple fillings. I have never felt a shot that he has given me. (Which I think is amazing!!) Dr. Makh is gentle, and constantly asks how you are throughout the procedure. He is quick to take care of any amount of pain or discomfort. He is always willing to answer questions, or walk you through what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable, and will take every opportunity to put you at ease.
